Himeji 588 Guest House
4.3/512 Reviews
A bar and a love shop with a couple. The owner is a very interesting woman. She has been to China and many other countries. She is very enthusiastic about work and customers. The room I ordered is cleaned. There is no elevator and guests with a lot of luggage. It would be inconvenient. The proprietress also chatted with me for a long time in the evening, sharing her life story generously, and hoped that she would have the opportunity to visit this store next time. The location is extremely convenient, it is very close to Himeji Castle in the commercial street, there are many well-known restaurants nearby, and the convenience store and Himeji Station are also very close. Recommended for non-family tourists.

Nice place, nice view, great service. The Navg here is kind of hard, the GPS bring us to the tunnel underneath. Check out timing is kind of early.. 10am.

The lobby is beautiful The toilet is beautiful The shower washroom is beautiful The cabin is larger and higher than the capsule hotel The price is cheap The staff is kind The cozy of the lobby○The day I stayed, two people including me It may have been that there were only guests, but it was very comfortable. It was very good to have a lot of conversation with the staff (owner?). Because the staff has traveled to countless countries in the world, you may hear a lot of useful stories. I thought I wanted to hear more travel stories, and I came back to Aichi. So, Mr. Owner, when you let me go next, let me tell you a lot of travel stories.

Very good homestay, catching up with the Christmas party during the stay, the cost of a person 2,000 yen is acceptable, it is very interesting to eat and chat with everyone, and finally have a cheese cake to reward. The owner of the hotel is very kind, the location is in Chinatown, there are too many delicious nearby, ask the people of the hotel, they will recommend the store worth going to, walk to Damaru various drugstores are very close, walk to Kobe Port Tower for about 20 minutes, you can walk, the location is excellent. The facilities in the homestay are very good, and the muji water milk cotton pad can be used in the bath. Very good homestay, I will choose here next time I come to Kobe 👍.

I was not expecting my room to be so big with a kitchenette. They give you an onsen coupon which you can use for either Kin no Yu or Gin no Yu. The hotel is about a 3 second walk from Gin no Yu. I had a nice window with a view of houses & hills nearby. You can also sit & eat out on the balcony. The mattress was not high quality but it was okay for one night. As other reviewers mentioned it is a slight uphill walk to get here, not what I would call strenuous unless you have some lung disease.

Very comfortable hotel, clean and quiet. If you follow Google location, you may not be able to find it. In fact, the hotel is on a slope. The hotel and check-in are not together. Check-in is in a coffee shop called [cafe de beau] (breakfast is also eaten here, three breads and a drink per person. Their bread is delicious), the coffee shop is in Jin Opposite the hot spring, check in at 15:00, you can store your luggage here.
