A very reasonably priced hotel situated just off the Old Klang Road, with adequate free car park around the vicinity of the hotel. There is a nice northern Indian restaurant which serves tasty food at a reasonable price. There are other food stalls selling Chinese hawker food, Malay food stalls all within walking distance from the The Pearl Shopping complex is a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Facilities are basic, but the hotel is reasonably clean.

It is very easy to live in this apartment If you want to eat, there is a Food Court and several Japanese restaurants. Needing food items or charcoal for bathing purposes on the G floor there are Bila Bila Mart. The service is very good, especially the receptionist. The male receptionist was very helpful, friendly and always provided solutions. If I could give a receptionist rating, I would give it 5 stars.

Short staycation at Millerz by MyKey. Check-in is fast. Clean and spacious unit. Parking is provided and easy to find. The swimming pool at level 43 was clean and quick refreshment. The living room looks a bit less cozy without a carpet underneath the coffee table. Kitchen appliances such as pot and pan without lid. There was complementary coffee however the kettle didn't look clean.

Super big apartment that probably could fit 4-6 pax families if you wanted to squeeze. Also good for friends/family that don't want to share rooms. Location wasn't the best, it was really hard to get a Grab and the longest I had to wait was 40 minutes just to find a car. There was food right at the lobby and a late-night dimsum place on the same side of the road.

The layout of the hotel is confusing. The wrong lift taken will bring us to other office building. Got a bad view too - view of cemetery and parking lot. The swimming pool is not kid friendly. And dont have any view from the swimming pool. Foods are great. Room is nice. Location is good. Walking distance to klcc.

A strategic location, Dorsett Regency KL offers a great stay experience. The single bed is actually quite wide & the room is spacious. Been here few times, for the food mostly - tasty and great selections at a reasonable price. The only challenge is the parking. But there's so much choices for transportation and you can just literally walk to the places of attraction. Would definitely repeat / come back 😄

The room is spacious but it’s a little bit old. I can understand the apartment is very big so certain parts were dusty which is not a big issue for me. We did see some small cockroaches. Luckily we had staffs came and make up the room every day. Another issue is the lift, sometimes we did wait for a long time to get up and down.

Located on a mountain, it's a bit difficult to climb every time. The view of Petronas Towers is good. The room was spacious and clean, with a kitchen-living room, two toilets, a guest bedroom, a master bedroom with a separate toilet and shower, and a small bedroom. There is a washing machine, bathrobes and all amenities. The first night it smelled like sewage, but not critically. We took off early in the morning and faced the problem of ordering a taxi, Grab only accepts credit cards at night. They couldn't help with calling a taxi at the reception, so they walked with heavy bags to the shopping center to look for a taxi.

Checked into KL SL during Christmas holidays with my parents. My mother had a lot of ”insect” bite on days 1. She thought it was mosquito bites. On 2nd night she fled pain at the neck's area, woke up and scratched. She found a small red bug on her pillow. Smashed the bug and with blood stained the pillow. Immediately searched the bedding and found another tiny dark color bug. Reported to duty manager next day after we back from outing . The duty manager stated the hotel will investigate. Though been offered to change room, my parent turned down as we had to wake up at 4:30am and catch transport to KL international airport.. Today my parent received the feed back email which just mention hotel investigation found bug issue outcome is ”negative” only without addressing ”guest concern” . The worst part was dining experience at its ”Authur's Bar and Grill.” We all ordered steaks . I ordered medium rare which was fully cooked. My parents ordered medium which also fully cooked. I had my steak returned and re-stressed ”medium rate” . When the 2nd serve steak came it was ”RARE” . One thing we noticed when cut the steak the flesh color was white. (Suspect the steak was poorly de-frosted) Gave up! My parents spoke with the waiter who served us on our discontent with its cooking quality. At the end I notice my dad still paid the waiter 50 RMB tips. For me ,will not pick KL Shangri-la should we visit Malaysia again.

This is my 2nd time staying here. The hotel and service didn't disappoint me. The staff is friendly and helpful from the frontliners, the in-room service and cleaners. I enjoyed my time at the spa. The location is within walking distance to KLCC & Pavilion. I will come back again.

This is actually a 3 star hotel, not 5 star. The facilities are very simple, only a small pool and gym. Considering their price is more expensive than Sheraton (a true 5 star hotel), their room is overpriced. The decor is cheap, not luxurious and the breakfast was awful and boring. The rooftop pool is very small, it’s only nice for the view. The gym basically only has treadmills. The front desk service is good and check in/check out was fast. The housekeeping could be better. They expect me to tell them exactly what to do and what amenities to replenish. I wish they would just know their job without depending on me for instruction. My room was not cleaned daily, so I had to stay with a full garbage bin for 3 days. The foreign staff need to improve their English. The food was also not good and lacks variety. It’s better to eat outside. Although, my stay was comfortable but I don’t feel it’s value for money.

The overall experience at the hotel was decent, but there were a couple of issues. The pillows were uncomfortable and not supportive, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, there were three power sockets near the bed, but only one was functional, which was quite inconvenient. Everything else was satisfactory.

Really loved everything about our stay. From the room, to the amenities and right down to the service. You can really feel the warmth from every single one of the staff and they’re really not calculative about anything. Location-wise was good as well which is an 8 minute walk away from pavilion where you can get just about anything. Would definitely recommend it and will be staying here again in the future!
