The hotel was great, wonderful service, good food, nice staff overall, however, Fuua spa was a bit disappoint with no extra towels to use. I would suggest to bring a bottle of drinking water or you would have to purchase. We stayed in the mountain side because it was cheaper but the ocean view would be great. You can see ropeway going up and down on the mountain side. Bus runs for free between the station and the hotel every 20 minutes or so. No reservation needed. It’s right in front of McDonalds at the station. Bus is not large. I would suggest to get there a bit early if you want to sit with your company together. You have a half off ropeway discount in the card you get at the check in counter so don’t throw it away after check out the hotel :)

A normal hotel with high rate, poor buffet food, poor room facilities.

Location is great and easy to walk around. Room size is also decent in this popular location.

The Japanese-style sea view room I stayed in also had someone help me lay out the tatami mat during meal time. I have stayed in a similar room in Izu, so I suggest you book a twin room here. The hotel has a shuttle bus to and from Atami Station, and the breakfast and dinner are average.

The Japanese-style room I stayed in has a good location. The sea-view room faces the sea directly. The dinner and breakfast I brought with me are all self-service. The hot spring is on the 5th floor with a good view, facing the seaside.

I love the infinity bath at the spa, and the relaxation space is also very soothing. The rooms are clean. The breakfast and dinner buffets have a wide variety of dishes and are delicious. This was my first time using the restaurant during bar time, and the salt ramen was delicious. I'll use them again.

The location is right by the harbor, with a full sea view as soon as you open the door, which is refreshing. The service is very good, the tatami room makes the bed very quickly, the hotel shuttle bus goes to and from Atami Station, and all the large suitcases are carried up and down by the staff. The front desk and restaurant staff are very enthusiastic. The buffets for breakfast and dinner are very good. The only bad thing is that the air conditioning has a bad smell, which is a bit like mold. Overall, it is highly recommended.

Stayed for two nights. The Japanese-style room was quite spacious and the view was really good. The hotel shuttle bus was convenient, but you need to book in advance. There were a lot of people. The buffet was average, not particularly amazing for a night with two meals. I really like the large bathhouse with sea view. The sunset before dinner was the most beautiful!

I had a very enjoyable time. If I have the opportunity, I would like to go again.

The hotel staff had a bad attitude. I booked a twin room, but I could only stay alone. The hotel was very stingy. The environment was average.

The hotel has a shuttle bus from Atami Station to the hotel, and the driver will also help with luggage. The hotel's open-air hot spring is very good. You can watch the Atami Fireworks Festival in the hot spring pool. And the hot spring is like the domestic water. There are food and rest areas. The food is generally buffet style.

The view from the hotel is beautiful. Breakfast is rich. After all, it is an old wine, and it is difficult to hide the signs of aging.
