My stay at The Venetian Macao was absolutely beautiful and truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, which made the whole experience feel smooth and enjoyable. The room was amazing — spacious, comfortable, and elegant, with lovely details that made the stay feel luxurious and relaxing. One of the highlights was the stunning light show, which created such a magical atmosphere and added to the overall experience. The shopping was also incredible, with so many stores, restaurants, and things to see, making it easy to spend hours exploring without getting bored. Traveling to and from the hotel was extremely convenient. The ferry shuttles were easy to find, well organized, and very affordable, which made getting around Macau simple and stress-free. Overall, The Venetian Macao exceeded expectations — a beautiful destination with excellent service, amazing facilities, and a truly enjoyable atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it and would love to stay again.

Old top casino hotel, good place for parents and children, easy to eat and drink in the hotel, the room is super big, refreshing and clean, the service is not said, so many room management actually did not leak, come next time

The accommodation experience is great! The room is spacious and luxurious, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the cleanliness is full, and the details are super intimate. The staff is professional and welcoming, the check-in and check-out are super smooth, and you can also enjoy the free shuttle bus. The hotel is directly connected to the shopping mall, the indoor canal is super atmosphere, shopping, dining and entertainment are one-stop, the location is excellent, the price is super high, highly recommended!

The room we stayed is big and it has everything we need included. The location was convenient and we could easily travel from one place to another on foot. Hotel also prepared a complimentary cake for my daughter's birthday celebrations.

It's The Venetian, it's perfect. Everything is just luxury. Breakfast at Milan is the best. If you can afford it, do it.
