its very strategic location when you transit at kota kinabalu international airport.just 5-8 minutes distance from kota kinabalu international airport to this K avenue when not the traffic jam period.its only Rm6-Rm10 by Grab Car👍 but this time comfy house looks like abit disappointed🤔️ the bathroom is really smell bad and few cockroachs at the basin😨and the one who live to the next door is noisy at midnight time，cant get a good rest for me and my family when we have an early flight at 7am.

I stayed here for three days. How can I put it? This is the most satisfying homestay I have ever stayed in! First of all, the lady boss is really nice!!! And there is someone to pick us up in the morning and when we come back in the evening! The driver is also very nice and always thinks about us! Friends who come to Semporna for tourism, just book it with your eyes closed! It's like going home and I can't bear to leave🥹Also, I wish the lady boss a happy birthday!!! 🌹

The stay overall was satisfactory until the final day, when I encountered a couple of issues that caused significant inconvenience. On the night of my check-in, I requested an extra pillow as I have lower back pain. However, I ended up waiting for over an hour. When the staff finally came to explain, I was informed that the extra pillow had been given to another guest who had requested it after me. I found this to be unfair and disappointing, as my request was made earlier and for a genuine reason. To make matters worse, on the last day, when I had a flight to catch, there was a complete lack of water on the first floor. This unexpected situation disrupted my preparations and made it quite challenging to get ready for my journey. That being said, I really love the vibes here overall. Plus or minus, I will still consider coming back.

But the door lock is automatically locked, so it's still very safe. Change shoes on the first floor, and there is a reception room on the right hand side of the second floor. The reception staff will call the owner to confirm. We didn't see the owner for two days. The floor of the passage is quite clean, but you have to take your luggage upstairs by yourself. The rooms are all on the second floor. The bathroom and shower room are just as described. They are together, and it's no problem for one person to wash standing up. The water temperature and water pressure are also suitable. You need to bring your own toiletries and a mouthwash cup; it's best to prepare toilet paper. It feels that it's not enough for a family to stay for more than 2 days. We didn't ask for more when we brought more. We brought disposable bedding sets ourselves, which is always safer with children. The air conditioner in the family room is not very powerful, and the wind can't be blown down. It's okay to sleep at night. The room card is placed on the bedside table after check-out.
