location perfect. Walking distance to everywhere specially Monkey forest ( It was my priority , that is why i chose this hotel) Room is not big fancy. But good size , I booked with balcony corner room. If u just come for some 2-3 nights , Bed not that comfy. Overall is ok, no complaint. Service is ok . It is covering all basic necessity. My hope was if TV could connect to Netflix but can't

Big and clean hotel with very friendly and professional staff. Located in the center of Ubud and just a 2-minute walk to Monkey Forest. There wasn’t anything to complain about, only some neighboring guests were loud sometimes, which the hotel can’t be blamed for. Thanks for the great hospitality

The Evitel Resort Hotel is next to Monkey Forests. However Monkeys are not in the hotel. So if you afraid of monkey, there is nothing to worry about. Hotel has a nice rooftop Breakfast, Pool and Bar. It is facing a nice open area with Rice fields which are still in use. People in hotel are very interested and friendly. They have been try to help everyone with almost everything. Hotel location is giving you access to a dozen of really good restaurants, coffee shops, markets and pharmacies. On the other hand it is a 25 minutes walk to Ubud Palace and etc. or a short bike ride/taxi ride takes 10 minutes from the hotel.

Super clean! Bath Towel smells good. Big king-size room. The hotel was under construction. However, the staff gave me an option to choose another room. Nice view of paddy field

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It's centrally located next to all the shops and restaurants. The monkey forest is also close by. The hotel staff were polite and helpful. They allowed me to check in early and that small gesture really made my day better because I was really tired. Everything was great during my stay I just wish that breakfast was included in the room price.

The resort is one of the very few with rooftop pool in the centre of Ubud so views are amazing from the rooftop and breakfast area. Many rooms also facing the paddy field which is small but sufficient to have some greenery. Room is clean and spacious.

I enjoyed my stay at The Evitel Resort Ubud, Convenient access to attractions like Ubud market and Monkey Forest. Staff are friendly. The room we booked has view of the surrounding rice fields which is impressive. The rooftop pool is highlighted for new year fireworks view. However, there’s room for improvement regarding the in-room amenities. The quality of the shower cap was subpar and not very usable, which could be addressed. Additionally, the hair dryer is not provided in the room but is only available for borrowing from the reception for a maximum of 2 hours whcih is not convenient. Improving these amenities would enhance the overall guest experience.

Stayed for 3 nights. The hotel's location is strategic, near to Sacred Monkey Forest. The staff cleaned the room everyday.

Great trip in prime location. Wonderful pool and staff were very attentive.
