Prince Smart Inn Ebisu map

Front desk and housekeeping staff were very kind but the hotel itself lacked some basic amenities like a suitcase rack, cotton swabs and most importantly for me, a smoking area. I understand that smoking is strictly regulated in Shibuya, but given that fact it would be nice for the hotel to provide a designated area rather than instructing guests to walk 5 blocks each way to the often crowded public smoking area at Ebisu Station. Every other hotel I’ve stayed at in Japan has provided this. If you are a smoker definitely look elsewhere. Room and facilities were relatively clean but small and not thoughtfully designed. Only two small hooks with 2 hangers each for clothing. Many marks on the walls, especially the toilet which felt somewhat unhygienic. Decorative moss on the wall had a strange odor, and after handing you a bottle of water at check in you’re on your own for pretty much everything. Breakfast was quite basic served with plastic cutlery and often sold out of anything but plain toast by 9am. Despite the shortcomings the location was good and front desk was apologetic for lack of amenities.

Clean room. Location was convenient and near to Ebisu Station. Price was reasonable.

Minimal, accessible location, five minutes walk to metro, clean. not much amenities but acceptable given the price

Very clean and friendly place, breakfast staff catered to my nut allergy which was nice. Hotel is a short walk to the train station and is a train station down from Shibuya. Was good to be away from the crowdedness of Shibuya.

The room is big, clean, new and quiet ～ The price is not cheap, you can store your luggage before you check in at three o'clock, the neighborhood is very close to Daiguan Mountain, there are many shops to eat, and you can also have breakfast from Shibuya.
