!st of all i'm really happy and fully satisfied with friendly & understanding staffs there. They really take care well of customers. Although the single room . is small but it was clean smells good. Free parking. I've some suggestions to improvise the service better If can please arrange some local food since there is only one Shwarma Restaurant beside the hotel. No other options. 2nd insie the room please arrange tissue box and small towel to put infront bathroom. There's only one towel for personal use. A BIG salute to all staff at Bangi Avenue Hotel. Once again Thank You very much for your kindness.

Pretty okay stay at this hostel. The place was very near to the airport and quite easily accessible. Room was small but still comfortable. However, the cleanliness of the place, especially the toilet, is quite bad. Otherwise, everything else is okay.

The hotel is very helpful. I booked the wrong location at Landslide and sent an email to see if there was any way to fix it. The staff responded quickly and adjusted my booking at no extra charge. When I arrived, the staff was really friendly, and the sleeping pod was spacious enough. Will definitely come back again if I have an overnight transit.

A good and new experience for me. We didn't have to face the hostel management because everything was at our fingertips. The door was locked using a code and the code was given via watsapp. The hostel also didn't take a deposit so we got no problem to check out. Can check out anytime. What's not so good here is the water jug. The room is provided with a plastic jug. We found the lid was rotten and broken.

Joey (host) was very helpful. The whole process of access card / keys ,Check in & out was easy as instructions given very clear. Easy to look for food, there is also Evolve mall. Lrt Ara Damansara less than 5mins walk.

I enjoyed the cleanliness, decency and welcoming disposition of the staff. All amenities are standard...large tv for watching News, spacious sitting room, effective water heaters, available shampos and bathing gels...highly supportive staff. I recommend this place although it's quite far from the main town or terminal section 17

The hotel is clean and tidy, the room is comfortable, and the overall environment is very well maintained. The front desk staff were friendly and professional, and both check-in and check-out were very quick and efficient. The overall stay was great, and I'll definitely come back again.

My booking was just for a one-night layover, making it easy for me to get ready to be a staff member for my boss's event. Overall, everything was good and convenient. Parking, bed, and toilet were satisfactory 👍🏻

I flew to KL on a Malaysian domestic flight the night before to catch an early morning international flight during a transit. After passing through automated immigration, I used this hotel located next to the gate. I recommend this capsule hotel for those who want to shower and take a nap. I would use it again next time. [Good points] Because it's located in the international departure gate area, you can reach your boarding gate in 5-10 minutes after check-out, which is reassuring. Although it's a capsule hotel, the shower and powder rooms are clean. The reception staff were very kind and friendly, making me feel at ease. The booth next door is the terminal's smoking area, so it's less than a minute away, which is a plus for smokers. [Negative points] The locker room space is small, making it difficult for multiple people to change clothes at the same time. It gets especially crowded during the early morning check-out time. The lockers are narrow and vertical, and while they're just wide enough for a carry-on suitcase, the space for hand luggage and clothes is limited to the top half of the locker. This means there's nowhere else to put your belongings when showering, changing, or brushing your teeth, which is quite inconvenient. It's best to pack only the essentials in a cloth shopping bag beforehand so you don't have to go to the locker each time. When I turned on the air conditioning in the capsule, I was told it uses the airport building's air conditioning system, and the low-frequency noise was quite noticeable, so I slept with it off.
