The location is very close to the 12 Apostles, but there are no shops nearby. You have to drive to Port Campbell, 14 kilometers away, to find a shop (supermarkets close at 17:00).

I was fined for droping my luggages at the reception it took me only 5 minutes parking in front of the hotel to drop 4 luggages at hotel reception. It make a very bad first impression for the hotel. The fine was $150. Room was very big and clean. I was very impressive.

The windows weren’t clean, which affected the overall impression of the apartment. The bed was relatively narrow for two people, making it a bit uncomfortable. Additionally, during our three-day stay, the apartment wasn’t cleaned even once, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the location was convenient, and the apartment had a washing machine, which was very useful for doing laundry. Overall, while there were some practical advantages, the lack of cleanliness and comfort left room for improvement.

The apartment is on the side of the road and the signboard is very eye-catching. We arrived at work and left early in the morning. The whole process was called by phone. The staff called back very quickly, the attitude was very good, and it went smoothly. It is this room is too small, the kitchen, living room and dining room are on a direct Internet, and it is narrow and long, and it is difficult to walk after the suitcase is opened. The kitchen is less than two square meters, and there is a refrigerator. Basically, it can be used for boiling water. The bathroom is quite large, but it is in the middle of the two rooms. The doors can be opened on both sides. It is inconvenient for two families to live.

The environment is very good and the space is spacious. It is suitable for a family of 3-4 people. You can also cook your own food. The owner is Chinese and communication is smooth. The only drawback is that the facilities are a bit old.

GGuest UserThe location is perfect. Lots of eateries and shops around. Great view. Room was clean and staff were amazing. Two of the window latches and the ice cube tray were broken. Otherwise it was great. By the way, I am still waiting for the pre-authorised deposit back. Read some reviews that can be difficult or take long to get that back, hopefully it will not be this case as I really wanna book this hotel again.

GGuest UserVery easy check in. Instructions by reception were spot on.  The one bedroom apartment was huge. Plenty of room with an equally huge balcony.  The place was clean, apart from one of the towels that had some type of hard black stain that stick do towels to it’s self. Not ideal, but this would be an issue with the laundry company that Quest use.  I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend.

YYew Siong TanMy family and I enjoyed our recent stay at Citadines on Burke Melbourne. The standout positives were: 1. Staff Service: Check-in was excellent. The staff were warm, professional, and very helpful, setting a welcoming tone immediately. 2. Room Size: Plenty of room for luggage and for everyone to move around without feeling cramped. 3. Bathroom Amenities: The provided toiletries were nice quality and appreciated. Items for improvements: The spaciousness makes this hotel ideal for families. However, to make them truly perfect for families like ours, I'd suggest the management consider offering some room options with two queen-size beds to enhance comfort and sleep quality for parents and children sharing the room. Despite this suggestion, we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay thanks to the great service, ample space, and good facilities. We would definitely consider staying again.

GGuest UserNot recommended for those who value their personal data security and privacy. Not recommended for internati9nal travellers who may not have enough charge on their phones to complete 3 forms, then download and set up an app that requires constant internet and Bluetooth connections. Booking required multiple insecure methods of sharing credit card details and identification documents along with 2 forms to fill out with personal details and an app to download in order to gain access to the Building entrance, Elevator, and Apartment. None of this information was given to me prior to booking. I would not have stayed here if I had known the extent of insecure transmission of personal information and amount of admin and work required just to check in and stay one night. I work in this space and know the risks. Management is putting guests personal data at risks with the excessive documentation requests. FYI, requiring someone to send credit card PICTURES and ID pictures over email is completely insecure. This is bizarrely at odds with the excessive security to get into the building. The constant need to carry your phone everywhere or you'd be locked of the apartment or even the whole building was extremely stressful. In terms of the actual room, once I got in, the bed, kitchen, lounge and floors were clean but the toilet had not been cleaned in a long time. This was not nice. You could see parts under the rim had not been cleaned in years. Toilet had also been recently used and not flushed properly upon arrival. I did not take photos of any of this, it was too gross. I ended up buying paper cups as the glasses/cups as those supplied were not clean, tried to take a picture but it's hard to see. They were covered in fingerprints and fibres of some kind. The view was nice and loungeroom was great, study nook was extremely handy for remote work. Balcony tiles are moving and could be a tripping hazard. Laundry was well equipped but did not have time to use it.

AACA place for rejuvenate and value for money. Location: we did not rent a car, but can go there from CBD by train (30 mins) and bus (10 mins). If you catch the 496 bus from Laventon, it takes a 8 mins walk to the hotel off the bus stop, If you take 497 from Williamslanding, it takes 18 minutes, but you can shop at the centre (Coles, Aldi, K-Mart and Chinese supermarket), eat at different restaurants, and have manicure or massage. Facilities: the unit is well equipped with cooking utensils, we cooked our breakfast. There is no buffet breakfast but a la carte menu at the country club. The country club has gym and swimming pool too. Nearby attraction: we went to Werribee zoom, Weribee Park, Werribee Mansion, Joseph's resturant. The zoo has a safari bus which is a great attraction. Staff: the staff is helpful. We requested a lake view room one day before. They helped us by calling the cleaner as our check in day is a public holiday. Much appreciated.

GGuest UserOverall I had a great stay! My room was pretty cozy and the location was conveniently close to trams and Souther Cross Station. Amenities in the room were excellent (kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, heater, ironing board). Maybe bring your own slippers in winter as the tiled floor was very cold in the morning. Quite a few obvious wear and tear but overall still decently clean. The only thing that bothered me was one of the kitchen utensils was still dirty. If you are a light sleeper you would need earplugs as it’s quite noisy from the trains and trams passing by. Personally i enjoyed the background noise. I enjoyed my night ins in the room with access to the TV and to be able to cook / heat up food. Staff at the reception were all very lovely and welcoming. I would stay here again :)

GGuest UserThe room was a really good size. The balcony was at a level where there was no building blocking either the view or afternoon sun - we had to pay extra for this though. The fridge didnt really seem to work, at least the freezer didnt. When putting icecreams in the freezer, they melted, so I turned the dial to cooler and then the fruit in the fridge froze our fruit. We really shouldnt need to adjust settings in the fridge/freezer for them to work. Also the toilet keep running after it flushed. The only way to stop the running of water was to push down on the flush a few times quickly.

GGuest UserWhen we arrived, we had an issue with our room—the balcony door wouldn’t lock, and the balcony was somewhat accessible from other apartments. Concerned for our belongings, we asked if we could change rooms. The front desk staff were extremely accommodating and kindly offered us a free upgrade to a higher-floor, two-bedroom apartment. Unfortunately, when we arrived at the new room, the second bedroom was locked and inaccessible. We didn’t bother raising it as we hadn’t booked a two-bedroom apartment and didn’t really need the extra space. However, we are starting to feel that the rooms are becoming a bit... dated. There’s often a musty smell when we check in, and this time, we found someone else’s socks in the dryer—after drying some of our own clothes, which wasn’t pleasant. A little more attention to cleaning between guests and ensuring faults are properly addressed would go a long way. Sadly, this experience has left us considering other accommodation options for our next stay—something we wouldn’t normally do, as the Oaks’ location is fantastic! That said, I want to reiterate that the front desk staff were absolutely lovely and very accommodating.
