I got the perfect room for my 4 nights stay. It was super comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was good. Really like it. The location was near to all restaurants and some beach clubs around Seminyak. I will definitely come back. Thanks also to their Manager Argainne for taking care of me and made sure that I arrived safe and comfy in the hotel since I arrived at 2 am. She’s really helpful. Thanks a lot to all the friendly and attentive staff. Their service is superb. Keep it up guys . Solo traveler here from Philippines 🇵🇭.

Harris Hotel really made my day. They approved my request by telling them to make our room special for my husband birthday and anniversary, and they made cute cake with a note to surprise my husband! Kanishka provided us with the ideal holiday in Bali! It is centrally located in Seminyak. Just walk out the door and there are all the shops, restaurants and facilities. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very clean. Our room came with a private pool. The staff are friendly and helpful. We highly recommend Kanishka!

This hotel has good employees, clean, friendly price, good service and good location. It's close to double six beach and surrounded by so many coffeeshop , restaurant and spa. They have pool and corner to talk or have guest visits us.

Spacious rooms, great breakfast, with a lot of variety food choices. Clean pool, though a little dated. Cleanliness in the rooms can be improved, there are stains in the bathrooms and shower floors. That’s a turn off. Staff members are very kind and personable. They provide towels for swimming, and adaptors for phones if you don’t have. They’re overall prepared to host guests from around the world. If definitely recommend this place and my family and I will return.

Perfect stay! Staffs are lovely and very helpful. We got a complimentary 10 mins shoulder massage from them. Location is great as it’s just walking distance to food restaurant! Stay was really comfortable nice hotel and big pool!

I had high hopes for this hotel because the reviews were glowing and it’s obviously super well designed. I was not disappointed! As the rooms are so reasonably priced, I booked a suite with its own pool and the room was gorgeous. Although we didn’t end up using the pool much, as the beach is just a 4 min walk down the road which is amazing. In fact we found the location in general great. The service at the hotel was exceptional and the staff super kind. Especially Komang on reception. The restaurant serves great food through the day / night, with room service too which was such a treat. My only constructive comment would be that breakfast at the hotel is a little underwhelming but everything else is so above and beyond, that it didn’t detract from an otherwise extremely positive experience.

The hotel is located in the Batu Belig area of Seminyak. Not too far from various busy and tourist centers, although in the area around the hotel there are not many restaurants or tourist centers. This hotel is no longer new, because some of the furniture in the rooms is quite old. But the hotel rooms are quite clean and comfy. Hotel staff is also good and helpful. Wifi is ok, and in the room there is Cable TV, a large enough fridge, mineral water, tea and coffee and toilet amenities. Room slippers are also available. Breakfast is average, and there is also a swimming pool and spa at this hotel. There is a small balcony but the view is of the neighboring houses. If you want a hotel that is located in the Seminyak area but in a location that is not too busy, this hotel could be one of your choices.

Had a pleasant and wonderful staying experience in this hotel. The hotel is located in the market area so that you will find everything for your convenience very nearby. Also, it has a beach near it at just a walking distance of around 300-400 meters. The hotel staff was nice and courteous. The room size was decent. Will surely consider staying here once again.

My stay at Courtyard Marriot Seminyak was a memorable experience, marked by the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and check in was efficient and was promptly given a room. However, the room was quite noisy due to the air conditioning condenser (?) near the stairways and its proximity to the morning breakfast area, which made it difficult for me to sleep. The constant ringing sound from the condenser and the early morning noise from breakfast preparations made it challenging to get a good night's rest. With that we approached the staff and we requested a room change and asked if an upgrade was possible. (We have 3 nights with the hotel and can't bear the thought that I have to be sleepless for 3 nights!) Mr. Ketut Ramudayana, the Director of Operations, assured us that he and his team would look into it and arrange for a room change. And as a service recovery of the bad night sleep, the hotel arranged for a free transport for us to go to the shop where we were planning to head to after the feedback! And when we returned, true to his word, we were upgraded and moved to a fantastic room. The new room was bright, quiet, comfortable, and made our stay much more enjoyable. The hotel's staff truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Every morning, restaurant staff like Mika and Wulan greeted us at breakfast with genuine warmth and thoughtfulness. The day before our departure, we requested a late check-out since our flight was at 7 pm and we planned to leave around 4 pm. Initially, we were told that the latest check-out time was 2 pm. However, on the day of departure, another manager, Gredi(?), informed us that he would check and see if he could arrange for a 4 pm check-out, which was a pleasant surprise. And likewise, he delivered us the ”present” of a later check out! The team's consistent thoughtfulness and attention to detail made our stay feel like a 6-star experience. We were continuously impressed by the considerate gestures and the high level of service provided by the staff. Additionally, the hotel's location is incredibly convenient. It is situated near shops, eateries, and is within walking distance to the beach (about 7 mins). We finished our dinner at the beach around 11 pm and walked back to the hotel, feeling totally safe. This prime location adds to the overall appeal and convenience of staying at Courtyard Marriot Seminyak. I highly recommend Courtyard Marriot Seminyak for its exceptional service, thoughtful staff, and prime location. The dedication to guest satisfaction truly sets this hotel apart!
