Okay, nice hotel with new service, but the train station is far away and you have to walk a bit to the restaurant or bakery. It's a shame because otherwise the hotel is very nice and the rooms are good.

I only stayed one night (and did not have breakfast) but overall a great experience. Friendly and efficient staff, amazing gym and spa, and great location (with fantastic view from my room).

Super good 🖖, affordable and good quality, small city environment is good, right in the city center, eating, drinking and shopping are very convenient, I like it very much, and I will stay here in the future.

I booked the hotel, cause I had previously stayed in it overnight to go to the airport. Was given two single beds and fell off one whilst sleeping. So i specifically booked for a king size bed on this trip, only to arrive and be told they had single beds made into a double bed. I ended up settling for the room that smelt better and bed seemed more sturdy, Intial floor I was on smelled like sewage, same with the room. Previously stayed in the other golden tulip, so I kept comparing experiences. Breakfast was just there, hot meals options were limited in some days and others you had to order off a small list of options. Because of language barrier, I engaged mostly on need led basis, but still all the times I walked passed the reception I Just kept getting akwards stares from the receptionist, no hello, just long awkward stares, I get that from random people on the street, but I didn’t expect that in a place where I am paying to stay. The only good encounters were from the housekeepers.

Location: Close to a tram/bus stop, allowing you to reach the city center and main attractions in 20 minutes, though Warsaw's public transport can get quite crowded. Surroundings: There's a fantastic park nearby, great for a morning stroll with lots of animals – that was a pleasant surprise. Facilities: There's a swimming pool, but it tends to get busy in the evenings. Room: Four-star quality, and it's rare to find disposable slippers in Europe, which was a nice touch.

Take the train from Airport and arrive at Warszawa Śródmieście railway station, walk up the stairs and you see Polonia Palace hotel! We are so happy and in luck! We arrived at 9 am and the room is ready for us! This is record breaking check in time! Room is perfect with a window view of Palace of culture and Science. Room is clean and very spacious! Breakfast is very good! Service is excellent! Will definitely recommend this hotel!

Nice hotel with warm greeting staff. Have ur own kitchen. If you are a cooker, you can cook inside. Several days it’s enough to stay in this hotel..

Right across the street from the airport, so it's super convenient. Given the hotel's amenities, the value for money is just average.

It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time. The hotel's decor is stylish and modern, and the lobby fragrance is very pleasant. The soundproofing in the guest rooms is excellent, ensuring a high-quality sleep even in a bustling area. Breakfast offers a wide variety, combining both Western and Chinese options with fresh ingredients. The gym and pool facilities are well-maintained, making it an ideal place for business travelers. Definitely worth a five-star recommendation!

Everything was fantastic, nothing was missing. The room amenities met expectations, and the cleanliness and aesthetics were top-notch. Nice view from the window :)
