Last year I also stayed in this hotel and the truth was very happy, so we returned this year, but this year wasn't the same, the shower of the room was out all the water, that I arrived to where the bed was, moreover, There was a filter in the lavaman that, I warned, was going to fix, but it didn't get well so it followed the filter, then they went again and it didn't get all right, at last it wasn't very comfortable, After telling them about the situation, they offered me to change my room but to a smaller one, which I didn't accept and the solution that they gave me to stay there in the same and they passed me more towels to dry the water, badly there.
The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable.
I don't know if I'd come back...

valparaiso真的是好美的山城，遠離了Santiago的喧囂吵鬧，又回到了像烏拉圭colonia一樣的小鎮，人們的美好又出現了，喜歡這些小地方遠離大城市，酒店還有平台拍攝也好，在小鎮依依不捨地度過了3天，坐大巴車來回首都，好喜歡這裏！
酒店去山城裡遊客集中區也很方便，走路1km，都可以到，最漂亮的也就在這附近，sandiago和Valparaiso的酒店安全措施都做得很好，好愛這裏！
退房時晚上的大巴車，還可以寄存行李，還可以去平台歇着，小地方真是好

The cruise to Antarctica is super convenient. You can take a direct bus from the capital Santiago to the hotel. It takes less than 15 minutes to walk from the hotel to the cruise terminal. The breakfast in the hotel is good. All rooms have sea views. The sunset from the room is super beautiful. Floor Next is a large supermarket, please note that it closes at 8:30. The hotel restaurant is good. Although the price is not cheap, the portion is large. You can order one portion for two people.

Well, a pretty strange place for the hotel. Around the ghetto and nothing. We had a room without a balcony. Better not book it, TK view on the ocean has a sea-viewed roof of the restaurant that is located downstairs. The hotel itself is pleasant, clean. There are not enough common zones on the street to sit with an ocean view. The pool is dirty, even the feet weren't wanna urinate. Breakfast is good, there are sausages, cheese, fruits, yogurt, eggs. There is a parking lot that is very relevant in the gettto area)

A hotel literally on the sea, very nice, first class. The spa very good pool, massages, a wonderful outdoor hot tub on the roof. Excellent bar and restaurant. The outstanding attention of Eduardo at the Bar and Benjamin in the restaurant. The food was very good, especially the shrimp curry, the sorretinos with pesto and the Del Mar fruit gratin. Don't forget to have a complimentary sparkling wine on the terrace of the bar.

However, you can get well in the main street and use buses etc. The room was modern and spacious and had a great view of the port and the coast.
The bed was pleasant and the bed linen and towels were fresh and clean.
