This is my first time staying at the famous Club Med, but to be honest, I feel that the reputation is in vain. The biggest selling point of Club Med is that you don’t have to take care of children, and it is said that children will be very happy with the hotel’s rich activities. But my daughter didn’t want to join after attending for half a day. The biggest problem is that age classification is not really done (it is said that it is divided, but in fact it is not done well). My daughter is almost 8 years old, and the first so-called pool activity turned out to be a 10 cm deep pool for children under 4 years old. Other programs also cater to particularly young children. I specifically went to the Junior Club counselors to ask if my daughter could join the 12-year-old age group, but they refused to allow her to join, and she couldn't get up or down. Second: The person who greeted us upon arrival at the hotel could have been ok. Later, I said that some of the people accompanying us did not speak English, so I sent a Chinese person to come over and receive them. This woman's attitude is very average and very fake. Once I saw her smile disappear for a second after she turned around, with a look of boredom on her face. Third: I dropped an Airpods Pro here, and I found the employee dining area based on the Find my Airpods navigation. Then they asked security to chase me away. I went to see the manager, and she was quite responsible. She listened to what I had to say and applied for insurance for me. However, it has been more than a month since the insurance was submitted and there has been no news. This is obviously because their employees picked it up and took it themselves instead of returning it to lost & found. But they don't care. Fourth: The room is old. I could have accepted this, after all, the selling point of Club Med is not the room. But the problem is that the design is also unreasonable. As a hotel that advertises as a place for children to have fun, the washbasin is much higher than in ordinary hotels, and my 8-year-old child couldn't use it by himself. Fourth: The room cleaning was very perfunctory and not clean at all. The only thing I like about it is that there are so many dining options. But from the room quality, children's activities, and service level, I think it's not worth the price at all. I will definitely not come to Club Med again.

Went during the National Day holiday. The room is relatively simple. One of the toilets in the two rooms has a bad smell, and the effect is not very good even if it is dealt with. The restaurant is good, with something new at every meal. There are many free activities, including golf lessons, squash, windsurfing lessons, SUP and other sports. The paid services are a bit expensive, with self-service laundry and drying costing RMB 70 each time, and the SPA is twice as expensive as other hotels. Late check-out starts at 10 o'clock and costs RMB 100 per hour. We were delayed for 7 hours. In fact, you can also check out the room and continue eating and playing there without taking the bracelet back. Overall it's pretty good and I'm willing to stay again.
