Guest UserI wanted to experience a Shenyang bathhouse, so I specifically chose Qinghe Bandao, and it certainly lived up to its reputation! The facilities are huge. Outdoors, there's a wave pool, a lazy river, and the tiered and infinity pools are super photogenic. However, I wouldn't recommend the wave pool for young kids, as inner tubes can flip over easily – my child swallowed some water and refused to go back in, haha. On the second floor, there are many indoor hot spring pools and a spacious rest area. The third floor has a kids' play area and a buffet restaurant. The buffet offers a wide variety of dishes. The limited-time items include one serving of durian, half a lobster, and one abalone per person. The durian quality was quite good, about 1.5 segments per person, which was plenty.
Now, I need to specifically mention the service. When I called to inquire about the hot spring tickets for the next day during booking, the staff member on the phone was quite cold, which was a bit disheartening. But upon arrival, I found everyone to be incredibly warm and friendly! As I was checking in, a young man from the hot spring department happened to be returning to the guest room department and helped me with my luggage all the way – much appreciated! Manager Xiaohui at the front desk was also very enthusiastic and attentive. She helped me store my luggage, and after our room was cleaned, she had our luggage delivered to the room. She also proactively sent us the activity schedule, which saved us a lot of trouble. She even gave the kids water guns and fish spa vouchers – many thanks!
The ladies in the buffet area were also very friendly and helpful, providing detailed answers to any questions we had. When we left an item behind, they found it immediately and helped mail it to us. So, the service at Bandao is actually excellent; everyone can rest assured! Plus, the room was very clean, and breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience!

Guest UserThis is probably my third time here, and this visit was particularly outstanding. Let's start with the rooms: for three adults, we initially booked one castle mountain view twin room. The room and beds were spacious enough, definitely sufficient. However, after staying for a bit, we felt we could be even more comfortable, so we booked another castle mountain view hot spring king room, which truly exceeded our expectations. The TV was bigger, and there was a huge hot spring tub that could easily fit 3, 4, 5, or even 6 people. The room was well-equipped, and the facilities were so new that even seniors needed guidance (^~^). The bedding was spotlessly clean, soft, and skin-friendly. There was one minor flaw: a small hand towel on the vanity had a slight smell, but it was harmless.
Next, the environment: a castle villa nestled among mountains and water. As soon as you drive in, you're immersed in the beautiful scenery. The geographical advantage is clear; the air, fragrant with grass, instantly helps you clear your mind and relax. It's perfect for city dwellers looking to escape the hustle and bustle occasionally and return to nature's embrace. The hot spring pools are divided into public areas and private baths. The public areas are further divided into indoor and outdoor sections, with the infinity pool being a highlight. The hot spring water is incredibly beneficial for people with joint issues. Even the taps in the room provide hot spring water.
And the service was impeccable. Staff in all areas proactively greeted us and offered assistance. It would be even better if there were dedicated porters or doormen; that way, guests could have their luggage taken from their car and delivered to their room as soon as they park. The staff in the hot spring area promptly replenished towels, fruit, drinks, and all other necessities, and constantly reminded us about slippery floors and safety, providing a truly family-like warmth. Based on the hotel's bookings for the day, they kindly offered complimentary early check-in and late check-out, which made our elderly companions feel much more at ease and less rushed. Oh, and the breakfast was quite rich; the Chinese pastries were a hit with the elders. It was a very enjoyable trip to Benxi Xikang, and this will definitely not be my last time; many more visits are in store.

It was really pleasant to soak in the hot spring and enjoy an iced coffee in the room on a rainy day, especially with Dalian's comfortable weather.
Facilities: The room facilities had a charming, retro feel from an earlier era. While a bit old, they were fairly well-maintained.
Hot Spring Ticket for Two (Single Entry): The hot spring itself was quite good, though the massage services closed a bit early.
Service: Brynn provided attentive and warm service, which definitely enhanced our entire trip.
Breakfast was pretty standard, but the scrambled eggs with shrimp from room service were surprisingly good.

We booked this hotel so that it’s nearer to go over to the Red Beach attraction compared to those in the city centre.
The room is super huge with a bath tub in the room.
The hotel is beautifully decorated with very artistic look.
Coffee/tea is available freely at the lobby.
Staff were very helpful and accommodative throughout our stay. Thank you for the unlimited water drinking bottles and the free gift before we left.

Facilities: Pretty good
Cleanliness: Decent
Environment: Alright
Service: So-so
Minibar: Has drinks and Sam's Club mineral water.
Parking was a bit tight before the new year, but there were security guards in the parking lot directing traffic, which made it easier to find a spot. The location is quite easy to find.

Guest UserI am very glad that I chose Fengxiang Valley Hot Spring Hotel. The hotel has a good environment, clean and sanitary conditions and complete facilities. I have to say something special about the service. The front desk staff was very nice. After we checked in, one of them actually helped us take our things to the room. She then told me her last name was Meng and that she was my service butler. I could send her a WeChat message if I had any requests. I was really warmed at that moment. We chose a room with a private pool. There are many hot springs in the hotel, both indoors and outdoors. However, due to the cold weather, we did not go to the outdoor pool. The child loved playing in the indoor children's water play area. There was also a large swimming pool next to it. She also learned how to swim from her father. The breakfast was also very rich. The coffee made by the coffee machine is good ☕️ We ordered home-cooked dishes at the hotel restaurant for dinner. The children liked the roasted eggplant and Chinese cabbage meatballs very much. I feel very comfortable when I get up in the morning, open the balcony door and breathe in the fresh air. In short: this is a hotel that values privacy and quality, and we hope to keep this up. Will visit often in the future.

Guest UserWe booked a 2-bedroom, 1-living room room room, but it was upgraded to a 3-bedroom, 1-living room room room, which was too big for the three of us. The dining room was fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, sterilizer, various kitchen utensils, and dish soap. There was also a minibar with various drinks and snacks provided. The hot spring bath had a bidet toilet, a massage bed, and both an indoor and an outdoor hot spring pool, both large enough for six people. We could soak outdoors during the day and indoors at night (though there were mosquitoes outside at night). The restaurant served good food in the evening, with generous portions and good value. Upstairs were two bedrooms, each with a bathroom and shower. The facilities were comprehensive, and we had a very comfortable stay. The second day's breakfast was also plentiful. There were boiled shrimp and Arctic surf jelly – so much food we couldn't eat anymore! The steamed pickled cabbage at the end was the best; it tasted like handmade, not pre-made. There was also beef noodles and various stir-fries. We ate breakfast and weren't hungry at noon; the food was delicious. Next time I'm in Dalian, I'll definitely choose this restaurant again.

Anonymous UserThis reservation feels worthwhile, and the experience in all aspects is very good. I will definitely come again. Found the Treasure Hot Spring Villa. After booking Anbu, I refunded the bathhouse that my wife had booked before.
Facilities: The hardware of a five-star hotel, the overall Japanese-style villa is decorated in Japanese style, and all first-line brands are used, many of which are Panasonic, which is very good. The hair dryers are all Dyson. There are floor heating and central air conditioning.
Hygiene: This must be said in detail. We went there with our baby and were very concerned about hygiene. Before booking, I found out that although this is a homestay, there are only 100 Class A homestays in the country, only one in Dalian, and only two in Liaoning, so hygiene has strict standards. All the linens of this homestay hot spring villa are sent to the Hilton Golden Stone Beach for centralized cleaning, and even the cleaning records of every bed sheet and bath towel can be checked. This is very important for families with children who pay attention to hygiene.
Environment: The environment is very good. Outside is the Japanese-style street of Jinshi Wanxiang, which is very good to visit. If you drive, you can't visit all the attractions in the surrounding Golden Stone Beach in two days. It's a stay of 2-3 days.
Service: After booking, the butler added WeChat. The service was meticulous. We brought our baby to check in, and specially arranged a large bed fence, which is not provided by most hotels. There are also barbecue plates and electric hot pots. The tableware is also very complete. You can cook by yourself with some ingredients and seasonings. There is also Zou Liguo nearby for takeout beef and mutton slices, so you don’t need to bring your own. I brought red wine, and I have a bottle opener. There is everything here. Everything you can think of and what you can’t think of is ready. If you need anything, just tell me on WeChat and it will be delivered immediately.
Hot spring: It is a real hot spring containing sulfur. It is slippery after soaking. The temperature is very high and needs to be diluted with cold water. The pool is also very deep. The water can reach your neck when you sit in it. It is very comfortable, but it takes some time to drain the water. You can drain the water before you check in. It’s too late to drain the water if you want to soak.
Overall, I am very satisfied. I hope my evaluation will help you!

My stay at Tianmu Hot Spring was a wonderful experience, and I especially want to commend Manager Gao Jian at the front desk! She was not only efficient and professional in handling check-in, but also warmly introduced the hot spring's features and suggested nearby attractions. Her friendly smile throughout made me feel truly welcome. The entire check-in process was comfortable and attentive, with meticulous attention to detail, such as proactively reminding me of weather changes and helping me plan my itinerary. I could really feel her dedication. Tianmu Hot Spring's environment and service exceeded my expectations, especially with outstanding staff like Gao Jian, making the entire trip even more unforgettable. I will definitely recommend it to friends and stay here again!
