I know this resort has gone through some hard times because a lot of the features and activities they used to offer are no longer available, and the staff has said that they are going through redesigning and relocating some activities to different areas on the property. I still enjoyed my stay. Just one thing, the bed is very uncomfortable.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Monarch Hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way! The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. I felt right at home from the moment I walked in. The free breakfast was a wonderful surprise - the selection was impressive, and the food was delicious. But what really made my stay stand out was the exceptional service from the staff. They were friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend The Monarch Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay. I'll definitely be back! Rating: 5/5 stars

Been here for the nth time. I would say that they're very consistent with their service, and I'll never regret to choose this hotel since 2016 for relaxation. Kudos to all the staffs and crew for their service and being so respectful they are really a helping hands to your needs such a beautiful people as well as the hotel. We had an absolutely enchanting experience as a family. We booked a weekday getaway and were fortunate enough to enjoy the resort almost entirely to ourselves. The resort was impeccably maintained, showcasing its clean and pristine condition. The expansive stretch of fine sand was nothing short of breathtaking, inviting us to relax and soak in the beauty around us. The staff were exceptionally friendly and approachable, making us feel right at home. It truly was the perfect spot to witness a stunning sunset, with vibrant colors painting the sky as the day gracefully came to a close.

The hotel and the location is perfect for peaceful and easy access area to go to the Heart of Vigan we stayed 2 nights we did 1 day in ilocos sur travel to ilocos norte the next day and came back to the same hotel.its clean employees have a pleasing personalities restaurant menus is okey food is great. The only issue i have since i am used to stay on a buffet breakfast hotel this place requires you to choose your breakfast on the small option list.and drinks option are weird so if you choose juice thats all you get you cannot get a coffee even if you offer to pay for it very weird way.but overall the hotel is great! Good for group families and kids friendly

Had a nice surprise of mixed fruits and wine. Candy gifts also for the young ones. Perfect for this holiday season The room is very spacious with soft pillows and blankets. Stayed at the loft. Room is good even for a family with cr provisioms for both loft and ground floor. They forgot space for luggage and clothes but its still ok for short stay. Highly recommended as plaza and calle crisologo are just a few steps away.

Very friendly staffs. The day we stayed they had the band and free cocktails. The only downside was the room aircon, not so cold, same as a review I read somewhere. The buffet breakfast was super sulit! The hotel was fully booked and after prodding finally gave in to my request if we can bring the breakfast plate to my daughter in the room who could not go down because she was dizzy and had fever. Value for money. Will definitely go back

Very nice property with large and clean rooms. The breakfast is made with love and brought to the room. The service at reception is also very helpful and courteous.
