Nice and decent hotel, staffs are warm and attentive. Will stay here again. Situated near the airport and have the perfect location surrounded with all the good restaurants

My one of two options in Bacolod: very clean, convenient (door to the mall for quick needs/shopping), very comfortable. Main drawbacks are: 1) its access to the mall that the general public can use, creating a constant flow at the lobby, right by the elevator to rooms upstairs; 2) steady/constant "stand-bys" at the lobby, seems to occupy lobby spots for the wifi, sometimes all day and through the night, and don't seem to be guests (at times making it difficult for guests to find a spot to eat, drink, or sit with own guests). The two points give the lobby a bus station/public plaza feel, and diminishes the elegance and comfort the hotel seems to try to project. The pool area seems to get some of this non-guest crowd somehow (making a quiet, private time difficult, and makes one wonder how tight access to the floors is to non-guests). Staff definitely one of the hotel's top assets (very professional, efficient, polite and welcoming), with the front desk, restaurant/bar staff and cleaning staff across floors always very attentive and professional. Kudos to the excellent staff!

The hotel is nice, big & clean, has comfortable bed, convenient for shopping since it is connected to sm mall, restaurants and easy access for transportation. The staff are friendly, there’s a guard who always greets you with a smile & opens the door for you. The buffet breakfast was good. I will stay again in this hotel in the future visit to Bacolod.

Room was aesthetic simple and straight forward. Towels are worn out, pillows are very soft. No extra available. Nice sea view, sunset.
