The only good thing about this hotel is the location. But overall I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. We got assigned to the room facing the main road on a low floor. It is noisy pretty much 24/7. Also, they don’t provide slippers. I have never been to a hotel in Asia that doesn’t provide slippers. They should at least provide disposable slippers for you to buy at the reception. The hotel room feels very mouldy too. There are way better hotels out there in Chiang Mai with similar price.

Great location right in the centre of the old city and everything looked newish so I'm guessing it isn't that old. My room was very modern and bright. The hotel has a lovely outdoor pool and seating area which is nicely shaded. Service was excellent from all staff. Exceptionally helpful front desk lady, super friendly cleaners with towels changed daily and room thoroughly cleaned and the same from the manager who always stopped to chat. No food or bar except on a Sunday when the coffee bar opens which suited me fine with a great selection of coffee shops and restaurants very close by. Overall I really enjoyed my stay.
