Very good hostel, very good location. Everything is good except the cleanliness of the washroom. Most of the time the washroom or toilet is dirty.

The room was clean, comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. However, the front desk staff seemed rather unfriendly and unhelpful. The most unsettling incident happened at night when strangers were able to enter our room because their key card somehow worked on our door. This is a very serious security issue that made us feel unsafe. Thankfully, nothing bad happened, but such situations are unacceptable in a hotel. Apart from these points, our overall stay was good, but we hope the hotel pays more attention to guest safety and the quality of service at the front desk.

The location is 30 to 40 minutes by tram from Old town square. The price is cheap but the reception smell very bad, and the room also smell bad. Lucky the wash room and bathroom is still fine. The receptionist do not speak English or she just don't want to talk. Everything was body language. But she did email and send messages to trip to tell me the main door password. I suppose she don't speak English. 1 more thing is the hostel do not have a signboard. But Google map location is correct. Fro.m the airport to the hostel need around 1hour time. Take FlixBus to city and change tram to halo wola station.

Its a very good budget hotel with several options based on your budget, from individual rooms to shared rooms. They seems to have good rules for everyone to follow, which is good. There was a small issue with my stay as i was asked to pay for breakfast at the restaurant while i had paid in advance at the time of booking. I told the lady many times that i have paid already and showed the voucher as well, but she was not impressed. that was bit annoying. Matter was resolved in the end, when she accepted her mistake and apologized. That is a sign of good people. So, in the end good experience.

I stayed for 4 nights on a solo trip, my first time in Poland. The capsule entrance is electric, controlled by a key given at check-in. There's also a smaller key for the locker. Upon entering, you have to change your shoes every time at the ground floor reception. It's a bit of a hassle, but it keeps the hallway clean. There are almost no amenities. Bring your own towel and toiletries. Rentals are available. A hairdryer is provided, and Wi-Fi works fine. There's also a laundry room. My capsule was incredibly dark inside. Also, the electric opening and closing sound was loud every time. Furthermore, the area where the capsules are located was extremely cold – cold enough to catch a cold. The lights are motion-sensor activated, so they would turn on and off with slight movements, which was annoying. There's no elevator, and the staff doesn't help with luggage, so I wouldn't recommend it for those with heavy bags. There are cafes and supermarkets nearby. On the ground floor where the reception is, there's a kettle and a fridge for guests to use. Considering the price, I would definitely stay here again. It's a direct bus ride from the airport, and there are metro and bus stops nearby, making transportation easy.

I really enjoyed staying in this hostel. It was in an excellent location with walking distance to the main places of interests for tourists, such as the University of Warsaw, Royal Route, Old Town and Royal Castle and many more. Moreover, it is quite close to bus stops and train stations, in case one wants to travel to more distant locations. The hostel itself is also quite clean. It is a good place to stay for a visit in Warsaw if one is looking for a good value accommodation.

The stuff was friendly. They show me the hostel. It's very clean. There was cleaning basically all the time. The kitchen is well equipped. I made just hot water there. I could sleep well there. I went to the hostel by food but the fastest way to go there from the city center by tram. I didn't find bell on the garden gate but basically you can just open it. It's open all the time I guess.

I came back the following weekend, but I didn’t get a lock for my cage . No worries. I tried to check-out but no was at the desk. I saw her outside and I let her know I checked out and she kinda waved her hand. Fan in the room wasn’t working . Good location . Near the huge clock tower museum

為了趕上第二天的詹妮弗·洛佩茲演唱會，我特地選了晚上的航班飛來華沙，還提前預約了攜程的接機服務，衹希望早點到旅舍休息。 結果，到達已經晚上11點，大門口燈光昏暗，看不清密碼鎖，衹能求助客服。旅舍那邊遲遲沒有迴應，我終於進了樓，但因為不會用老式電梯，衹能走樓梯，還是那種走慢了就自動熄燈的……真的一度在黑暗裡被嚇到。 我又退到外面繼續聯繫客服，等到旅舍工作人員出現，沒想到上來就對我大聲呵斥，甚至指着我鼻子讓我閉嘴。我擋開他的手指，告訴他我衹是想早點休息，不想多説一句話。那時候已經快半夜12點了 。本來對這次旅行很期待，卻在深夜的華沙遭遇了這樣一幕。🥲除了這個7月24號值夜班的大男人服務態度惡劣之外，其他的2位員工不錯，房間的衞生都還可以，我不會因為這個惡劣的大男人而給旅舍惡意的差評，但是，我希望晚上入住的朋友們還是避雷的好，晚上大樓真的恐怖😱，有照片可查。
