Staying at this guesthouse, my bad mood was quietly soothed by the charming courtyard and the incredibly patient service. The wooden ceilings, the rattan lamps that let light peek through, and the flowing water, greenery, and sunlight in the courtyard – even the breeze felt gentle and soft. What truly touched me the most were the staff here. With just the right amount of patience, they truly understood and supported me through all my anxieties during that period. I didn't even need to say much; I just felt wonderfully taken care of, and slowly, my emotions began to normalize. Meeting this place was the luckiest part of my entire trip.

The booked hotel villa had some pleasant surprises, but also a few minor issues. The hotel service was a pleasant surprise; a WeChat group was created before we even arrived, making it very convenient to address any questions or needs immediately. The room facilities were satisfactory, but there were three shortcomings: first, the toilet downstairs had a clogged drain; second, the stairs lacked warning signs, causing frequent tripping; and third, there was a protruding nail on the stair tread, which cut my child's foot when we weren't looking. We mentioned this in the service group, and the hotel manager took it very seriously, visiting several times to inquire about the injury and even bringing medicine and a small gift to apologize. Overall, the hotel service was quite good, and I hope they can improve further and reduce these shortcomings in the future.

跟朋友一塊兒出來玩兒 ，在手機上對比了很久，最後選擇住這家店 ，讓我感到意外的是，下了單，過了一會兒 就有 他們管家人員聯繫我，問詢我的到店時間 ，説是他們會在門口等我們 ，不用在前台辦理 ，直接接引我們到別墅房子 辦理入住 錄入證件就好 ，這點感覺方便我們，管家入住前專門給我發了一段 酒店定位，周邊遊玩好吃的攻略，很方便我這種懶人，他們房屋內還送的一些玫瑰花瓣泡澡包 ，還有小零食，新鮮的水果，還有一次性的浴巾毛巾，連洗衣液，驅蚊水都備着的，太暖心了🥰備的東西有很多 但好多我們都沒來得及使用 ，房間收拾的温馨又乾淨，整體設施完好 如果額外需要什麼被子的話，管家會讓本地的保潔大姐送到房間裏面來，整個別墅區綠化做的特別好，眼睛有福了，房子如圖 給大家一個參考

The room was a bit small, and the 1.8-meter bed wasn't ideal for a family of three; it felt a bit cramped. There were quite a few flies, which might be due to the cooking facilities. However, overall, I was very satisfied with the courtyard and would choose to stay here again next time. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile. Even during the National Day holiday when they had a lot more guests, their attitude remained excellent, which I really appreciated. It would have been even better if there weren't so many flies. The private hot springs were numerous and great. Some of the paint was peeling off the walls in the courtyard, making it look a bit run down. It would be even better if these could be repaired!

I decided to travel temporarily on National Day and chose a newer hotel in the county. The price is super high. The price is not because of the holiday. The floating is outrageous. The courtyard is a single-family villa building. Each villa has 7 rooms. We live on the 1st floor. The car is parked in front of the door. Super convenient, suitable for self-driving, clean bedding, complete facilities, The environment is quiet, the service is warm, and the breakfast is convenient.

Traveling with my whole family, I specifically chose the Ma Fang Zi B&B, and it completely exceeded my expectations. The guesthouse has an antique charm, with a spacious and flat courtyard. It was incredibly peaceful to stroll and enjoy the breeze there during our downtime. There was plenty of space for the kids to run around freely without us constantly worrying about them getting hurt. The entire place was meticulously clean, the bedding was soft and fresh, and the rooms had excellent natural light and ventilation, making our stay as comfortable as being at home. The host was genuinely warm and thoughtful, always considering the needs of the elderly and children. Any requests were met promptly. The meals were light and palatable, with fresh ingredients, making for very enjoyable dining. It's a quiet and comfortable retreat away from the bustling city. Our three generations stayed together comfortably and happily, and it offered great value for money. It's definitely our top choice for traveling with seniors and kids. I've already recommended it to friends and family, and we'll be back when we have the chance!

This homestay chosen for Xi'an tourism is really wise! It is in the city, the transportation is super convenient, and it is convenient to go out by subway. The homestay is a villa remodeled, with green plants in the yard, full of vitality. The room was clean and warm, the bedding was comfortable, and the sleep was super relieved. The front desk lady sister service is super intimate, and also helps to plan the play route. Next time I come to Xi'an, I will still live here. Hehe ^_^
