Excellent property, conveniently located both for the center of Pondra and the Chelsea area, which was of particular interest to me. Very clean, with a warm welcome and efficient room service.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The location is excellent—convenient and close to shops and transport. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices. Overall, great value for money and a very pleasant experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

It’s very comfy and clean. You don’t need to wait to check in for my room but if you need to wait check in, there is a reception and you can drop your luggage there. Everyone is a great service mind.

Although the room is not big, the health is very good. The things are changed once a day. The exhaust fan of the toilet is louder and the chandelier of the toilet needs to be turned off. This is the best house I have lived in London. The facilities are too complete.
