The one thing that i dont like is maybe they cant refresh your card right away if youre extending your stay, but its good that the steward is willingly to help you to open your door until 2 pm."

I had an excellent stay at this hostel! Gabriel took care of everything for me during three magical days: the first day at the sublime Tumpak Sewu waterfall, the second at the impressive Bromo volcanoes, and the third at the fascinating Kawah Ijen, including the ferry ticket to Bali. She helped and guided me via WhatsApp from start to finish with incredible attention, and I truly felt supported from beginning to end... and even after I left! The service was absolutely top-notch, incredibly friendly and professional. Everything was superbly organized and memorable. I recommend it 1000%! Thank you, Gabriel and your daughters! Terima kasih!

This hotel is truly perfect if you need accommodation when visiting Jatim Park 2. Pohon Inn is the right choice! It's fantastic, and your Jatim Park 2 ticket is valid for two days. I even got it for around 400k (IDR), including breakfast! Trip.com is really awesome for offering so many discounts.

I highly recommend this hostel which has the best facilities I have ever seen so far. The rooms are clean as well as the bathroom. Bath gel and towels are provided. A fully furnished kitchen is also available as well as water refill and coffee and tea. I should also add that the reception team is absolutely amazing, always ready to help if you have any questions or worries!!! So try this place you won’t regret it . ijen mountain entrance is an hour away by motorbike.

A very cheap choice. Not much facilities provided by the hotel, for example no dryer, shampoo and bath gel. The room has locker, pretty small, my luggage doesn’t fit in, so I just place my suitcase outside the capsule. I think it’s okay because Indonesia is quite safe. Staff are helpful, check in and out is quick. Nice for an overnight short stay if you have a low budget.

A lovely spot located down a quiet street. The beds provide good privacy with walls and curtains. The room was a good temprature. The kitchen and bathroom facilities were nice and clean. The staff were wonderful and interacted with each guest very personally while remembering our names and trying to help whereever they could. I do recommend.

Very clean, the boss is very nice, both are very nice, the location is very convenient, very close to the train station, suitable for friends who are going to Ijen next stop. I strongly recommend everyone to stay here, and I will choose here next time I come to Malang. Oh, by the way, the laundry service here is really good, the clothes are fragrant, folded neatly, and packed well in bags. The price is very cheap, only 6 yuan per kilogram 😆

I had a very pleasant stay at Snooze. The facilities are very complete. The kitchen has a stove and plenty of kitchenware that guests can use. Plates and glasses are also fully provided. They offer free coffee and tea, and there is even ice and a refrigerator available. Even after checkout, they allow guests to continue using shared facilities like the toilet, shower, and common area, which is very convenient. They also offer car and motorcycle rentals, as well as trips to Ijen and another place 😍 The staff welcomed us very kindly. I will definitely come back. Thank you, Snooze!

A warm and welcoming place to stay, run as a family business. You will meet the owner’s mother, sister, and the owner themselves—all lovely and very friendly. The rooms feature brand-new, spacious beds that are extremely comfortable. The surroundings are peaceful, with a strong sense of local community and rice fields all around, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet place to stay and heartfelt service that makes you feel like part of the family. You’ll thank me later.
