M Social Singapore map

It was bad experience .staffers were not kindly.location is far from downtown.room was very small.first night electricity had problems,they fix after 1 hours.

Breakfast was great but saw crows eating someone else food because they were unattended. Had dinner at the same place and it was great too. Room was smaller than I expected but restful staycation in Singapore, feels like I’m in another country.

My first stay at the M Hotel, was told at 3pm that the room hadn't been cleaned yet and given a voucher for the restaurant next door to wait for about an hour. I ended up not being able to check in until 6pm, and even was shocked to find a pair of someone else's socks in the corner of the window sill when I was leaving this morning. Really can't believe this is 4 star hotel service.

Very nice hotel. Really warm welcome and helpful from front. I will be back to enjoys stay at M social again 🇸🇬🙏🏻❤️

First impression was good at the lobby, but upon checking in turn to 👎 was given 2nd floor with no view when asked, no other loft Premier room available, as already fully booked. Since our room is facing the condo had to close the curtains, no bidet near Toilet, function of the shower tap falling apart. Bottles for Shampoo, Shower gel wrong position, only the conditioner facing out correctly. (You can't expect us to read the ingredient) Simple label would be good. The side Bed lamp filthy like mouldy stain. The power socket came off easily, not sure if it safe to use. Overall we find it not worth paying the 1 night stay here. Thank you.
