The bathroom window was broken and stuck open, making the room very cold. I wasn't allowed to check in early, even though I saw other white guests checking in before 3 PM. I won't be staying at this hostel chain again.

Really great staff and very helpful

Lots of bars nearby, but if you close the windows, it's mostly quiet. Breakfast is included and sufficient, with bread, various jams and peanut butter, milk, and fruit. Tea bags and instant coffee are available all day. The restrooms and showers are gender-neutral. The triple bunk beds are a bit noisy when someone moves.

Nive tavern style room with tea and coffee making facilities, above a friendly bar, good access to digbeth businesses. Very nice and helpful staff.

Visited kingstanding Inn on 21st for 50th birthday party. Brilliant evening. Buffet food was Great staff were very friendly .room was nice,. Clean but basic no tea or coffee making facilities in room. Free tea and coffee from bar if a guest. Breakfast next Morning was brilliant and very good value for money. Overall good stay.

Spent the night here because our bathroom was being refurbished. Lovely little hotel with friendly staff. It's quite a way from the road so very quiet.

Great staff really friendly, the rooms are a decent size too, comfy bed and great shower pressure
