Amazing Hotel!!! The staff goes above and beyond; Ruth was especially a stand out with knowing my name over the 4 days I stayed there. The breakfast is A+ with so many fresh options. They take pride in keeping the hotel clean & have many restaurants close by with some hotel discount options. I loved the well-organized spa. It’s close to the airport. I’ve already re-booked 2 more visits. 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It’s also very easy & secure to change money at the front desk.

The experience at Kuta Patadiso hotel was great. There were many amenities to choose from and an assortment of restaurants. The breakfast buffet was vast and hotel location was very central.

Rooms and building are dated and in desperate need of repair, but perfectly acceptable. 5 star as far as service and breakfast buffet. Realistically 3 star, for amenities and condition.
Air conditioning in room was excellent.

The location of the hotel was excellent! Walking distance to Kuta Market and the rest of the shopping areas. Beside that, there's a convenience store nearby too. Dining wise, there is no need to worry, as there are whole streets for you to choose from. Seafood, Western, Chinese, or their local.
Hotel-wise, it's a little bit old. The balcony (city view) actually only allows us to see the roof of the hotel or the building next to it. There will be someone or some workers who will go up and do some cleaning, so it’s advisable to close the curtains whenever you’re not in the room. Apart from that, the balcony is a bit dirty, and we never open or use the balcony at all. Slightly wasted. The fridge inside the room is not really cold. Put to the max, but still the same. Toilet drainage is not fast enough and has caused water to flood.
The lobby area, especially near the reception, is slightly warm, and you can get sweaty. This also applies to the breakfast areas. Varieties are not many. Most of the day, the same dishes were provided.

The worst hotel I ever stay in Bali. The swimming pool is to bad. I will recommend if anyone going there for enjoy in the swimming pool the. This hotel is not for you. 1* breakfast. Staffs are to rude at the reception. Over all I will give 1*. We will never never go back. We wast our money.

Convenient location and easy access from the airport. Old hotel facilities and buildings. An acceptable hotel if you don't have high expectations.
This hotel is not on the beach but it's possible to walk 6-7min to KUTA beach.

The best place to stay my teenage and young children Really enjoyed everything the swimming pool is so big and those want quite place you will have it. Its my third time staying here but it was best decision to come with my children thank you staff you really made us happy.
