Excellent location as it just walking distance to xin hair and a few other good seafood restaurants there. Front desk is friendly and the free drink and coffee is good. As the building beside the hotel is undergoing renovations it is quite noisy from 7.30am to until 5pm. However after speaking to the hotel. It give us complimentary tickets for the bathhouse at lvl B1. The bathhouse is big and relaxing but not suitable for us with young kids. The lundary room is good as it offer washing and dry cleaning which is good for us with small kid as she change out alot of clothes and also help us to keep it clean. Breakfast was decent with noodles soup., dumplings and fried noodles n fried rice. It also have a few hot dishes like the fry veg and fried fish together with egg and steam corn n steam sweet potato. A small salad bar, 2 type of porridge and toast bread.

Secondly, it was to help my daughter de-stress before she transitions from primary to junior high, as she's about to step into the demanding arena of life. **Reason for choosing this place:** We picked Guan Shan Lake Xikang Yunshe because its online photos were simply breathtaking – showcasing stunning scenery, lush greenery, magnificent views, and picturesque beauty that truly captivated me and made me want to experience it firsthand. (Honestly, with so many guesthouses and hotels sprouting up across Benxi like mushrooms after rain these past two years, to avoid decision paralysis, I simply picked the top-ranked one.) **First Impression:** The mountains were in a languid slumber, while the clouds playfully sketched the outline of a castle. At three in the afternoon, the golden sunlight pierced through the clouds, bathing the grey castle in a glow that felt like a divine touch and special favor. (Though this description might seem a bit exaggerated, I believe even Eileen Chang would write it this way.) Let me discuss the facilities, hygiene, environment, service, unique hot springs, and buffet breakfast all at once: * **Facilities:** Among all hotels I've stayed at in the same price range, these are personally the most satisfactory and my favorite. * **Hygiene:** There's still room for improvement. I admit I have exceptionally high standards for cleanliness; my husband, whose pocket money has been depleted by my pickiness, can attest to that. * **Environment:** The advantages here are self-evident: blessed with unique green mountains, clear waters, and swirling mist. There's simply no room for me to find fault, and I suspect the people of Benxi wouldn't allow it anyway! * **Service:** I deliberately tried to count the staff members I encountered: two doormen, four charming front desk staff, a villa driver, a room cleaning attendant, kitchen/delivery personnel, staff in the hot spring area, and dining areas... Oh, never mind, I confess my math isn't good enough to count them all. In short, every staff member I met was patient, caring, and dedicated. Their service was perfectly balanced, attentive without being overly enthusiastic. Yes, the hotel management behind the scenes certainly deserves a grand commendation. * **Unique Hot Springs:** Both my mom and daughter had a wonderful time soaking. My daughter was thrilled because there was unlimited ice cream available, which she could openly and freely enjoy – something I don't usually permit at home. My mom, in turn, was happy seeing her daughter so joyful. Given that the ice cream was actually quite high-quality, I even broke my own rule and indulged in quite a bit. It wasn't just about taking advantage of something free; it was more about not wanting to be a hypocrite with one rule for them and another for me. There were also plenty of unlimited fruits and snacks, perfect for quenching thirst and cooling down. * **Buffet Breakfast:** The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety. I prefer strong flavors in the morning and enjoyed a generous amount of boiled shrimp, baked beans in tomato sauce, Italian beef brisket, bacon, and homemade yogurt. For those who prefer lighter options, the traditional Chinese breakfast choices were truly dazzling. **A Side Note:** At 4:27 AM, I leaned by the hot spring pool in my room. The water temperature was 37.2 degrees Celsius, exactly half a degree higher than my body temperature – just enough to help my tense nerves loosen their first button. True enjoyment, I realized, is found in places where even time seems to slow down. At that moment, I gazed at the mist still lingering over the distant mountains and fields outside my window, then slowly closed my eyes, drifting back into a soothing dream, only to be awakened by: ”Mom, Mom, Mom, is the hot spring water ready for me?!”

The hotel isn't new, but it's well-maintained, and the landscaping is beyond reproach! We took the metro to the final station, then a Didi/Alipay taxi. It was 14:00 there and 18:00 back. We booked a very basic room with one large bed, which looked like it was 2 by 2 meters. We stayed in November. The whole hotel was warm. There's a separate area with large indoor pools and slides for children aged 3 or older. The onsen itself is divided into three equal parts: one common area and two specifically for men and women, where swimsuits are not allowed. The common area has two outdoor onsen and a large heated pool. The women's area has a more fun outdoor landscape and baths than the common area. There were always crowds of people there. Sometimes it was children screaming and splashing around. Sometimes it was just peace and quiet. It closes at 9:00 PM, so we were practically alone in the evening. It's a perfect place for autumn! The air is cool, and sitting in the bath by the moonlight is pure bliss!!! There are also separate foot baths outside. They also have a really great atmosphere. We looked at the menu; the dishes were complex, with lots of sauces and seafood. The prices were high, but we didn't feel like eating them. The breakfast was beautifully presented, but rather basic, nothing special. We had the same at the Ibis. Overall, we were very pleased! You could stay for 2-3 days and really chill out, if only the food was more basic or we could get the hang of delivery. We paid 12,400 rubles per night; we were with a 10-year-old child, but he's not very expensive, so there were no extra charges. Overall, it was a great experience for the cold season! We recommend it.

We checked in the afternoon of the first day. The indoor hot spring pools were small and the water was dirty. There were beverage bottles and cups everywhere in the steam room. The outdoor pool was open for hot springs. We had to go back to the room to fill water for hot springs. On the second day, the breakfast was very poor. Everything was cold. The waiter used his hands to add dishes to the tableware. It was past 9 o'clock. We went to soak in the outdoor hot springs. The staff had not finished filling the water. There were one or two pools with hot water that could not be poured in. We were told to soak in the indoor pool first. There was a massage pool inside the room. The water was warm and not hot at all. We had to go back to the room to fill water again. We spent two days in the room to soak in hot springs! I will never come again

This time, I stayed at the newly opened ”Shan Na Bian” (On the Other Side of the Mountain), nestled in a valley with an exceptionally good environment and fresh air. **Facilities:** This is a hot spring hotel that just opened in late September, so all the facilities are brand new. The indoor space is ample, featuring both indoor and outdoor hot spring pools, an electric toilet, wireless charging, and electric curtains, among other amenities. **Hygiene:** Cleaning was prompt and thorough, and the indoor areas were spotless. The indoor hot tub was clean. If you prefer, you can also request a re-cleaning of the tub right before you use it, under your supervision. However, since the glass doors to the courtyard open wide, some insects might get in, which is probably unavoidable and up to personal tolerance. **Environment:** The hotel's setting is excellent, located in a valley with incredibly fresh air. Soft background music is played constantly, which is very relaxing. **Service:** The hotel staff are all very enthusiastic and polite, regardless of their role. Special shout-outs to the old master who looks after the deer and the staff member who takes care of the capybaras. The hotel's late-night diner and breakfast were also very good.

The location is under the Greenstone Valley, 8 minutes drive to the scenic spot and 2 0 minutes walk. Nearby are homestays and farmhouse restaurants. His home decoration is more distinctive. There are more guests during the holiday. The environment and sanitation are considered good in the homestay. There is a separate pool in each house. Spring is cold in the mountains. In May, I have to wear clothes to climb the mountain. This homestay is at the foot of the mountain. Sooner or later, it is still a little colder than the city, and the air conditioner can be turned on. There is a breakfast buffet during the public holiday. The breakfast on holidays is better. Chinese and Western styles have shrimp and desserts. Health and variety are better than other homestays, holiday restaurants can be ordered at any time. There is lunch on daily working days, buffet for dinner is served on time, cost-effective, and breakfast on ordinary days is not rich on holidays. There is no small refrigerator in the room, and you can store fruits in the restaurant refrigerator nearby. The door is almost soundproof, and there are mahjong and quarrels on the same floor at night, very loud.

During the Spring Festival, I chose to stay at Yudian. The experience was perfect and I must give it a five-star rating! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the warm and thoughtful service made me feel warm. The staff was responsive and meticulous, making the New Year away from home feel warm. The hotel facilities are even better. The room is warm and elegant, clean and tidy. The hot spring pool has clear water and a suitable temperature. Take a dip in the cold winter and your fatigue will disappear. The villa environment is quiet and beautiful, and the surrounding scenery is pleasant. And the supporting facilities are complete, whether it is leisure or entertainment, it can meet the needs. This stay experience is great, whether it is the elderly or children, they are full of praise. I will come again if I have the opportunity in the future, and I will recommend it to my relatives and friends around me!

The front desk was very friendly. Seeing that I had a lot of luggage, they helped me carry it upstairs.
