It is our family's repeated stay in One World hotel over the past decade. This is the default choice whenever we come to KL. We are pleased with the service standard here, the breakfast selection, and we even received complimentary daily laundry service during our recent 5 nights stay. Upon check-in, it was done smoothly, although the valet parking was not handled so well. The room was spacious and clean except the drainage was very poor—the water clogged the sink and the shower room. We were staying only for one night and didn't get a chance to go to the pool, gym, and rooftop lounge. We will come again for a couple of nights as we saw they had a lot of promotions on food in the restaurants. Would give it another try.

Hotel is strategic location plus connected with shopping mall. Easy to explore food and find entertainment at nights such as karaoke. Cleanliness of room and pool is tiptop. The only thing is interior wise tv room feels like living in the 90s. But overall is nice hotel to stay in for short vacay in town.

I am writing to provide feedback following my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was not up to the standard I had expected. Firstly, the room lacked towels upon my arrival, and I had to call housekeeping to have them sent. This was also happened during my last stays. Additionally, I found that the minibar was not stocked, which I initially addressed by calling reception to request a room change. I was told that instead of moving rooms, housekeeping would send a minibar to my room, but this was not an ideal solution. Furthermore, I noticed that the area around the minibar cabinet had not been properly cleaned, which was disappointing given the otherwise high standards of the hotel. I hope this feedback will be taken into consideration to improve the overall guest experience.

The hotel is a small hotel with i would say complete amenities. Clean room, strategic location, parking available and lift. For the price, I would say it ia very recommended. Breakfast is also available. Only downside is the space. Rooms are a bit small hut nevertheless, for solo traveller, its still ample. Very nice hotel to stay for the night 👍🏻👍🏻

The considerate landlord (the elegant temperament of the angels who usually answer questions), the excellent location (next to the Giant large supermarket), the convenient transportation (walking to the subway station to the city center KLCC), the comfortable and complete rooms and indoor facilities, the awesome top floor infinity pool, Far beyond expectations!!! Located at the heart of Damansara Uptown. Plenty of restaurants nearby within walkable distance. The receptionist is nice and friendly. There's is on going promotion during check-in directly with the hotel itself. The room itself is not soundproof which is a bit nuisance if your room been located just beside the road.

Overall, the stays were pleasant except for two items: 1) only two drinking bottles were provided. Got to beg for additional water bottles. Other hotels in the Klang valley of the similar category, provides unlimited drinking water. 2) When asked for an additional comforter to be sent to our room, a worn out brown blankets was sent. Obviously we won’t dare to use it. Escalate this matter to Mr. Seelam, the PIC the second night, and the housekeeping sent another unacceptable blanky which I called it the twin sister. Utterly disappointed.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Petaling Jaya Hotel. While the location is quite far from the city center, the hotel itself offers a comfortable and pleasant experience with excellent service and well-maintained facilities. During my stay, I had lunch at their Chinese restaurant, Yue. I ordered the abalone fried rice, which was absolutely delicious — flavorful, perfectly cooked, and well-seasoned. However, my dining experience was marred by a strong tobacco smell coming from the nearby cigar lounge. This was highly disappointing and clearly a poor design choice to place a cigar lounge on the same floor as two restaurants. It negatively impacted what could have been a perfect meal. Overall, the hotel is a good choice for those seeking comfort and quality service, but the cigar lounge placement is a serious flaw that management should reconsider to enhance the dining atmosphere.

Room and amenities were fantastic. Clean and comfortable room. Hotel staff friendly and efficient. I had earlier check in which I was very thankful for. However, the room given was the wrong category. Had to get staff to deliver the new room key and transferred my stuff. The room flooring was not well maintained and had gaps in between. I would suggest better maintenance of the rooms. Other aspects were fine. Would likely to return.

I arrived at the hotel on Christmas evening due to delayed of my flight and heavy traffic at KLIA. The room assigned to me was on 15th floor. It was very empty and the furniture was quite old. Even the 18-20 inches TV was not the LCD type. No many choices of channels to choose from.  Bed sheets and pillows were quite worn down and a bit antic.  The nearest mini mart store was about 200m away across the main road and over the traffic lights. The nearest LRT station was about 1-2 Km away from the hotel. Definitely need to order GRAB car to travel out. Generally it is okay for a solo traveller who does not want to stay in a backpacker hostel.
