I would like to thank Piyanshan Hot Spring Hotel for a fairy tale that lasted me 5 days. Everything was so good, beautiful, tasty, healthy! There was beauty everywhere, the whole atmosphere was magical! The people who work in this amazing place are just as wonderful! A vacation that will be remembered for a lifetime. I found a place that I want to return to and that remains in my heart. Thanks to the fact that my room had its own access to fresh air, I was able to see the beauty of the night sky, beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Thank you for the gift you gave me. Due to a change in our itinerary, we booked a hotel on short notice. Upon check-in, we found it far exceeded our expectations. The room was clean and tidy, the service staff was very professional, and a heartwarming incident occurred. After checking out, I was over 100 kilometers away from the hotel when I realized I had left my wallet in the room. After contacting the hotel, the staff immediately helped me find my wallet. Because cash can't be delivered by express, the waiter put the money in my card and transferred it to me via WeChat. They were very patient throughout the process, and the problem was quickly resolved. It's inevitable that there will be omissions when you're away from home, but it's very touching to meet such people! A big thumbs up to the hotel staff 👍🏻

I had a very pleasant stay at this impressive hotel in Chang Bai Shan. The property is huge and well designed, comprising three towers, yet it remains well organised and easy to navigate. The location is extremely convenient, especially for visiting the West Entrance of Tian Chi. A big plus is the hotel’s shuttle bus service, which provides pick-up and drop-off to the main attractions, making sightseeing very hassle-free, especially in colder weather. Arrangements have to be made at front desk in advance. The food was another highlight. The Korean cuisine at the food hall was absolutely delicious and well prepared. After a day of exploring, the hot springs were fantastic—clean, relaxing, and a perfect way to unwind. What truly stood out was the hotel staff. They were consistently friendly, attentive, and went the extra mile to make guests feel at home and well assisted throughout the stay. Breakfast was equally impressive, offering a wide variety of choices to suit different tastes. Overall, this hotel offers excellent facilities, great food, convenient transport, and outstanding service. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chang Bai Shan, especially those planning to explore Tian Chi. One thing to note is that during winter, the aircon only blows warm air. You have to open window to allow for cold air in.

This hotel boasts a prime location, making it the top choice for skiing at Beidahu! While you can't ski in and out directly, there's a convenient connecting corridor to the ski lodge, which is very handy. The hotel rooms are also quite new, with a cozy atmosphere and a high-quality decor. The mini-bar is complimentary, and the facilities are impeccable. Although the room rates can be over a thousand or even several thousand, it's actually quite a good value when you consider what's included. The hotel provides ski equipment and helmets, which would cost several hundred to rent otherwise. So, when you factor that in, the pure accommodation cost offers excellent value for money! Finally, and arguably the best part of the experience, is the hotel staff. They are very enthusiastic, respond to requests promptly, and thoughtfully introduce various activities. They're always quick to respond to any issues – truly commendable! In summary, this hotel is perfect for those who seek a bit of quality without spending an excessive amount. It's also ideal for beginner skiers. Staying at this hotel and skiing at Beidahu provides a truly top-tier starting point, full of great experiences. You'll definitely want to come back for more!

The hotel's butler service was excellent, almost 24/7, and any issues were promptly resolved. The hot springs♨️ were also very comfortable, especially in the morning when it's exclusively open to guests – fewer people, more peaceful, and great for photos. My skin felt so smooth after soaking! Plus, there's a direct shuttle bus to Changbai Mountain, which means no waiting in lines, which was really great. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Changbai Mountain.

Our trip to Changbai Mountain this time was fantastic, and I have to give a huge shout-out to the excellent service! Right from the start, Manager Benjamin had everything perfectly organized, from details like ski equipment deposits, operating hours, and hot spring reservations, to even sending videos of the routes to the ski resort. We didn't have to worry about a thing. What was most thoughtful was how customer service would proactively remind us of every schedule point, such as breakfast times, shuttle departures, and when the ski resort closed. They were more punctual than my own alarm clock! The hotel rooms were also clean and tidy.

Room facilities: Everything was well-appointed, and watching the snowflakes fall from the balcony was incredibly picturesque. Value for money: This Hilton hotel was the most worthwhile booking of my Changbaishan trip. The package included hot spring and skiing tickets, both of which were very practical and made the entire trip incredibly fulfilling. Breakfast: There was a good variety of options, more than enough for us women with smaller appetites. Bed: Very comfortable, just the right firmness. Restaurant: On the first day, we had Korean BBQ at the hotel. The dishes were exquisite; it didn't look like much, but two of us ate until we were stuffed. Location and transport: The location is excellent, very close to the entrance of the North Slope scenic area. Service: What deserves the most praise is the hotel's truly outstanding service. They meticulously arranged transportation for us to every attraction, which was incredibly thoughtful. Every staff member was enthusiastic, helpful, and answered all our questions, making us feel like old friends. They went out of their way to accommodate our requests for a room upgrade and late check-out. Next time I come to Changbaishan, I must stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton again.

The architectural aesthetics of the hotel are stunning. It doesn't strive for overt luxury but instead embodies a sense of understated, tranquil Eastern charm throughout. It blends the delicate grace of Jiangnan water towns with the elegant style of classical Ming and Qing architecture. Even in winter, the snow-covered northern landscape outside the windows creates a beautiful contrast with the warm, Zen-like atmosphere inside. I was particularly impressed by the hotel's expression of culture and art, such as the origami art installation in the lobby, inspired by the Siberian tiger – it's creatively beautiful. The hotel service maintains Banyan Tree's consistently high quality, but with an added layer of sincerity and warmth unique to Northeast China. The hotel is quite large, offering 24-hour shuttle service. The best part is that in the frozen winter, you can experience a variety of ice and snow activities. To put it simply: great decor, spacious rooms, attentive and warm service, plenty of ice and snow activities nearby that kids absolutely love. The breakfast selection is also extensive and very good.

He masterfully explained our extensive 6-night package—daily skiing, hot springs, water park access, and shuttle service—making it all instantly clear. The Heart of Hospitality: Personal Intervention What sets Xiao Xie apart was his proactive help when small obstacles arose. He didn't just give directions; he provided solutions: 1. WeChat Pay Hiccup: When we couldn't access a convenient unmanned shop due to a mobile payment issue, Xiao Xie didn't hesitate. He stepped in and paid for our items first, trusting us to settle it later. This act of personal trust and immediate problem-solving was astounding. 2. I booked a Stone Age-themed room, which my kids absolutely loved and had a blast playing in. The complimentary hot spring tickets were a fantastic value. From the moment I got off the bus and walked through the gate, I felt the service was exceptional. The doorman, the front desk, and even staff I didn't recognize were all incredibly welcoming and helpful. The infinity pool inside the hot springs was stunning, the food was reasonably priced, and the bath attendants were incredibly helpful, offering helpful guidance on every floor. Ms. Lin Haixia was especially helpful. She was my lucky star. I was just worried about getting a return ticket, and she just chatted with me and got a notification on her phone that she had been put on the waiting list. So lucky!
