Hotel is very clean and tidy. Very suitable for small families. Surrounding amenities is very convenient and will return again.

The room has the mouldy smell and it’s very noisy during wee hours , ppl shouting in the corridor. The door lock of the room does not seem to be very safe. It feels like someone will break in at any time. Overall is below average .

The facilities are very good, it is a local villa area, very beautiful, the landlord is also very good, and provide a lot of help. The only thing that is not perfect is the 30 Singapore dollar sanitation fee, which is not cleaned. It is said that it will be cleaned only once in 7 days. We only live for three days. We do n’t have cleaning tools ourselves, which makes us unreasonable.

Nice place to relax. The bed is so comfortable. Clean room. Only if they fix their smart TV. Tried their remote for Netflix but it is not working.

It's on the edge of a shopping mall in the neighborhood of Singapore. Very convenient. For breakfast, go downstairs to the dining pavilion next door. The room is large in size and the design is outdated. The pool is great!

Location was very good as it is in the middle of zhong shan mall and balestier plaza with many food options avaliable nearby. The hotel room was also better than expected , only negative would be that the toilet is a little small and the TV screen have some defect which makes it unable to watch. Overall it was a good stay and the service personnel are really kind and approachable, thumbs up 👍

Room no window. Location is very good near to many restaurants and bus station. Room is dirty and floor with lots of hairs. a night and not much demand can try usually always out not staying in the room always. Free parking is advantages. Reception is friendly during checkin.

the place is convenient but its not that clean , theres ants on the table + the toilet water smells when we wanna shower so rmber to let the water run first before showering so it doesnt smell .. glad that i didnt see any ants on the bed so its still acceptable .. also the receptionist r all so kind , theyll smile and greet u

The hotel was a little far from Novena so it was a bit of a walk especially when it was either hot or raining. Food options were abundant nearby in the form of hawker centers so that was a nice plus. Furniture was a little old though, as shown in the photo. It would have been nice to have newer facilities. Also, the property was not responsive about the name change I requested. That was a particular hassle dealing with the property and with Trip.com

This hotel is indeed very good and I highly recommend it. The most important thing is the help I received from “Ken”. The room was also very comfortable to stay in. If you are a Chinese and come to Singapore for the first time, I recommend this place, The premise is that you have to bring enough cash, hahahahaha

The front desk staff greeted me with warm smiles (Jassica and Kai) and made sure all my needs were met efficiently. The checkout process was equally smooth, making my departure just as pleasant as my arrival. After checkout I forgot my phone at hotel room, they immediately connected me, I was at air port then, gone back and took phone come back. I must thank for this quick information from hotel (especially Mr. Kei) thank you. Room Quality: My room was a sanctuary of comfort and style. It was immaculately clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with high-quality linens that ensured a restful night’s sleep. On the right hand side you see Dominos which gives great Pizza (Especially great Veg Pizza). Shopping Center is at walkable distance. Service: The level of service throughout my stay was exceptional. Every staff member I encountered, from housekeeping to concierge, was friendly, professional, and eager to assist. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Location: The Grandview Hotel’s location is ideal, situated close to key attractions and dining options. Whether I wanted to explore the local sights or simply enjoy a leisurely stroll around the area, everything was conveniently within reach. Overall Experience: My stay at Fragrance Hotel - Oasis was nothing short of perfect. The combination of luxurious accommodations, outstanding service, and excellent amenities made it a standout choice. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a premium experience and a home-away-from-home ambiance. I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit!
