Location is great for us, although when checked in the room was dusty and the bedside cabinets had cup rings so clearly weren’t cleaned properly and also dust on the drawers. Stayed in room 913 I At 1am was woken up by bed bugs I have attached pictures, I was mostly bitten by them and my back is still red in 6 different places my stomach in 2 different places and right leg, my son not soo much thankfully. Reached out to the hotel on their whatsap and they told me to go to their office next morning but I was soo busy and finally sent email they agreed to give me 1 night free stay but I actually don’t want it until issue is sorted out do I claimed my refund. It’s sad because I’ve stayed here before. We checked into 2 bed room 268 next day as more people were join in and yeah the room needs MAJOR upgrade you can see the pictures of the sinks and bathroom .

Stayed in the United States for 12 days, the clothes were all smelly, because I booked this hotel with a kitchen washing machine, so I didn’t deal with it. I flew to London to stay at the hotel.
