Hot Springs Hotels in Jilin, China

The high temperatures persisted, so we came to Changbai Mountain to escape the heat and stayed at the Yunshuilanting Hotel. Upon check-in, Manager Dong, knowing we were two seniors over 70, provided us with the warmest service imaginable. She patiently explained the surrounding area, important considerations, and evening activities, and even brought us local seasonal blueberries. It felt like home, with the warmth of children around us. Despite it being peak tourist season and the hotel being fully booked, the cleanliness and dining were still top-notch. Of all the places we've stayed in Changbai Mountain over the past few days, this was by far the best experience. Manager Dong is an excellent leader, managing an outstanding service team.

An absolutely wonderful stay! This is definitely the top choice for the Changbai Mountain North Slope. It's incredibly close to the entrance gate, so you can just walk in without needing to go to the transfer center. The hotel facilities are excellent, and all the staff are exceptionally warm and attentive. Seeing we had two babies, they kindly upgraded us to a family room for free, which the children absolutely loved. Our butler was available 24/7, always ready to answer any questions with patience and thoughtfulness. The hotel's hot springs are also fantastic, with both indoor and outdoor pools at different temperatures offering a great experience. Five stars all around! Highly recommend!

This time, I was traveling with friends, and after carefully reading reviews, I chose Sheraton. It lived up to its reputation for quality. To our pleasant surprise, all three rooms were upgraded! Our butler, Xiao Ying, demonstrated exceptional service from the moment we checked in at the front desk. She answered all our questions, and when there was a noise issue with the air conditioning in one room, she promptly arranged a room change. We're very grateful! The breakfast was extensive, and everyone loved the pickled vegetable and pork buns…

The owner was very hospitable, and there were always drivers available at the entrance who were ready to answer any questions or help with travel plans. The aunties at the hot springs were also very warm and helped with towels. The indoor bath was cleaned daily, and overall, everything was quite good. The only issue was that the toilet wasn't clean upon check-in, but the front desk attendant came quickly to address it. Overall, it was a good experience, and I recommend it.

They said they want to come back to this hotel specifically because of them next time. 3. The sofa by the window spans the entire length of the room, so we could neatly line up all our clothes, which was incredibly handy. 4. Perhaps because of the bunk beds, I noticed there were always two cleaning staff members, which is a big plus. 6. The evening activities were fantastic every day. After skiing, we'd soak in the hot springs, and right after dinner, we'd catch the iron flower show. The iron flowers were even more beautiful than fireworks. 7. The instructor was excellent. My 6-year-old was able to ski on their own after just two hours of one-on-one lessons. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our trip to Changbai Mountain. We'll definitely be back next year!

The room was incredibly spacious, which I really appreciated! Especially when the afternoon sun streamed in upon arrival, it felt wonderful. The small bed's mattress was a bit firm but perfectly fine for sleeping. The hot springs were very crowded, so soaking in the room's bathtub was a good alternative. The staff were all very welcoming. The breakfast selection wasn't super extensive, but it depends on your taste; you'll definitely get enough to eat. The only issue was the weak air conditioning in the breakfast area, though the room's AC was excellent. The coffee in the lobby was quite good, worth trying. Parking was convenient, with plenty of space right out front.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the Changbai Mountain North Slope scenic area, allowing guests to walk directly to the ticket office and up the mountain. The check-in service was thoughtful, and all our requests were promptly attended to. The room was clean and tidy, and the hygiene was impeccable. The hot spring bath was incredibly comfortable, washing away all the travel fatigue. Both breakfast and dinner offered a rich variety of food, and the taste was good. The hotel also collaborates with the scenic area for hiking activities, which was a great and fun experience. The accompanying pet park was a big hit with the kids, and there were also parent-child craft activities, making it an ideal place for families with children. Overall, the experience was wonderful, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Changbai Mountain!

The hotel contacted us a day in advance to arrange a pick-up. After arriving at Changbaishan West Station, we were smoothly picked up and taken to the hotel. Upon arrival, Anne helped us upgrade our room and provided detailed information on various recreational activities, also booking a rafting trip for the next day. On the second day, we walked quite far within the resort area, and Anne also helped us contact a shuttle bus. Overall, the room was clean, the service was warm and enthusiastic, and the experience was very good.

Changbai Mountain Puyue Hot Spring Resort Hotel boasts an excellent location, directly across from Meiren Song Park, making it very convenient for walks and outings. While the breakfast selection isn't huge, the dishes are refined and sufficient. The hot spring area is spacious, and the outdoor hot springs are particularly photogenic. Overall, the service experience was highly pleasant. Seeing us with heavy luggage, the staff proactively offered bags, and they thoughtfully upgraded our room during check-in. We could enjoy views of Meiren Song Park right from our window. Soaking in the hot springs after a hike completely melted away our fatigue. We were very satisfied with our stay.

The facilities are great, with smart appliances, a fridge, and a sterilizer cabinet all included. The resort shuttle is convenient for getting around, but it's also a pleasant walk. There's plenty for kids to do, like an indoor play area, outdoor slides, small animals, fishing, boating, photo ops, a swimming pool, and hot springs. The environment is fantastic, a natural 'oxygen bar' so to speak. Despite being outdoors, there were no mosquitoes inside, which shows they've done an excellent job with pest control. The service was impeccable. They responded quickly to all our requests, and even helped us find a lost hat. My family and I stayed for two days and it was incredibly comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable.
