However, the overall layout, privacy, comfort level, and service are all first-class, in line with the consistent quality of the Cinnamon brand. The only regret is that this hotel does not have a large swimming pool, only a small pool in each villa. In addition, the food in this hotel is the lowest score among all four Cinnamon hotels in Bali.

We booked a big bed room, the room was very clean, the mattress and pillows were moderately firm and comfortable to sleep. I deliberately chose a room with external windows for ventilation and lighting, and the room is very bright.

We have made a reservation to ABISHA Hotel Sanur for 3 nights but we only stayed the first night because we and the staff, saw a rat (or big mouse) walking inside the restaurant neer the fruits used to make our drinks, while we were eating our dinner there. After that insident we saw also another rat in the entrance and we didn't felt safe sleeping and eating there so we have not used the pool, we didn't eat anything in the breakfast there, and we have done the check out spending only one night of the 3 that we payed. We asked the staff for a full refund regarding this situation and we said that in case we receive the full refund we will not give any kind of review but if we're not refunded we will tell in TripAdvisor and Agoda what was our experience so other guests can expect rats near the food. We waited until now but we didn't receive any refund and apologies from the managers of this hotel. So they know that there hotel is full of mouse's/rats even inside the places were people eat but still they don't care. We will not be in this hotel again and we advise you to do the same. If a mouse pees or make fezes in food that you will eat later, you have a big risk of don't survive to that, so this hotel should quickly fix this problem or close there business.

The hotel pool is not clean. We stepped on a beer bottle cap when we were playing in the pool and gave it to the front desk. We just took away the apples and didn't apologize. You can add horse*chicken to the room. The price list at the front desk is as follows. There are a lot of bottled water, but I don't know How is it filled? The front desk also helped me exchange US dollars for Indonesian rupiah. There is a restaurant next to the front desk of the hotel where you can have breakfast. It is usually a Thai restaurant. Thai food can be ordered to the room, but the food is very slow and not delicious. Not far from the hotel is the very famous pork shop in Bali. It takes ten minutes to walk back after eating. After walking for half an hour, you will arrive at a super supermarket where you can buy specialties and the like. All in all, it is good.

Really lovely intimate place with great facilities and super friendly staff. Rooms are beautifully presented with great attention to detail. Location is away from the main drag and is a little challenging to find down a windy little road. This makes it a very soothing and quiet oasis in a busy area Easy to find once you know where it is. Need a bicycle to get around, unless you really like walking The closest thing to a negative is that the internet is quite a bit slower than we encountered elsewhere in Indonesia.

Booked for 9 night stayed 5, only because could not find anything sooner, firstly let me say the staff at this property do deserve better from management. Management comes twice a week to sit for couple hours drinking coffee and pays no notice to customers. Now for the bad bits, booked one bedroom villa with pool, arrived late at night to a dark mouldy-smelling room with poor dirty toilet facilities. a very old dated room with holes in the floor in several areas. The pool was of no good with no sunlight reaching it at all and one lounger only. When addressed with theses issues the staff to their determination gave it the best to clean the facility but still had toilet marks on the seat area. As for the holes in the-floor we had to move furniture to cover these for the time we were there Finally the best part was cockroaches in the room. We found several over our 5night stay Main pool area was closed of due to construction work which we also not made aware of and was suitable to use Again it a case of company taking booking and people’s monies and not caring about what they recieve

First I looking villa which complete with kitchen and kitchenette. Finally find this property located is sanur area. I check in the booking.com the rooms and facilities i got if I stay there. I find they have complete facilities in their room. I have stayed for 3 days 2 night, for 1 night I paid at IDR 545.000 net (room only) approx in USD at USD 38. This is best property if you go with your friend or couple as backpacker. You may stay there with complete facilities in the room. You may check at booking.com also easy to find restaurant around sanur or you may contact the staff if you want to order something. I suggest you to go there by motorcyle is easier if you wanna go to somewhere You may request to their staff to clean your room if you will stay more than 1 day. I like this place is peacefull and quite. I hope can back to this property !

The villa is completely arranged according to the standard of the family. The house is quite large. There is a big bed in the bedroom. The bed is neatly made and clean. My husband and I feel very comfortable. The bathroom and kitchen are independent. The only difference is that the landlord hasn't prepared the kitchen utensils yet. The other facilities in the house are complete, with air conditioning, TV and Wi-Fi. The shower is also very convenient, and the general is very good.

Friendly greetings at all times, we had the pool access room. The bed was one of the best we've slept in. The shower over the bath wasn't our cup of tea. The room was clean but the bed facing tv didn't work. Once off the main road it was quiet but the night club next door roared to life at midnight. . The breakfast was sensational and varied slightly each day. After hours meals and room service was very accommodating. The fridge was not the greatest in keeping thing chilled but adequate. The pool (the longest I've seen) with a hidden waterslide was lovely and views from the top pool and deck was special

Beautiful hotel. The building, gardens, ocean view, swimming pools, foods and everything. Perfect. I love the main gate they have. Perfect spot for taking pic. The front desk senior staff helped us. More training needed for junior staff. Try to eat in tamarind and order their risotto with scallop. Yummy.

The villa is not well prepared for my family staycation. We had broken tv, bathroom electricity black out at one of the room. Super slow internet even just to watch the Netflix. Not recommended for digital nomad out there. Living room quite dusty and got kinda moldy roof smell when we turn on the fan. Really need to improve the service quality especially for local guest.

Staff is really friendly and respectful. The location is in the main road so you won't be able to enjoy anything in a walking distance however all beaches are 5km away from the location. You can enjoy by renting a scooter from nearby areas. I enjoyed dining at the hotel, they have local and western cuisines. Swimming pool may cost you extra buck if you want to swim. I stay with Aston properties before and I enjoy their service, so I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for affordable yet good service hotels in Bali.

1. The aircon was very loud and noisy . Informed staff and they sent a workman to fix it the next day . It made no difference. They offered to send someone in the following day but i felt it was becoming an invasion of privacy so declined 2. Mosquitoes in the room . I recommend nets over the bed as i was a feast for them overnight . The staff offered fly spray but i didnt want to inhale the toxic staff while there. I checked out a night early as i didnt feel this to be a relaxing experience. The hotel is reasonably priced though and the grounds and architecture pleasant otherwise

I felt 2x in 6 hours. 1x rooftop in front of door to lift. Floor was wet from rain and I did not see, because was dark 7 hours later in restaurant for breakfast. Was water on the floor . I did not see. Pain was big my ash and my low back. Very less support. Waitress to busy and no manager. Needed next day fysio, what I had to pay by myself. Was very disappoint. As well the next days with words no compensation

It’s the perfect place if you have an early flight - with the most comfortable bed!! Everything is nice and clean and the people are amazingly friendly. I loved how helpful and kind they all were. It’s not at the best location, as Bali has tooo many other beautiful beaches and this hotel is not situated at one of those beautiful beaches. Other than that, I can’t complain at all. I had a great evening there with an early morning flight. The hotel shuttle to the airport was free and they packed a lovely breakfast for me to take to the airport since I left too early to get breakfast at the hotel.

What an incredible stay at Holiday Inn Resort Nusa Dua! The service provided was impeccable, starting off with an upgrade to an ocean view room when our pool view room was undergoing maintenance upon our arrival, followed by complimentary fruit and chocolates as another apology, along with a chocolate cake and bed decorations for our anniversary. All staff members were so friendly, helpful and approachable throughout the whole week of our stay. Also nice to see that feedback forms are actually acknowledged and acted upon very promptly (unlike other places) as we made a simple suggestion for the breakfast to include avocado and hollandaise sauce and the next two days staff members offered us specially cooked eggs benedict with avocado. Cannot fault a single thing about our experience and without a doubt will be back to stay in the future! Special mention to duty manager Geksa who frequently checked in with us and went above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable!

Movenpick is a beautiful hotel and was our final stop on our two-week stay between Bali and Lombok. We were initially booked into the wrong room (twin, not double) but this was sorted immediately. Good selection at the breakfast buffet but I do think the hotel is missing a trick by not cooking fresh crepes for guests. All the little touches made the stay great. We were a bit let down that service was slow and it was a struggle to find two sun loungers, even when we were up early. For guests staying in the hotel after check out before getting picked up, the hotel provides a room to shower in. This can be booked at reception and is cleaned between uses. All in all, a lovely stay.
