Excellent hotel and location, but disappointing check-in experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, very comfortable and perfectly located. The facilities are excellent, the room was lovely, and overall the property definitely lives up to the InterContinental standard. Unfortunately, my impression was affected by the check-in experience. Check-in only starts at 3 PM, yet there was a very long queue and the process was surprisingly slow. After travelling, having to spend so much time waiting just to receive the room key was frustrating and not what I would expect from a five-star hotel of this level. Apart from this, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily return — I just hope the arrival experience can be better organized in the future

The design is superb, the hotel is worth visiting. It is also very convenient to go to the old town. The breakfast is also good, with many options, but the serving speed is a bit slow. Two disadvantages: the washbasin is a bit small, and the curtains are not light-blocking (recommended to change), which affects sleep.

The hotel is conveniently located near the station and easy to find. Check-in and check-out were smooth and pleasant. They readily held my luggage after check-out, and the ticket-based retrieval system gave me peace of mind. Water dispensers in the lobby and elevator halls on the guest floors were a great touch, allowing for free refills. The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, and there was plenty of seating, making for a relaxed meal.

All the major attractions are within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and getting around. Downstairs, you'll find a hub of various dining options, so everything you need for food, drinks, and entertainment is right at your fingertips. The hotel itself is upscale and grand, with sophisticated and stylish decor. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the bedding is wonderfully soft, ensuring an excellent stay. It's perfect for both holiday getaways and leisure trips. Highly recommended!

The hotel is beautiful and clean. We have not checked out the swimming pool and the terrace nor had a breakfast there, so can’t say anything about those really. We booked a room with a king size bed and were first assigned one with two single/twin (?) beds which were pushed together. The receptionist informed us there is no guarantee you will get a bed which you have originally booked in the app, but ended up giving us an upgrade for a room with a river view and a king size bed.

I've stayed at this hotel in Berlin before, and the service there was much better than in Warsaw. Here's my experience: 1. Three couples, including us, booked three rooms for three nights. On the first night, I scraped my face on a poorly designed cabinet. Luckily, as an aromatherapy teacher, I always carry essential oils for first aid. To my surprise, my husband then bumped his head on it. We reported it to the front desk, but there was no response the next day. When I called to follow up, they said they would deal with it tomorrow. As expected, nothing was done, and no one got back to us until we checked out. The other two couples also bumped their faces or heads (as shown in the pictures). 2. In the buffet restaurant, the servers cleaning breadcrumbs from tables would just sweep them onto the chairs with a napkin. This level of service definitely needs more training. 3. In the morning, I ordered an omelet. The chef seemed inexperienced. When I asked for more mushrooms, she actually asked me, ”Do you want two omelets?” I said just one. She then replied, ”This is how much mushroom you get for one serving.” I explained that I liked mushrooms and asked her to add a little more, and she grudgingly added a tiny bit. I don't understand their logic; I only asked for onions, mushrooms, and a little tomato, nothing else. Isn't it a buffet? On the second morning, my friend went for an omelet and was told they were out of onions, with a shrug! This was at 9:00 AM, and breakfast didn't end until 10:30 AM! Overall, the service attitude was good, but the spirit of service was lacking. Everything felt like a perfunctory effort to get by, which is a real shame. I won't consider staying here again and certainly won't recommend it to friends.

I chose to stay at the Hampton by Hilton Warsaw Airport because of an early morning flight the next day, and it was incredibly convenient. The hotel is very close to Warsaw Chopin Airport, making it ideal for travelers catching flights. The rooms are clean and tidy, the beds are comfortable, and the soundproofing is good, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel also offers an airport shuttle service, which is very helpful for guests with luggage or early flights. The front desk service was warm and professional, and both check-in and check-out were very quick. Breakfast starts early, which is a great perk for business travelers who need to catch a flight. Overall, it's a standard and reliable airport business hotel with a significant location advantage, perfect for a layover before or after a flight.

The stay was nice overall. The staff tried their best to accommodate our requests, and the housekeepers were friendly despite having some difficulty communicating in English. However, there are some points that disappointed us: - There was bottled water labeled ”still water” in the room, but it was in fact sparkling. We had to call the front desk every day to get actual still water. -The kettle wasn’t working and actually gave my partner an electric shock. It could have ended very badly. -The shower water was either boiling hot or ice cold; there was no in-between, so we couldn’t enjoy a relaxing shower. - I know that the hotel values sustainability; however, I accidentally spilled some ketchup on the bed. I placed the card stating ”if you want the bedding changed, put this note on the bed,” but to my surprise, the sheets were not changed after housekeeping, and the stain was still there. - The heater/AC was VERY LOUD - And our biggest deception was the fact that the pool was closed and we didn’t get notified at all about it, we chose this hotel over another one because we wanted to try it.

The breakfast was good, and the service was nice. However, the bathtub was broken, and it took the hotel engineer a while to fix it. My room wasn't cleaned until 3 PM; it still hadn't been cleaned when I came back. Doesn't cleaning usually get done before 2 PM? It's very close to the park, so you can spend a long time exploring and interacting with the animals.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights in a double room with an extra bed and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed, including a safe and blackout curtains that made sleeping easy. Housekeeping was excellent. We also appreciated the complimentary water station, where guests could refill bottles with both still and sparkling water. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. We arrived very early, around 8:00 a.m., and were able to leave our luggage at reception while we went out to explore the city before check-in. The hotel also offers luggage storage after check-out, which is very convenient. The location is perfect. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the Old Town and around 10 minutes to the U.S. Embassy, making it an excellent choice for anyone visiting for a visa interview. There are also plenty of great restaurants and cafés nearby. Breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options, including sparkling wine. Since we had an early flight on our departure day, the hotel kindly offered us breakfast boxes to take with us, which was a thoughtful touch and much appreciated. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again.
