Booked this hotel for its locatio. The bed is comfortable and decent size for the price. The showeroom is choking and upon checking strand of hairs choking it. Room is also very dimly lighted else decent stay.
Protip: Amazed at the close proximity of fireworks from the hotel room view. This is definitely a plus for people who don't want to squeeze with the crowd yet wants to enjoy the fireworks.
Did not check out the swimming pool or gym.

The location is ideal, the bed is super comfortable, and the room is clean. The only drawback is that the air conditioner is too cold and the lighting is a bit dim. Overall, it is great. I will stay in this hotel again next time.

My room was at the 17 floor so I can see TRX and Pavillion from afar. Room was spacious but was not so much of a soundproof. You could hear kids crying people’s laughing. Bed was comfortable though the pillow is slightly hard for me.
Parking is rm15 per day. But the hotel is within walking distance to Pavilion. That itself is a plus point. Cause there’s always a congestion at the Pavilion so driving was not the best option to go around the area. You can ride the GoKL bus to go to KLCC.

This is a good choice to stay here, location perfect, clean and spacious. I have problem with towel, they forget to give us after cleaning the room, but they fast responses to give the new towel. I stay for 4 nights and they give me KL Tower view, its very nice. Thabk you.

The hotel location is very strategic, easily accessible by public transportation such as MRT and Monorail. The staff on duty are friendly. The room is spacious and clean. The facilities provided are complete.

Check-in process was long; suite was very spacious; beds are comfortable but pillows are too high to our liking; bathroom is huge but the drawn-up blind in bathroom doesn't make sense; drainage in shower area is always choking; room lighting is too dim; price is ok for the size; suite number is 1614

Location and price is great. Stuff was friendly and helpful. The room space is quite big but the it felt a bit dark in the room as the lights were so as strong
