There was beauty everywhere, the whole atmosphere was magical! The people who work in this amazing place are just as wonderful! A vacation that will be remembered for a lifetime. I found a place that I want to return to and that remains in my heart. Thanks to the fact that my room had its own access to fresh air, I was able to see the beauty of the night sky, beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Thank you for the gift you gave me. Due to a change in our itinerary, we booked a hotel on short notice. Upon check-in, we found it far exceeded our expectations. The room was clean and tidy, the service staff was very professional, and a heartwarming incident occurred. After checking out, I was over 100 kilometers away from the hotel when I realized I had left my wallet in the room. After contacting the hotel, the staff immediately helped me find my wallet. Because cash can't be delivered by express, the waiter put the money in my card and transferred it to me via WeChat. They were very patient throughout the process, and the problem was quickly resolved. It's inevitable that there will be omissions when you're away from home, but it's very touching to meet such people! A big thumbs up to the hotel staff 👍🏻

When I found my room a bit too warm and realized the windows were fixed, the staff proactively provided a fan to improve airflow. This, combined with the in-room humidifier, ensured a perfect night’s sleep. The room amenities were also incredibly thoughtful and comprehensive. The hotel facilities are a major highlight. The hot springs offer an impressive variety of both indoor and outdoor pools. Furthermore, the logistics are handled seamlessly; the shuttle service to and from the High-Speed Rail station was very convenient. For those visiting Changbaishan, the hotel offers a direct bus service (provided you have a ticket), which made my trip stress-free. I want to extend my sincere gratitude to Da Ling and Yin Ling. Their attentive care and constant check-ins throughout my stay made me feel truly valued and were the highlights of my trip. The dining experience was equally impressive. The breakfast buffet featured a wide variety of delicious options, and the on-site restaurant served a diverse menu where every dish was flavorful. Overall, I am thoroughly impressed. I will certainly choose to stay here again on my next visit.

The ultimate surprise of our Beidahu skiing trip was definitely the Million Stone Onsen Hotel! As a high-end Japanese luxury brand under Gokurakuyu, the hotel is centrally located within the resort, a mere 5-minute walk directly to the slopes, allowing for true 'ski-in/ski-out' access. The complete equipment rental service was incredibly convenient. From our window, we enjoyed stunning views of the snowy mountains and rime ice, while the wooden, gassho-style architecture exuded a warm, Zen-like tranquility. Our room was spotless, with custom pillows and a wide array of amenities showing great attention to detail. After skiing, we headed straight to the Gokurakuyu on the second floor, where the alkaline hot springs warmly washed away our fatigue. Coupled with delicious Japanese cuisine like sushi, sashimi, and tonkotsu ramen, both our bodies and taste buds were thoroughly satisfied. The staff were meticulous and attentive, providing 24-hour responsive service, making our entire stay from check-in to check-out incredibly comfortable. Whether you're traveling with family or are a passionate skier, this is the perfect choice for a winter vacation. It's already on our annual must-visit list!

Service: The butler-style service was excellent. Our butlers, Shanqiu and Songyue, were always available to answer questions and replied quickly. They were very prompt in resolving issues and proactively asked about our itinerary to remind us and help book shuttle buses for our outings. Facilities: While the hotel's hardware might not be the absolute newest, unlike some of the smart hotels under HUAZHU, the rooms are spacious, and all basic amenities meet travel needs. The housekeeping was very clean. The cleaning lady was incredibly warm and humorous and met our requests very promptly. Regarding our package benefits: Our hotel package was essentially all-inclusive, except for Changbai Mountain entrance tickets, main meals, and other personalized expenses. The hotel has a cute pet park where you can feed deer and a snow park for kids to play in. Our package also included skiing and snowmobiling experiences. The facilities at Heping Ski Resort were quite good, and it wasn't crowded when we went. We hired a coach for our child, while the adults just took photos. We even got to play in the powder snow on the snowmobiles, which felt quite worthwhile. Dining: For our main meals, we primarily ate at the Chinese restaurant on the second floor and the buffet restaurant on the first floor. Here, the service was definitely better than the food. The ingredients were clean and fresh, and taste is subjective. The prices were typical for a hotel of this caliber. The Chinese restaurant specializes in fresh ingredients from Northeast China and Changbai Mountain, offering ginseng and venison. Coming from a region with bolder flavors, we found it a bit too bland. The first-floor buffet offered Brazilian BBQ and small hot pots, both with normal flavors, and you could certainly eat your fill. Hot Springs: This truly deserves praise! Crown members could simply go downstairs in their bathrobes and swimsuits to enjoy the hot springs an unlimited number of times. Our child, who stayed for three days, went three times. It felt amazing to soak after hiking and skiing. The service inside the hot springs was also great; they provided free anti-slip socks for children and waterproof phone pouches. There were also snacks available at reasonable prices. In summary, the service is commendable. For those who want a worry-free and excellent experience, I highly recommend it!

Our stay at Changbai Mountain Wanda Resort was fantastic! The trip went smoothly right from the moment we landed. Before we even arrived at the hotel, Donna informed us of everything we needed to know. The airport shuttle bus was easy to spot and convenient, dropping us directly at the hotel entrance. The hotel's guide was incredibly detailed, covering all practical information like ticket purchases, restaurant hours, and facility openings, so we didn't have to worry about planning our itinerary at all. Here's what truly stood out: ✅ The hotel service was thoughtful; we could store our luggage for free after check-out, which was great for us to continue exploring. ✅ Restaurant and afternoon tea timings were well-arranged, and the food quality was good. ✅ The fitness center was well-equipped, and we enjoyed playing games at the Peak Bar in the evening. The kids also loved the soft play area. ✅ Even though the weather was very cold, the hotel kindly reminded us to dress warmly, which was very considerate. Whenever we encountered minor issues during our trip (like asking about fireworks locations or car return arrangements), Donna from the staff was always very prompt in her replies, and communication was seamless. Overall, it was a very comfortable and worry-free vacation experience. Highly recommend it to everyone!

The DoubleTree by Hilton Changbaishan was incredibly comfortable! The location is super convenient, just a few minutes' drive from the North Scenic Area, and there's a shuttle bus for skiing, so you don't have to bother with your own transportation. The room was clean and warm, with a great view of the snowy landscape right from the window. In the evening, soaking in the hot spring, facing the snow, was incredibly atmospheric. The hot spring water is genuine volcanic spring water, and after a soak, you feel completely refreshed. The breakfast selection was extensive and very satisfying. All the staff were incredibly friendly. The entire experience was fantastic – choosing this place for your trip to Changbaishan is definitely a no-brainer!

The hotel facilities are great, with a hot spring and comfortable rooms. We also booked a handpan experience and a photoshoot, both of which were good. The only suggestion I have is that I'm not sure if management has set some strange KPIs, but the experience of staff asking for positive reviews was not great, especially since they asked to mention specific names. No wonder the comment section is full of names being mentioned, but honestly, the service wasn't memorable enough for me to recall any names. Each staff member was diligent and did what they were supposed to, but most of them didn't have a smile on their face. Whether in the restaurant or other areas, the staff seemed very flustered, hurried, and expressionless, which doesn't really fit the vibe of a resort hotel. Interestingly, the outsourced services like the handpan instructors, hot spring restaurant staff, and photographers showed a bit more warmth and naturalness. Management really needs to consider why this is the case.

For my trip to Changbai Mountain, I wanted a 'one-stop, comfortable vacation,' so I booked the Wanda Sheraton Changbai Mountain Resort directly. To my surprise, this choice far exceeded my expectations, with pleasant surprises starting even before I arrived! As soon as I got off the high-speed train, the shuttle was already there to pick me up, providing seamless direct transfer to the hotel. Moving around the resort area was also effortless, thanks to the shuttle bus service, completely saving my legs. This 'one-stop' thoughtful convenience was a huge plus! The biggest surprise came during check-in. I had originally booked a basic room, but to my delight, Butler No. 2 upgraded me to a much larger room – an extra 20 square meters! They also thoughtfully provided complimentary breakfast, which was excellent in both quality and taste. The room itself was worthy of a five-star rating: spacious, tastefully designed, and equipped with comprehensive and new facilities. Just relaxing in the room was a treat. The butler was incredibly responsive throughout my stay, whether I needed a car or had questions, acting like an always-online, all-around assistant. The complimentary hot springs, water park, and skiing experiences included with the hotel benefits truly maximized the vacation fun. From transportation to accommodation, from service to entertainment, every aspect was thoughtfully well-rounded. This 'paying for comfort' decision was truly worth every penny!

I booked a Stone Age-themed room, which my kids absolutely loved and had a blast playing in. The complimentary hot spring tickets were a fantastic value. From the moment I got off the bus and walked through the gate, I felt the service was exceptional. The doorman, the front desk, and even staff I didn't recognize were all incredibly welcoming and helpful. The infinity pool inside the hot springs was stunning, the food was reasonably priced, and the bath attendants were incredibly helpful, offering helpful guidance on every floor. Ms. Lin Haixia was especially helpful. She was my lucky star. I was just worried about getting a return ticket, and she just chatted with me and got a notification on her phone that she had been put on the waiting list. So lucky!
