The hotel is very nice and the rooms are well appointed with a work area, comfy chair and some balcony furniture. The bathroom has a window which overlooks the bed and the balcony but there is a blind you can pull down. The bed was very comfy and so were the pillows. There isn't much sound proofing and we were near the lobby and restaurant so we heard a lot of noise in the morning when we tried to sleep in but from 10 pm to 6 am there wasn't much noise thankfully. The resort is kind of a small wellness and they have some activities like ping pong, a levelled pool area, suction cup archery, badminton and coconut bowling. The breakfast restaurant was quite good and offered a good variety of Asian, western and vegetarian options. I was excited to see and try snake fruit for the first time and was able to find something to enjoy each day. Eggs and soup are made to order but each station took a little bit of time to get our orders out each time. The dal curry was a highlight and they had a good rice dish each day as well. We also tried the pool bar and it was great for an afternoon snack and cocktail after a full day being in Ubud. The hotel location isn't the best and we were there during a busy couple of days for ceremonies and tourists which made getting in and out of the hotel area very hard. It took us 2 hours to get to the airport from here and we spent a lot of time stuck in traffic instead of sightseeing due to congestion. A restaurant which would normally be a 15 minute drive took us 40 minutes to get to. The hotel is about a half an hour walk to Ubud Centre but they offer a scheduled shuttle service to Ubud Centre and the Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary but you have to book at reception and there's only 10 seats per shuttle. We found we couldn't get as much done as we wanted to in Bali due to the congestion in Ubud as it took a considerable amount of time for drivers to get to us and we weren't comfortable with driving a scooter with so much traffic. The hotel did offer bicycles but the infrastructure is not that good around the hotel for walkers let alone bicyclists. The service was prompt at the hotel. We had a late but efficient check in and they offered us coupons for their laundry service and massage. We ran out of water but they would bring us as many as we wanted any time of day which was super nice. They offered to bring our luggage to the room and stored it while we are breakfast prior to an early pickup.

The staff here are very friendly and enthusiastic, and I feel very good. Recently, I feel that it is very comfortable here. The rooms are clean and bright, the toilet and bathtub are big enough, there is an open swimming pool, and there is a public space. There is an open kitchen for cooking. Make friends; almost everyone here is full this time, but the sound insulation on the upper and lower floors is not good. It is recommended to stay in the room upstairs; it is only about 15 minutes from the terraces and about 13 minutes from the center of Ubud. There are many outside the hotel You can visit the handicraft store, but the traffic is not good due to road construction recently and the roadside is very dusty; I will stay here again

During the Spring Festival, Bali is a hotel with a view of the canyon gardens. The location is actually not convenient for getting in and out by car. The spare parts are also relatively average. The two are more than one thousand two hundred a night, which is not very expensive, but that's it. The service attitude is good, those at the front desk are good, but the lobby boy and the waiter in charge of sanitation are very fond of asking people for tips. Stayed for two nights, the first night I woke up and did not leave a tip in the room, but when I came back, they were waiting at the door. You can ask for a floating breakfast, adding a few dozen yuan, it seems, not too expensive. There are three sets of options for breakfast, and I tried them all, and I still feel that the American style is the best, the Indonesian breakfast is the second, and the bread basket is the worst. But the deliciousness is relative, the breakfast quality is generally average.

The first day I smelled in the bedding and it was comfortable to replace it the next day ~ It's a little far from the city center, but it's convenient to take a grab taxi or bike (the price is very good ^^) Zhikwin Friendly is 100 points ~ The facilities are very good ~ You can go outside and do anything ~ Yoga room is very good ~ Pool is good ~ However, there are many trees and grass, so it's humid ~ It's Ubud ^^ I I was lucky to stay at Yoga Gakuen and I was teaching instructors and kindly taught for free (Pakayoga Gakuen) It was a perfect three days ^^ Thank you

We absolutely loved our stay in our glamping tent, in the beautiful, cool, lush, tropical garden at Ubud Tropical! The pool & garden were in excellent condition, as was the communal kitchen & lounge area. The staff were friendly, & Putu manager was very helpful. It it quite a walk to the centre of Ubud, but we did it every day. But next time we stay at Ubud Tropical, we will rent a scooter. The glamping tent could have done with some hooks to hang clothes, bedside lights & new, blackout curtains on the little windows. But these were all minor. We booked for 2 nights, & then booked for 2 more!

The resort is serene , beautiful. Great hospitality. Staff are friendly, and great photo skills too😂. I stayed in ubud chalet for 2 nights. The rice terrace view from our room is breathtaking. The breakfast spread is good. Not too much variety but enough. Many activities to explore in the resort itself. We had picnic luncb on the boat and gardenr dinner. Enjoyed both . Food was good. Swimming pool area is big. They even give goodnight gift to every room. So touched by the little touches.

Friendly greetings at all times, we had the pool access room. The bed was one of the best we've slept in. The shower over the bath wasn't our cup of tea. The room was clean but the bed facing tv didn't work. Once off the main road it was quiet but the night club next door roared to life at midnight. . The breakfast was sensational and varied slightly each day. After hours meals and room service was very accommodating. The fridge was not the greatest in keeping thing chilled but adequate. The pool (the longest I've seen) with a hidden waterslide was lovely and views from the top pool and deck was special

Staff is really friendly and respectful. The location is in the main road so you won't be able to enjoy anything in a walking distance however all beaches are 5km away from the location. You can enjoy by renting a scooter from nearby areas. I enjoyed dining at the hotel, they have local and western cuisines. Swimming pool may cost you extra buck if you want to swim. I stay with Aston properties before and I enjoy their service, so I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for affordable yet good service hotels in Bali.

1. The aircon was very loud and noisy . Informed staff and they sent a workman to fix it the next day . It made no difference. They offered to send someone in the following day but i felt it was becoming an invasion of privacy so declined 2. Mosquitoes in the room . I recommend nets over the bed as i was a feast for them overnight . The staff offered fly spray but i didnt want to inhale the toxic staff while there. I checked out a night early as i didnt feel this to be a relaxing experience. The hotel is reasonably priced though and the grounds and architecture pleasant otherwise

I did not see. Pain was big my ash and my low back. Very less support. Waitress to busy and no manager. Needed next day fysio, what I had to pay by myself. Was very disappoint. It’s the perfect place if you have an early flight - with the most comfortable bed!! Everything is nice and clean and the people are amazingly friendly. I loved how helpful and kind they all were. It’s not at the best location, as Bali has tooo many other beautiful beaches and this hotel is not situated at one of those beautiful beaches. Other than that, I can’t complain at all. I had a great evening there with an early morning flight. The hotel shuttle to the airport was free and they packed a lovely breakfast for me to take to the airport since I left too early to get breakfast at the hotel.

What an incredible stay at Holiday Inn Resort Nusa Dua! The service provided was impeccable, starting off with an upgrade to an ocean view room when our pool view room was undergoing maintenance upon our arrival, followed by complimentary fruit and chocolates as another apology, along with a chocolate cake and bed decorations for our anniversary. All staff members were so friendly, helpful and approachable throughout the whole week of our stay. Also nice to see that feedback forms are actually acknowledged and acted upon very promptly (unlike other places) as we made a simple suggestion for the breakfast to include avocado and hollandaise sauce and the next two days staff members offered us specially cooked eggs benedict with avocado. Cannot fault a single thing about our experience and without a doubt will be back to stay in the future! Special mention to duty manager Geksa who frequently checked in with us and went above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable!

Movenpick is a beautiful hotel and was our final stop on our two-week stay between Bali and Lombok. We were initially booked into the wrong room (twin, not double) but this was sorted immediately. Good selection at the breakfast buffet but I do think the hotel is missing a trick by not cooking fresh crepes for guests. All the little touches made the stay great. We were a bit let down that service was slow and it was a struggle to find two sun loungers, even when we were up early. For guests staying in the hotel after check out before getting picked up, the hotel provides a room to shower in. This can be booked at reception and is cleaned between uses. All in all, a lovely stay.
