The hotel is excellent. It's located just outside the main scenic area, so it's not noisy and very quiet. There's a large, free parking lot nearby, which is very convenient. The hotel's design is great, the rooms are spacious, and they even come with a scenic balcony. All the facilities are complete, and it's clean and hygienic, making for a very comfortable stay. While it's only about a ten-minute walk to the scenic area, the hotel provides a dedicated shuttle service. This means you can enjoy a comfortable stay and save energy exploring the sights. What's more, the hotel group also operates other guesthouses and bars within the scenic area. When you're exploring, you can visit their bar for some great photo opportunities – it's a popular spot for snapping photos of the waterfall, offering a unique perspective from across the river, opposite the official viewing platform. It's definitely worth a visit for some fantastic shots. The bar owner is incredibly enthusiastic too! The hotel had mentioned there wouldn't be a minimum spend and that we'd get complimentary tea and snacks, but the bar owner went above and beyond and even gave us an extra half-dozen beers. We're very grateful for that! The hotel itself also has a hot spring on its sixth-floor rooftop, which is incredibly relaxing after exploring the ancient town. The butler even surprised us with a complimentary bottle of red wine, which was another unexpected bonus. Overall, this hotel is truly excellent, offers fantastic value for money, and is highly recommended.

A perfect mix of relaxation, nature and history 🌿🏮 I had such a wonderful stay here and honestly left the hotel extremely happy. From the moment I arrived, the service and attention were excellent. The room was beautifully clean, spacious and incredibly comfortable, and I really appreciated how much space I had to relax. The breakfast was another highlight for me. Having both Western and Asian options made it so enjoyable, especially when staying for several days. There was always something I looked forward to in the morning. The hotel itself is perfect if you are looking for a peaceful escape surrounded by nature. You can simply stay at the hotel, enjoy the greenery, hot springs and pools, and completely slow down. If you want a little more history and adventure, you can follow the hotel’s pathway and reach Fenghuang Ancient Town in just about 4–5 minutes. I absolutely loved having both experiences in one place. One of the only things I was a little disappointed about was that many of the hot spring pools were closed during my stay. There were a few pools I was particularly looking forward to trying, so I wish more of them had been available. I also have to mention the gym, which was surprisingly good. It had everything I needed, and I was able to keep up with my usual workout routine during my stay, which I really appreciated. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place where you can rest, enjoy nature, experience hot springs and still be just minutes away from the atmosphere and history of Fenghuang Ancient Town. For me, it was the perfect combination of peace, comfort, nature and history. I would happily stay here again. ❤️

Because of the heavy snow on the 22nd, we reserved the whole place on the 21st. It was really amazing. Every scene was amazing, mainly because the dogs were so well-behaved. Plus it was snowing, it was so atmospheric. If you come here in the summer, you can call a few friends or have a company meeting. Anyway, we will come again next time. Knowing it was my birthday, she specially decorated the place and sent champagne 🍾️. She was very enthusiastic. The auntie who cooked was also very nice. She heated up the food for us the next day for fear of waste. It was a warm and cozy stay!

The hotel is conveniently located near the West Gate entrance of Mangshan Scenic Area, making it easy to get in and out. For dining, there are options available near the scenic area's entrance, and the ingredients are truly excellent. The local specialty, fern powder, is delicious. We visited in spring, and the fresh mushrooms stir-fried with pork belly were incredibly flavorful. The hotel's hot springs are also a major highlight – remember to bring your swimsuit! When we were there, many Koreans were visiting and couldn't stop raving about it. It's perfect for a relaxing self-drive trip.

It was the best experience! The room exceeded our expectations, we couldn’t even imagine it to be so nice. Especially, we were touched by the caring attitude of the owner! Even before we checked in he helped us to pick up our packages, everything was ready for us in advance. Also, he helped us to plan an amazing route in Zhangjiajie park and gave us a free ride to the South Gate, which is just 10 minutes close. Overall, it was very comfortable, beautiful and clean. They also make breakfast un the morning that is really cute! We felt welcomed for the whole stay, and it made our experience in Zhangjiajie unbelievable❤️ without any doubt would rate it 10/10 and strongly recommend everyone!!!

I came to this treasure hotel on the last day of the May Day holiday. It was really full of surprises. The beautiful sisters at the front desk of the hotel provided excellent and thoughtful service! Every time I passed by, I was proactive and greeted with a sweet smile. The breakfast dishes were also very rich! In summary, this is a very suitable hotel for vacation 🏖️Lie down, come here, you can get rid of all the class smell! The scenery is beautiful and pleasant, the air is fresh, the whole resort is a natural oxygen bar, the body and mind are relaxed, you can leisurely watch the sunrise and sunset in the beautiful Yunpan Mountain 🌅 The scenery is amazing! The SPA recommended by the beautiful sister at the front desk is also very good, professional Thai massage ~ and it is also a Thai technician, super satisfactory stay experience

Taking the kids to Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain, choosing the Miro Designer Homestay's Family Climbing Room was absolutely the best decision of the entire trip! I was initially worried about being tired from climbing and the kids getting bored and restless. To my surprise, it was like a mini-amusement park right in the room, complete with an indoor climbing net, a small loft exploration area, and climbing ladders. As soon as the kids entered, they dropped their luggage and went wild, climbing up and down, playing hide-and-seek. They didn't even want to leave to burn off energy for dinner. All their energy was used up, and they fell asleep as soon as they hit the bed at night. My husband and I finally got some much-needed rest and a complete break! The homestay's decor is genuinely designer-style, with excellent attention to detail and quality. The beds use King Koil mattresses, and after a day of climbing Tianmen Mountain, lying on them instantly relieved all the aches and pains. The toiletries are high-quality, and they thoughtfully provide children's slippers and amenities, which means less stuff to pack when traveling with little ones. The whole house has smart voice control, so you can turn on lights and close curtains just by speaking – perfect for tired parents with kids. The location is absolutely fantastic. It's only about a ten-minute walk to the lower station of the Tianmen Mountain cable car. No need to wake up early to rush for taxis or buses. You can go see the sea of clouds in the morning or return to the homestay to rest mid-day if you're tired, all at your leisure. The owners are incredibly down-to-earth and enthusiastic. They helped us plan our itinerary in advance and even provided exclusive discount coupons for scenic spots. They offer free pick-up and drop-off at the high-speed rail station, and they helped carry all our large luggage. There's also a free parking lot downstairs, so driving and parking directly next to the elevator is super convenient. The homestay has a free laundry and drying room, so you can easily wash and dry dirty clothes after hiking and have them clean for the next day. Breakfast consists of freshly prepared local specialties, both comforting and hearty. Not far away, you'll find Aunt Qin's specialty restaurant and Cha Yan Yue Se, making dining and shopping incredibly easy. There were no hidden costs throughout our stay, and the service was thoughtful without being overly ingratiating. It's suitable for a family of three, or even several families with kids traveling together. If you're bringing your kids to Zhangjiajie, this is the place to choose. Next time I come to Tianmen Mountain, I'll definitely book the Miro Climbing Family Room again. Seriously, a full five-star recommendation!

Lovely hotel! The owners are super nice and friendly, and their cooking was delicious! The views are unbeatable and there are adorable kittens on the property as well. We got upgraded rooms since we went when it wasn’t too busy, and the room was beautiful. Only downside to being in the mountains is the bugs, but that’s kinda of hard to avoid given the climate and location. Also, since it’s up the mountain, it can be a little difficult for DiDi drivers to get to, but we had no problem (a trip from the train station was about 10-15 usd / 70-100 rmb). Overall would recommend (especially their food!).

Huatian Hot Spring Center (Huitang) - Double hot spring tickets for two entries: includes 2 adult hot spring tickets (allowing two entries during your stay). The lobby felt very upscale upon entering, and the front desk staff were welcoming. The room was clean and tidy. I'll definitely stay here again next time – highly recommended! Every detail at the hotel was excellent and made me feel very well taken care of. It was a truly pleasant stay.

We really liked the hotel. It had a simple yet elegant design in the rooms and throughout. When we arrived, they helped us with our bags, which was a nice start. The room was super comfortable, and they even had comfy robes, slippers, and some tasty snacks. They also provided tea sets for a nice tea time. The balcony had a great view of the mountains, making it a lovely place to relax. The hotel staff were great, always friendly and helpful. They made our stay really special. The breakfast was delicious, and they helped us with travel and airport taxis, which made things easy. Our stay was fantastic, with stunning views and top-notch service. The hotel's peaceful location away from the city was quiet and relaxing. They had a car service that made getting around easy and convenient.
