I'm ****, I should have read the opinions before booking. Wifi is not always available and the opinions have pointed to this problem. What is disgusting is that the staff led us on board and MENTI for several days pretending a momentary decrease of the network or then rain time!!! ??? I booked a stay in March last year and June 2019, I like the hotel atmosphere. Big swimming pool Easy to find parking Will be busy in one period If there is a tour down If there is no, it is considered ok. Breakfast has a lot to choose from. Welcome drink is soft drink on the 2nd floor. The disadvantage is that if using GPS will There is an entrance in front of the Central. It will only make you unable to find the entrance. The rest are all good.

The location is a little bit far from the activities, and when I went on the first day the gave me a very bad room which is different than what I requested, then I asked to get me what I requested from the app they let me wait for another day and then they gave me better room but still there was no queen bed as I requested, the put a double bed together and wasn't comfortable at all, the service room entering the room while I have not been notice and that raising an issue if something missed, the need to ask for permission before entering the rooms to make sure the valuable things not being missed, I wouldn't suggest this hotel to anyone.

Big bedrooms with comfortable beds. The swimming pool is great for families with children. 7 minutes walking to the beach. Staff is helpful and respectful! The only thing disappointing was the breakfast: basic and repetitive. It could definitely improve the breakfast.

To be honest I am sad that I can’t put 5*stars for this hotel, but everything being “out of order” I can’t do it. I am not very sure why the owners have decided to open this hotel before everything is finished, because it just gives a costumer a very confusing experience. When we arrived we were told that the sauna is out of order, breakfast room is not finished, there is no poolside bar..basically a lot of things what are not finished, but when we booked it didn’t say in anywhere and was advertised as something that’s already there. When you arrive in a hotel and first thing you get is a row of bad news it makes you very disappointed. They told us that they will upgrade us in a better room, but actually the room they offered us was definitely NOT an upgrade. It had a smaller bed than the room before and there was no sitting area anymore. They were saying this is a more expensive room because it is one floor higher and has a view to the pool(!?) We told them that there is not even a couch anymore how can this be an upgrade? But they didn’t really understand what is our problem so they made us feel very stupid and we asked our previous room back, because that one was way better. They told us that pool view rooms don’t have couches in them, but later we saw that they did. But for sure we can say if you are thinking of booking and don’t care about the view then a superior mountain view room is better than the superior high floor room! In high floor pool view room you just have a hard bench and a queen bed instead of the king. They promised to make it all up to us ,but in the end they just ignored this situation and we were left in this “feeling stupid” situation. The other thing that happened with us a lot and we saw it also happening with others was that the keycard just stops working or doesn’t work from the beginning so you have to go to the reception a lot. Poolside bar and breakfast are they are still building,but what I saw they are probably going to be very nice. Sauna worked only one night and even then we didn’t have any lights inside and had to stay in a dark sauna what is not a problem , but still not a good sign..as the next day sauna was not working and in the end it went only until 40 degrees. Very disappointing. But the bed was truly amazing and absolutely new - definitely recommended! The gym was very good with a very good equipment, so definitely pack your running shoes. Maybe in the future it would be nice if there would be some water available in the gym. The swimming pool was very good, but sadly they didn’t have different towels for the pool (probably also something to add in the future!) Also the mirror in the room is in a very dark spot and you should definitely add some lights there. I think as a new and just opened place you should try to provide a better service, but I see if all the “mistakes” are fixed how it is going to be a very comfy place for a relaxing stay. Stayed in the hotel only as I am leaving very early tomorrow to Khao Lak. Its a good pitstop hotel probably not for long term. The location is not exactly on a prime location. Its in the middle of a road with nothing much happening around. You need to travel 10 minutes by car to get to anything worth mentioning. Other than that the price is very spot on. Less than $20 I paid for a triple room, couldnt really complain much. Room is clean but the age of the room is already showing. Bathroom for instance is mouldy. AC is very loud. But you get past it for the price you pay. Recommended for short stay, not for long term. There's parking with security, which was a plus.

Pro: The location is perfect, right in the middle of everything. Clubs, bars, massages, food truck literally just steps away. The room had a balcony with “partial sea view”. The elevators have a panoramic view over the city. Ac was working fine! Bathroom was spacious. Nice pool with bar. Cons: breakfast was the same everyday, excpect they added the leftover food from day before. I have no problem with this, we need to fight against food waist, but the basic selection was boring. Room was extremely noisy. No sound proof doors to the corridor and none to the balcony. There are some clubs steps away and the do extremely loud music till 1-2 am. Please be prepared you need earplugs. The windows needs to be replaced. The cleaning was okay(ish), of course we found hairs here and there.. All in all a good stay, but not sure I would choose again due the extremely loud music.

This budget hotel was a pleasant surprise! Its location is perfect, within walking distance of all the major attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean, cozy, and surprisingly quiet, despite being in a bustling area. Highly recommend for budget-conscious travelers!

Good thing is that they have lift as my mother had difficulty walking. The pool area needs an urgent improvement. Some metal were all covered in rust and must open the filter to keep it clean.

The location is good, just near to Patong beach and there’s 7-11 just right in front of the hotel. However, the room assigned was a bit far from the lift. And stay over for 3 nights, there’s 2 nights the aircon do not works well. Need to call several times to settle it.
