Overall, a good experience. The room was clean, and the service was attentive. The breakfast selection was sufficient. My only minor complaint is the lack of laundry service. For a one-night stay it's fine, but for two or three nights, it becomes a bit inconvenient. I hope they consider adding a self-service laundry room.

Today I checked into the Twelve Cities Jadeite Hot Spring Pool Resort Design Hotel (Furong Ancient Town Branch), and here's my review: **Location:** Navigating to the hotel was easy, and there's a good-sized, free parking lot right next door. **Room:** The room was clean and tidy, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. **Service:** The service at this hotel was excellent. From the lobby staff to the driver, everyone was incredibly attentive. The shuttle service, in particular, was fantastic – the hotel provides free pick-up and drop-off to the scenic area whenever you need it. The breakfast offered was also plentiful. Highly recommend!

I recently stayed at Yiyuminsu that left quite an impression on me. The room was astonishingly large for the price, with insanely high ceilings that gave it a grand and airy feel. It felt incredibly spacious and comfortable, which was a real treat. The hotel is located in a slightly busy part of town, which is convenient for access to local activities, but it can also be a bit overwhelming at times. Finding the hotel, especially as a tourist, was rather challenging – the directions weren’t clear and navigating the streets late in the evening wasn’t easy. On the bright side, the staff were genuinely nice and helpful, making the check-in and overall stay very pleasant. Late checkout was hassle-free and could be arranged easily through WeChat, which I found very convenient. Overall, the hotel combines excellent value with a few minor location challenges, and I would happily recommend it to anyone comfortable with a bit of city bustle.

This is a brand new hotel with excellent facilities. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and provided wonderful service. There was no lingering renovation smell, which was a huge plus. We arrived by car, but the concierge still offered a complimentary shuttle service to the ancient town, which was super convenient. They even gave us a detailed map and route recommendations. It's a truly great hotel! I'm so glad we didn't stay inside the scenic area; dealing with all our luggage would have been such a hassle. 😄

This hotel on Fenghuang Ancient Town mountain offered an amazing experience! The misty mountain air was so fresh and humid, making me feel incredibly relaxed. The rooms are spacious, and the facilities are clean and well-maintained. The huge bathtub was a dream for a relaxing soak. The balcony views of the mountains are enchanting. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Best of all, it's far from the hustle and bustle of the city, offering a tranquil and quiet atmosphere – the vibe was just perfect. It was a truly comfortable and perfect stay. Our whole family traveled together, booking three standard rooms and one king room. Both the adults and children were very satisfied, and the hot springs were wonderfully relaxing. The front desk and housekeeping staff were all highly professional and enthusiastic, always promptly addressing any requests. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit! ❤️❤️❤️

Came here based on reviews and was not disappointed. The rooms are newly renovated and there are many hot spring pools. The hotel is very close to the scenic area; we bought tickets at Xiaotiantai to go to Wuzhifeng, and the scenery was beautiful. It's a bit of a shame we missed the rime.

They were as friendly as old friends, making me feel the warmth of home while traveling. There was not a single drawback; facilities, cleanliness, environment, and service were all perfect, and the value for money was outstanding. I will definitely choose this place again next time I visit, and I hope more people discover this hidden gem of a guesthouse to enjoy a comfortable and rejuvenating travel experience!

Located in the remote Miao village. If you love quiet peacefulness, come and stay for the night. Rooms are decorated with beautiful Miao tapestry, soft bedding, clean lines and is a very new feeling place. Breakfast was a range of small dishes, with fruits, noodles, hard boiled egg, etc, etc. Nice assortment. There is not much in the village, but people seeking a night of solitude, viewing the stars from the balcony and appreciating the beauty of the remote lifestyle of the Miao people will be enchanted. We stayed here between the busy visits to Fenghuang and Zhangjiajie and liked the natural, quiet feel.

A very satisfying stay! The homestay is well-designed and has a relaxing and cozy atmosphere. The room is spacious and bright, with all the amenities, especially the high-quality bathroom and bedding. I had a great night's sleep. The view from the window was beautiful, and I felt refreshed in the morning. The owner was attentive and accommodating. The balcony was a bonus; the view was amazing and perfect for relaxing. It was a wonderful stay and I didn't want to leave!

The hotel’s location is great since it is near the scenic area, very near the bridge. The view from the room was great. The manager offers pick up and drop off from the railway station which was great. He also helps with carrying the luggages and very responsive to we chat. He also informs about the shows available around the area. The breakfast was ok, coffee, noodles and an egg. But honestly, really need improvement with the cleanliness and the maintenance of the amenities. The shower curtains has molds, the bath towels were old. I’ll post some of the pictures. They take pictures of you as well because the door lock of the room is through face detector.
