The MRT is a 5-minute walk away (if you don't have luggage). If you do, be prepared for an uphill climb. Overall, the location is definitely convenient for tourists like me. The security guards at the entrance/exit are attentive, always confirming room numbers and offering services, which made me feel very safe and well-cared for. The room was incredibly spacious, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable – perfect for a good night's rest. There's even a bathtub and a jacuzzi for a relaxing soak! Unlimited mineral water is available, along with complimentary instant noodles and biscuits. The hotel also gives out souvenir biscuits (one pack of local specialty biscuits for each night of your stay). Breakfast was decent too! It's a popular spot, suitable for families, seniors, kids, and couples. The soundproofing is excellent! All in all, I had a great and very comfortable experience. The only minor drawback is that the hotel building and facilities are a bit old, but the excellent service more than makes up for it! Full marks! There's also a washing machine and dryer available – just pay 30 NTD for detergent and you're good to go.

The ktv has all-you-can-sing songs. However, the cleaning is not very thorough and the floor feels dirty.

Except the bathtub is very slow to release water and the air conditioner is not cold enough (this varies from person to person). Good experience in accommodation The counter staff are very professional and polite!

I booked another hotel twice online, but said that there is no room, but thanks to Trip’s customer service for calling quickly, the good service handled the matter and made up for the hotel’s management mistakes. Let me rebook to the beautiful palace, the staff at the counter have a good attitude, the room type ordered is clean and comfortable to use.

Pet Friendly There is a pet accommodation fee of RMB 500 plus a deposit of RMB 500 A total of 1,000 yuan was charged. There is no smell. If you check out, you can get a 500 yuan deposit refund. Overall, it is very good. Room 110 is very big and the bathtub is as big as a swimming pool. It’s really relaxing. Unfortunately, the check-in time is too late at 22:00. The service staff will insist that check-in must be at 22:00. Waited outside for a long time. Breakfast was delicious! Meat control is great!

The equipment service is very good, is it too late to enter the room? I can only enter the room at 6 o'clock and I can't enter it after 5 o'clock? It's not that I would rather spend half an hour to find a nearby one with less than half an hour of booking.

The room was spacious and lovely. The TV in the bathroom was also great. I could watch YT on the TV, and the bed was very comfortable. The housekeeping was great. They also gave me a lot of goodies, so I'd definitely stay there again. The only downside was that the shower head in our room didn't work. 🤣 But it was okay; it wasn't a big deal.
