Hotels With Gym in Queretaro, Mexico

Location of property is not bad. It is easy to get everywhere by taxi. Two female staff were very friendly and they could speak English as I can’t speak Spanish. They offered me two big welcome chocolate cookies, very delicious. I need to complain is the property condition. It was aged, full of wear and tear. The owner has to refurbish it. Water leaked thru the glass door in the bathroom, spread the whole floor. Power outlet at bed bunk was not enough for two persons at the same time. Choices of breakfast were limited. However, I have to give a compliment to the staff of the restaurant and reception to help me recover my lost bag which contained passport and laptop. Thank you very much!

The service was good, standard. The location was great, almost 15 minutes or less from the historic center of the city. While the hotel itself was located inside of a plaza with lots of restaurants and small shops. The best part is that when you stay in this hotel, they give you a small 10% discount on the restaurants found in the same plaza, it was neat to have that. Just one complaint would be the food on their breakfast buffet. Even though the food in flavor was good, the options were limited and the same in every single day, which it sucks if you are staying for more than two days as having greater options like soups or cold salads would be better for travelers.

I went to visit customers nearby and stayed in this hotel. It is very convenient. The most important thing is that the service is very good. The night before leaving the store, I pestered the lady at the front desk to ask about the transportation method of Queretaro to Mexico City Airport. The ticket was printed out for me. It was nearly an hour before and after. I didn’t feel impatient at all. I didn’t want to tip the young lady, but I forced to give it to her later. Because I stayed for 2 nights, I left a tip for cleaning the room the next day, but I left it intact and didn't take it (is it too small). When I went to the customer’s side, the front desk made an appointment for the morning car. The hotel arranged a car to take me off, and there was no charge. There is a large shopping mall, liverpool, about 5 minutes' walk away. If you have time, you can go shopping. There is a large supermarket where you can buy some local things and bring them back to your country as gifts.

This hotel is out of the ordinary, being an ancient hacienda remodelled to provide a high standard of modern amenities. There is an extensive range of facilities, including horseback rides, tennis courts, a huge pool, and games rooms with pool tables. There are lots of activities at the weekends which unfortunately we missed as our stay was two nights midweek, but nevertheless we enjoyed every minute of our time here. Food is prepared to a high standard and the service is excellent.

This hotel is located in a relatively central location. The room is large, but the lighting is poor. This is because we couldn't draw up the curtains during the day since the room was visible from outside. The biggest problem for the room is it has no table space. Image a large room with a few very small tabletops. We ended up putting things on the floor. The large space is totally wasted.

Todo bien en realidad, la limpieza bien, la cama confortable al igual que las almohadas. El desayuno con poca variedad de alimentos; pero con buen sabor en general. La atención del personal muy buena. El único detalle fue que no nos indicaron cómo se usaba el aire acondicionado hasta el otro día de nuestra llegada cuando reportamos que no funcionaba; pero se usa con la llave que nos habían proporcionado y no lo sabíamos hasta que preguntamos. Y solicitamos nos proporcionaran pasta dental (porque es parte de las amenidades del hotel ) y nunca nos lo llevaron. Pero en realidad nos gusto; para una estancia corta (solo estuvimos una noche ), es bastante recomendable.

The finance is very beautiful and very large, and although they have a lot of staff, there is obviously no supervision needed. In the room that touched me, I closed the bathroom door and couldn't open, I assumed that I might have the insurance placed inside and when the closed, this was activated; I called the reception to send someone to open it and actually arrived a person from Then then the room was opened, but he realized that the plate was not working, he asked me if I could go for a new one to change it, he said it would not last, and he returned with a plate that was not in size, finally the door of the bath was opened. Later he returned and told me he had the right plate already, but I asked him to return to another day. To complete, many mosquitos in the room, the truth is that I was already very tired to request the change of room, but I deserved it

Advantages: 1. The room space is much larger than other Marriott hotels in the same city, more spacious, not depressed, not air-conditioning and not stuffy, and with a sofa bed 2. Restaurant breakfast is not self-service, ordering for the waiter, feels up to grade Disadvantages: 1. The hotel reception is on the second floor, it is not easy to find; 2. Parking lot has no logo, entrance is not easy to find; parking lot exit and entrance share single lane, inconvenient; parking lot parking space is small and quite narrow; no hotel and building share parking lot. Overall not friendly to drivers 3. There is no convenience store within walking distance of the hotel.

The front desk staff is great! The location is very close to the airport. The hotel is very retro, I don't like the room very much, the first floor does not live anyway, live on the second floor. Recommended for business trips.

This hotel has a Japanese vibe, giving you the feeling of being in Japan while actually being in Mexico. The rooms are clean and spacious, with excellent amenities for long-term stays (like washing machines and kitchenettes in some rooms). The large public bath is a particularly commendable feature.
