This is the best hotel i could find when i go travelling in Surabaya. I like how the towel is wrapped by plastic showing that its new and not used by other. The facility also is good, theres a refridgerator that you can use to cool foods and drinks. The wifi is also good and fast. The one thing that i dont like is maybe they cant refresh your card right away if youre extending your stay, but its good that the steward is willingly to help you to open your door until 2 pm.

I've stayed at many hostels while traveling around the world, and this is the best. The Snooze Malang staff, in particular, are even more dedicated to service than other Snooze teams. They welcome guests warmly and are always ready to help. The garden is peaceful and beautiful. There are many restaurants nearby, and even a small traditional market is within walking distance, making it convenient for exploring. It's also within walking distance of the train station. Although it's a hostel, it's a quiet place to rest. The only downside is that the shower water pressure is weak. They clean the rooms daily and even every other minute, and they even lift the beds to clean them daily. I highly recommend this place.

I highly recommend this hostel which has the best facilities I have ever seen so far. The rooms are clean as well as the bathroom. Bath gel and towels are provided. A fully furnished kitchen is also available as well as water refill and coffee and tea. I should also add that the reception team is absolutely amazing, always ready to help if you have any questions or worries!!! So try this place you won’t regret it . ijen mountain entrance is an hour away by motorbike.

SUPERBBB!!! The room were nice and tidy not to mention aesthetic. Common area? Very nice and clean and quiet! Bathroom? Well I just used the bathroom next to my room and it was soooo clean. the staffs were nice and helpful always smilling, my stay was comfortable.

It's really nice to stay here, the place is clean, the wifi is smooth, the parking lot is spacious

At the first time, I was trying to stay here cause I just need one night before moving to another hostel since it is afforadble I stay here. I arrived late evening. I was welcomed by Mba Gabriel even she contacted me earlier inform me about the hostel location. I was pragmatismed at the begining cause I thought it's just a normal greetings. But when I arrived it looks like a mom who welcome you back to home. Her sister, Mba Diana is also similar, she welcome me in the afternoon when I came back. I thought she was mba gabriel because I cannot differentiate her and mba Gabriel 😂 Btw I extend here for another 3 nights, because the hostel is very clean, smells good and the bedroom is great. You can experience it later by yourself. I guarantee it. Then after two weeks, I traveled back to Malang and staying here again, I feel I was back home haha. Price is affordable. Service is 5 stars and it is like home ❤️ when I come back to Malang staying here is a must cause you also can discuss with them about many things get direction and advice for food. Worth the price of this room, the facilities are good, the security is very polite, the staff is friendly, I will confirm that we need daily cleaning no 🥰👍🏻 but it's really good.. When cleaning at that time there were 2 staff, the one staff was very friendly, kind and polite, he wanted to pass our pen, he leaned his body, when he was done cleaning, he still made sure we need, especially not, the best mba2, but the other staff made it angry, When he used slippers when cleaning, when he arrived at the mattress area, the slippers were still worn 🫠 (the characteristics of the weakness: thin, the skin is a bit brown, if it's not wrong, the hair is a bit crunchy, tied one and then use glasses, The face is flat, I don't smile wkwk) I can teach you again 🙏🏻 so far I still like this place anyway ❤️

The place is nice. A big house with rooms for rent. It's clean, you can use the dining table, tableware also the kitchen. The location is inside a housing complex, quite far from the main street to walk to some store.. But it's quiet, good for resting. The girl at the front desk could have known more.. should read more, get to know more about places or things around/ in the town, so she can give information more clearly

Great place to stay for a couple of nights with the cheapest price. Everything is good, food is good, bed is comfortable just the toilet cleanness could be improve. The staffs are polite & friendly. Overall, worth the price. Thank you Ya Waduud. 💚
