Facilities: Excellent. Cleanliness: Very clean, no issues there. Environment: Fantastic, even though it's not within the scenic area, the value for money is great. Service: Excellent, with complimentary high-speed rail and scenic area shuttle services, which saved a lot of hassle. This was my first time choosing accommodation outside of a scenic area, and I was worried about the inconvenience of getting a taxi. However, the hotel offers free shuttle services, which made things incredibly convenient. Although it's not directly in the scenic area, the value for money is just as good as other accommodations. Highly recommended! Fantastic!

During the summer, I stayed with my child in a room with a private hot spring bath. The room was spacious and didn't feel cramped. The hotel's overall environment was beautiful, and the private hot spring bath in the room was convenient to use. There were also public hot springs outdoors to experience. My child had a fantastic time and we had a very pleasant vacation. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic, check-in was smooth, and they were very friendly. It's a great choice for a family holiday, and my overall stay was very satisfying. I recommend it for families traveling together.

Because of the heavy snow on the 22nd, we reserved the whole place on the 21st. It was really amazing. Every scene was amazing, mainly because the dogs were so well-behaved. Plus it was snowing, it was so atmospheric. If you come here in the summer, you can call a few friends or have a company meeting. Anyway, we will come again next time. Knowing it was my birthday, she specially decorated the place and sent champagne 🍾️. She was very enthusiastic. The auntie who cooked was also very nice. She heated up the food for us the next day for fear of waste. It was a warm and cozy stay!

The hotel has undergone a significant upgrade after the renovation, with a noticeable improvement in quality from the lobby to the guest rooms. The front desk service was excellent. When my child scraped their arm climbing Mount Mang, the front desk promptly provided a band-aid. Later, when we returned to the hotel lobby from dinner in the rain, they asked if we got wet, which was very heartwarming, thoughtful, and comforting. The hot springs were clean, and the scenery was absolutely stunning, especially the infinity pool at dusk, which was perfect for photos. The location is convenient, and there's an underground parking garage, making parking smooth and easy. I'm very satisfied and look forward to visiting again!

This was a very relaxing and enjoyable four-day trip, and Xiya Hotel really added to the experience. Among all the accommodations in Zhangjiajie, Xiya was by far the most satisfying. The guesthouse is ideally located, very close to the South Gate of the Forest Park, making access to the scenic area incredibly convenient. The rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The window view overlooks the mountains of Zhangjiajie, and it’s especially beautiful to see the clouds and mist in the mornings and evenings. The owner and staff are exceptionally warm and welcoming. They proactively helped with arrangements and provided detailed information both before and after check-in, including very clear directions to the scenic spots. This was especially helpful for first-time visitors to Zhangjiajie. Their advice during our days of touring was incredibly practical and saved us a lot of time on planning. The owner even created a personalized tour map and itinerary, which clearly shows their dedication. The breakfast was also good, and the overall service felt very warm and genuine, not commercialized at all. After a long day of sightseeing, returning to the guesthouse and sitting in the courtyard, admiring the mountain views and feeling the breeze, was truly relaxing. After staying in Zhangjiajie for several days, Xiya definitely stood out as an excellent choice. If I return to Zhangjiajie in the future, I would likely choose to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Taking the kids to Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain, choosing the Miro Designer Homestay's Family Climbing Room was absolutely the best decision of the entire trip! I was initially worried about being tired from climbing and the kids getting bored and restless. To my surprise, it was like a mini-amusement park right in the room, complete with an indoor climbing net, a small loft exploration area, and climbing ladders. As soon as the kids entered, they dropped their luggage and went wild, climbing up and down, playing hide-and-seek. They didn't even want to leave to burn off energy for dinner. All their energy was used up, and they fell asleep as soon as they hit the bed at night. My husband and I finally got some much-needed rest and a complete break! The homestay's decor is genuinely designer-style, with excellent attention to detail and quality. The beds use King Koil mattresses, and after a day of climbing Tianmen Mountain, lying on them instantly relieved all the aches and pains. The toiletries are high-quality, and they thoughtfully provide children's slippers and amenities, which means less stuff to pack when traveling with little ones. The whole house has smart voice control, so you can turn on lights and close curtains just by speaking – perfect for tired parents with kids. The location is absolutely fantastic. It's only about a ten-minute walk to the lower station of the Tianmen Mountain cable car. No need to wake up early to rush for taxis or buses. You can go see the sea of clouds in the morning or return to the homestay to rest mid-day if you're tired, all at your leisure. The owners are incredibly down-to-earth and enthusiastic. They helped us plan our itinerary in advance and even provided exclusive discount coupons for scenic spots. They offer free pick-up and drop-off at the high-speed rail station, and they helped carry all our large luggage. There's also a free parking lot downstairs, so driving and parking directly next to the elevator is super convenient. The homestay has a free laundry and drying room, so you can easily wash and dry dirty clothes after hiking and have them clean for the next day. Breakfast consists of freshly prepared local specialties, both comforting and hearty. Not far away, you'll find Aunt Qin's specialty restaurant and Cha Yan Yue Se, making dining and shopping incredibly easy. There were no hidden costs throughout our stay, and the service was thoughtful without being overly ingratiating. It's suitable for a family of three, or even several families with kids traveling together. If you're bringing your kids to Zhangjiajie, this is the place to choose. Next time I come to Tianmen Mountain, I'll definitely book the Miro Climbing Family Room again. Seriously, a full five-star recommendation!

Lovely hotel! The owners are super nice and friendly, and their cooking was delicious! The views are unbeatable and there are adorable kittens on the property as well. We got upgraded rooms since we went when it wasn’t too busy, and the room was beautiful. Only downside to being in the mountains is the bugs, but that’s kinda of hard to avoid given the climate and location. Also, since it’s up the mountain, it can be a little difficult for DiDi drivers to get to, but we had no problem (a trip from the train station was about 10-15 usd / 70-100 rmb). Overall would recommend (especially their food!).

Big thumbs up to this hotel! The environment is lovely. The lady at the front desk was so welcoming and provided excellent service, even upgrading our room. The hot springs were incredibly relaxing – even the kids want to go back! My daughter accidentally dropped her dinosaur toy during breakfast, and when we inquired at noon, it turns out the breakfast reception had kept it safe for us. Their attention to detail and thoughtfulness really impressed us.

We visited in winter, and it happened to be snowing. Even though we arrived well past midnight, a staff member was still waiting for us and patiently answered all our questions. The next day, when our car got stuck in the village, he even went out of his way to help us find a solution. We were truly touched by their exceptional hospitality. I can only imagine how beautiful it must be here in summer, but do keep in mind that Zhangjiajie in winter is quite cold.

This stay far exceeded my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and even proactively offered a room upgrade during check-in. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The attention to detail was excellent! The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the freshly cooked items are highly recommended. Next time I'm in this city, this will definitely be my top choice!
