The location is very good, the staff are very nice and helpful. The facilities in the room are all good except the hair dryer which is in old style (need to use palm to hold the hair dryer to turn it on, it's so tiring to use, and the wind is not strong enough). It takes a long time to have long hair dry. If the hotel can replace the hair dryer with a modern one, it would be much better.

”I stayed on the Kid Floor, which is family-themed, and the kids really love being in this room. There are many stuffed animals that match the theme of the room. The room I stayed in is the Panda Room, which is very cute, and my two children are absolutely delighted. I always stay at this hotel when I come to Bangkok.”

Very pleasant small and beautiful hotel. I have been unable to settle down before travelling and I am worried that the hotel is not good. I saw a booking score of 9.4 and decided to give it a try. The first is location. It is very close to the Siam business district. The straight line distance is estimated to be 500 meters but there is a river. The bridge is about 800 meters. It is in the middle of Siam and Pratunam markets. There is a pier nearby. We also tried the local People travel by water, 9 THB per person one way. The hotel is located in the residential area of Bangkok. Google Maps can be found accurately and it is not difficult to find. The surrounding environment is a bit ”dirty and messy” but it is safe. You can take this opportunity to see the real living environment of Bangkok people. I ’ve been here for the New Year, and I saw neighborhoods singing karaoke on the street, distributing free food and music, and inviting us to join, a very good experience. The building of the hotel itself is very good, following the Japanese route, it is very exquisite from the facade (the photos on the facade are not taken anymore). The triple room is twice as large as the double room. Seeing the introduction of 18 square meters is a conservative algorithm, anyway We put a 24 by 28 inch box without pressure. Tatami mattresses, air conditioners, TVs and water heaters are all Japanese brands Sony Mitsubishi Panasonic, toilet paper Kimberly-Clark. The mattress was just a bit hard, but it cured my uncomfortable lumbar spine. If you want to talk about the disadvantages, the window in the room won't open, and the bathroom can't be separated due to the crowded, wet and dry conditions. The shower head is too thin and anxious. By the way, the top floor balcony of their house is really awesome. It is a wonderful memory to watch fireworks on the roof this New Year. I have to mention the hotel's service, so I saw a Thai boss who wants to be a good hotel. The hotel has just been opened for half a year, and most foreign guests. The service from the boss lady to the small worker is very enthusiastic, and the laundry and drying are free, and they can just leave it to them. Take the snacks on the first floor and the balcony casually, and give them a lot of water every day, and then I will give you detailed instructions where to go. This New Year's Eve boss actually gave me L'Occitane's wash suit as a gift for New Year. , Parents are very happy. If it is not good, they do not provide breakfast service, and they will speak English better, but I believe that if they want to speak Chinese, they will find a way. All in all a good choice for hotels in Bangkok downtown.

Top class experience at Chatrium celebrating my fiancée’s birthday! Service was magical from the moment we stepped into the hotel, having a personal guide to lead us up to our room. Was even greeted with a delightful birthday cake & anniversary goodies. Our room was spacious, comfy, beautiful & the breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of variety. 100/10 recommend everyone to stay here!

The hotel is small and exquisite. The external environment looks a bit chaotic. It is a few minutes' walk from the BTS station and is convenient for visiting various attractions. I also tried the bus and was very successful in overcoming the difficulties. If you don't stay in Bangkok for a long time, you should not try it. It takes a lot of time to understand how the bus works and find the platform. The hotel itself is quite comfortable. There are coin-operated washing and drying equipment (separate), and you need to put coins in two devices. There are very concentrated restaurants and large shopping malls around, and the festive atmosphere is very strong✌️Recommended to stay.

I had an excellent experience at the Centara Grand Hotel. The service was truly outstanding—attentive and prompt, making our stay very enjoyable. The hotel's location is perfect for shopping, especially if you're in the Siam district. The only downsides were that YouTube on the TV didn’t work, and the TV's response time was a bit slow. However, these minor issues did not overshadow the overall experience. One highlight was the thoughtful gesture of setting up our room to celebrate our 20th anniversary. It was a lovely touch that made our stay even more special. Overall, I highly recommend the Centara Grand Hotel for its exceptional service and prime location!

Room 107 - The room is small, not soundproof, always noisy. Also, the room is next to the laundry room and the maid's room. - The curtains are made of paper, not fabric. - There is only one plug in front of the bathroom (2 holes). - The water pressure is very strong, but when taking a shower, the water flows to the toilet. - The TV is not clear, but it is watchable. - The bathroom has a window at the back, which is a bit dangerous if there is a hole!! - The air conditioner is cold.

Good location. Directly linked to MBK (via level 2) and National Stadium BTS. There’s a 7-11 at level 1. Modern and clean room. Buffet breakfast spread was good and some food items were changed daily. Go before 9am to avoid queues. Can reach Siam square, Siam paragon in less than 15min walk. However sound proof is quite bad. Can hear the traffic sound at night on level 19

I like this hotel.. the room was clean and spacious. There’s good parking, and the breakfast is fine. The only issue was that our room was quite noisy from the street (it was a corner room facing a busy road). I don’t think it’s worth lowering the rating for this, and it may be quieter in other rooms. We didn’t bring it up with the staff since we were only staying for one day.

The room is as pictured and location is close to MBK, about 10 to 15 minutes walking distance. However, beyond this the room lack basic amenities and the pool is much smaller than what was pictured. There is also no consistency on housekeeping standards, on the first day of checkin our room had no shower gel and the next day we had ask reception for towels. We stayed at many 3, 4 stars hotels, this is not one that is value for money so we are unlikely to stay for another stay.

This hotel has the friendliest staff. They are very welcoming, they do everything with a smile and always willing to help. Customer service is top notch. The check in times here I can’t deal with but sometimes it may be out of their control. They kept our bags and we went up to the restaurant and had a lovely lunch. The rooms were pretty decent though a bit small, but perhaps this is average for Thailand? I don’t know. It is a bit far but there is a shuttle service provided by the hotel for free on a reserved basis. However, it’s pretty easy to get around by grab and the train. I had to give a lower rating for cleanliness as it seems the shower heads are overlooked during the cleaning process.

The room, bedroom, bathroom was really clean. The food was really good as well. The 2 nights we strayed there was a pool party on top. We could enjoy the pool, tough. Only think we didn’t like was that on the last day it was an out-gate with the electricity so the lifts were not working. Which is ok. But we needed to take all our luggage 15 floors down. A manager on the 15th floor saw us leaving with the suitcases but she didn’t call any staff to help us. They even offered us a drink. Nothing. Only the say sorry, sorry and that’s is. Please next time have an emergency plan designed for the comfort of the guests. Pdta: they gave us a dessert because our honeymoon, which was a good detail.

Small hotel, in the alley, it is not recommended for unfamiliar people to check in, otherwise it may not be very convenient to go out, but the room is clean and quiet, there are also small markets and 7-11 nearby, laundry and coffee are also available. Deluxe Apartment. 60 sqm, 110,000 won for 2 nights. Pros 1. Considering the price, I can't help but give it 5 stars. 2. The room is very spacious and there are separate bedrooms. Each has its own air conditioner. 3. The bed and bedding are good. 4. It was well cleaned and there were no strange smells. Cons 1. The room is a bit dark even when the light is on. 2. The shower curtain is a bit short, so you have to be aware that water might splash outside. 3. The furniture and bathroom show that it's a bit old. 4. The location of the accommodation is ambiguous. Not! Often! Recommend! Recommend! In Taiwan, you can use Lai to confirm the relevant details of the housing with the landlord (English communication is barrier-free, and the map guide is very intimate to facilitate passengers to arrive ~~~ The room has no difference with the pictures on the Internet, and the overall non-~ Chang~ Big ~ is also very clean! Each room has a private bathroom and simple toiletries, which is very friendly and intimate for friends! The only fly in the ointment is that the pool does not have extra lighting at night, so there will be a little black (but turning on the room light can also be an alternative solution xd If you have any questions during the journey, you can contact the landlord soon, very at ease >< (The accommodation is in a residential area, so it will take a little time to get to the downtown area, and pay attention to the volume at night! Recommended for all travelers who need private accommodation!

This is a newly opened hotel in an alley, which is more convenient for breakfast and dinner for the original residents. It's strange that there are no cups or boiling water in the bathroom and room. Only two bottles of mineral water are provided. The room I stayed in has no socket on the table. I don't know if it is because of the room I booked or for other reasons.
