GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the lively Nanluogu Lane. It is not noisy when you enter the room. It is clean, tidy and refreshing. It is very convenient to travel. It is only a few minutes walk from the subway. It is convenient for food, accommodation and transportation. You can also experience the life of the old Beijing Hutongs.

GGuest UserI rarely write long reviews, but this homestay made me unable to help post Jiugongge, which is really lingering!
The environment is first-rate, in the downtown area without noisy, people feel more comfortable and comfortable, the weather is warmer than winter, but I am very lucky to meet the snow scene ～
The homemade afternoon tea in the store is healthy and delicious, with animal cream, beautiful and delicious, people have a endless aftertaste; the western pizza is roasted absolutely delicious, people's index finger.
Not only has accommodation, but also a high-end homestay integrating food, lodging and entertainment. The service is thoughtful and intimate, making people feel at home.
The street where the homestay is located is a tourist area. Listening to the boss's statement that the murals of Haisi are worth seeing. Since there is no reservation in advance, this trip is not visible, and it will be made up next time.
In short, this homestay is definitely worth recommending, it is a good place for people to yearn for!

TTrip5321Have long been a fan of the Orchid and often visit the restaurants co located there - Toast and TBS are favourites. As such, with family visiting the Orchid was the obvious choice!
An amazing location tucked in the Hutongs near the Bell and Drum towers. Both in the surrounding area and venue itself, spoilt for choice for food and restaurants. Room was cosy, clean and beautifully decorated. Two very friendly cats too. Staff genuinely fantastic and went above and beyond throughout our time there - thank you!
The only fault - and reason for ranking amenities lower currently - is that there is significant work taking place at the reception (March 2025). I was aware of this having visited Toast in Feb however, had hoped this would’ve been completed by our stay and was disappointed at still being charged at the full rate given this disruption. In addition to a crowded check in / lack of communal space, this also meant rerouting through the restaurants (and up / down winding stairs), so one to note for anyone with accessibility requirements.
Nevertheless a great stay and hope to be back again soon!

GGuest UserThis hotel was somewhere between ok and good for its price. The check-in process was good, and the staff was friendly, but why did the staff have to make me open the bags and scan for explosives. I have never been to any other hotel in China that requests their guests to open their luggage for detailed inspection. The facility of the hotel is quite nice compared to another Wohkoon I have stayed at. There is a free washing machine and a drying rack outdoors where you can hang dried clothes. Something that I would like to point out (that I found strange and somewhat inefficient) is the layout of the room. In each room, there are 3 or 4 capsule-style beds(depending on the price you pay), but there is no centralised bathroom or shower area. Instead, there is a sink, toilet bowl, and shower in each of the room's bathrooms, so you can not use the sink while your roommate is taking a bath, and you can not access the toilet in another room because it requires a key card to access another room. Also, the shower area is not fully enclosed, so the area of the toilet bowl and the sink can get wet easily, and this problem exacerbates when multiple people use the bathroom. Also, there is a space on top of your bed to put luggage, but it is full of dust.

JJim ⁵ᴳIn the hutong next to Chongwenmen subway station, it is an authentic Beijing hutong. There is a small supermarket nearby where you can buy things. It is easy to find by walking according to the navigation. The room I booked has a window according to the introduction, but when I went in, I found that it was a fake window and could not be ventilated. There is a small courtyard. The overall hygiene is OK. The only shortcoming is that the sound insulation is not very good. You can hear the conversation next door 🤣
