After 11 years, I visited the Maldives again. It is really a paradise, and Patina's service is definitely the icing on the cake for this trip. Patina is a full-time butler-style service. After arriving, you don't have to wait for check-in in the lobby, you can go directly to the room, and then the butler has already arranged everything. Our essentialist is Naaish, a very good butler brother. Every day's dinner reservations and daily activity arrangements are all through the essentialist. They will work hard to solve any problems encountered. On the night of our arrival, we felt that the fence around the outdoor shower area was slightly gapped, and the privacy was not enough. After telling Naaish, workers were arranged to reinforce it early the next morning. If you want to participate in various activities in the hotel, Naaish will give you very pertinent suggestions. In the end, we went to the Dolphin Cruise and saw the dolphins and the sunset, a magnificent moment worth remembering for a lifetime. The other services of the hotel are also perfect. The steak I ate one night required a medium degree of doneness. It was a bit difficult to cut after it was served. I thought the steak knife was not very good, but the waiter didn't think so at all, so I got it from the back kitchen and remade it for me. I ordered a portion, and then the chef came out and explained that because the medium should not be difficult to cut, it must be their problem or the problem of the meat. This operation really made me a little dumbfounded. I ate at the Helio restaurant on the last night. It is very common to have a sudden change in the weather in the rainy season. After the appetizer and the main course, it suddenly rained heavily. The waiter helped us move into the indoor dining area. We hurriedly ate dessert and went back The room, in fact, everything is normal, but within half an hour the waiter brought a new dessert, because we felt that we hadn't eaten it well before. Every day at Patina is really beautiful, and I am very, very grateful to every employee for their service.

The island is beatiful and the resort is pretty much everything you should want. Rooms were spacious, and well equipped. The service and the staff is very good and friendly too. The only thing maybe worth mentioning is that there only one restaurant where you can eat when you do all inclusive/full board (Sea Breeze) which can get quite hot as it’s not a closed area, meaning no aircon. The remaining 3 restaurants are not included and are charged separately.

We visited in October. It was the rainy season, so we were worried about rain, but there were many sunny hours and we were able to enjoy snorkeling using the free rental equipment. We also participated in the free tour included in the all-inclusive plan, where we saw wild dolphins and turtles, and there were many crabs and hermit crabs on the beach. We didn't do any paid sports, so we basically just kept our wallets in the safe and our smartphones with us.

Definetely recommend to everyone to stay. Room was wide and comfortable. Ocean is incredible with turquoise color. Staff was friendly and helpful. Many kind of food was delicious. Trip.com provided the cheapest reservation option for us. So thank you all for this lovely vacation.

Our stay at this hotel was marred by a series of unfortunate experiences, starting from the moment we arrived. We were wrongly informed at check-in that our room had not been paid for, despite having completed full payment in advance. Rather than verifying the system, the staff member sat by as I anxiously searched my phone for proof. Ultimately, I had to show my credit card statement — something I consider private — just to resolve the matter. Her attitude was unwelcoming, which is especially disappointing in a hospitality setting. After discovering the payment had indeed been made, she gave only a brief and indifferent apology. Following this, my husband contacted the Manager, who offered a complimentary buffet dinner for two as an apology. While we appreciated the gesture, it was overshadowed by another issue: we later received a letter requesting us to check out by 7 a.m. the next day, even though our original arrangement was for a noon departure. After another call to the Manager, he once again apologised and offered a spa session for one person. Though his crisis management was swift, these issues should not have occurred — especially given the premium price we paid for our stay. That said, there were redeeming aspects. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking. The room opened directly onto the beach — it felt as though we had arrived at the sea the moment we opened our door. The room was also clean and well-maintained and we appreciated the convenience of having a coffee machine available. In summary, while the scenery and room amenities were wonderful, the service and communication left much to be desired. We hope the management addresses these shortcomings so that future guests can enjoy a truly seamless stay.

The hotel is located close to the airport, 10 minutes by boat, the megalopolis of Male is visible, so I felt like I was on an island in Abu Dhabu. Villas overlook another island and the ocean. The rooms in the building are tired - 3 stars. The shampoo and gel in the room were of low quality and differed from the assortment of the villa. When you fly with hand luggage, it is important to have high-quality cosmetics in the hotel. Is it really necessary to save on this? The air conditioner in the room did not turn off at all and was noisy, so I slept in earplugs. The weather was rainy and stormy, so all the minuses of the hotel crawled out. Firstly, the restaurant, bar and lobby are not cozy, without much design. Secondly, there was INSTANT coffee for breakfast. Espresso or cappuccino for breakfast were only for an additional fee. Thirdly, the full board food was not at all pleasing. Every day there was the same dry fish. Seafood - frozen and tasteless. Meat and chicken are ok. All fruits and vegetables are unripe, tasteless and of low quality. Sometimes there were dishes with tasty sauce. Fourthly, the reefs in the ocean are nothing special, there is no variety of fish. On the plus side - it is ok to go in and swim in the ocean, the hotel is quiet.

The overall feeling of staying here is quite satisfactory. The speedboat transfer is very stable and comfortable. The all-inclusive package is really good, with unlimited meals. There is no Chinese butler, so communication is a little bit difficult. There is a 24-hour reception room at the airport, and the service is particularly good.

Not long after the hotel opened, the surrounding snorkeling environment is average, there are no corals, and there are few fish. It is far away from the four seasons. The design of the water house is very good, the filming effect is very good, and the food quality is very high

The old 5 star island, the equipment feels a bit old, the most unfortunate thing is that there is only one Chinese employee on the island or dive center, it is with my parents, they are not good English, they are both on the island Nothing to say. There are many Japanese people on the island, and Japan Go is very enthusiastic about talking with Japanese guests and making people look envious. The service is just like the general, just a lot of professional smirk. At the end of the day, when the island was arranged in a mess, the housekeeper did not know when we left, and the night before, someone called to confirm the time of the island. After sitting on the speed boat, I waited for another half of the day, and a European who had a child was angry. Just... it’s gone. In addition, the fish you can see is a bit monotonous and a bit boring. Finally, at the airport, the hotel staff directly handed us over to the black tour guide? ? ?

The first time I went in 19 years, the hotel was just built, then it was called Bei Lishi, and now it is called Jumeirah. Of the more than 10 hotels I have stayed in, the only hotel that can rent windsurfing and various manual water sports equipment for free (the Jumeirah hotel in the Maldives where I lived 10 years ago has heard that it has now been renamed to other hotels). Especially the hotel is very thoughtful for the safety protection of tourists, there are lifeguards sitting on the high platform on the beach, looking at the sea at all times. At the end of the water house, there is also a lifeguard looking out, the view can cover most of the water sports area, ensuring that tourists who are not skilled in water kayaking, sailing and swimming are accidentally swept away by the tide in time! Breakfast is good in all aspects. Although the dinner Japanese food dining environment is good, the sashimi of Japanese cuisine will definitely not be ordered next time. Would rather bring a few more boxes of instant noodles. Special thanks to the first photo of the employee who appeared to be the oldest and the best working at the water sports equipment loan. Every day I go to rent windsurfing , that employee will carefully check the sails, and repeatedly tell me to pay attention to safety. On the first day, I was worried that I would not be blown back, and taught me how to save myself and return to travel. I hope the hotel can tell me my thanks, next time I come to the Maldives, I will definitely return to Jumeirah Hotel again.
