WwalterlxThe location of the hotel is very good, in the old city, 20 minutes walk to the main attractions. The room is very hygienic. The service at the front desk is very good. The breakfast is relatively simple, but it tastes good.
AAnonymous UserThe room is very good, breakfast is OK, very satisfied and like it, next time I come to Bogota, I will choose here, the surrounding environment is very good and safe, and the place to eat can also be.
GGuest UserThe transportation is very convenient, and the breakfast is good too. I'll definitely drink the freshly squeezed orange juice tomorrow! The receptionist is very handsome. It seems that for domestic flights here, Ctrip says you need to print your own boarding pass, but I asked the receptionist to help me print it!
TTakeyourTimeThe hotel is located in an affluent area of Bogotá, surrounded by six- and seven-story residential buildings. It's a 5-8 minute walk to a variety of restaurants (Vietnamese pho, Korean cuisine, American burgers, BBQ). The hotel is clean and tidy. The only problem is that the second floor often has a bad odor. 😭 (I stayed in a second-floor suite on the 29th, but decided to move to a higher floor today. 😂) The housekeeping staff was happy to take care of the room. 🥹 The reception was warm and helpful, and spoke fluent English. The hotel breakfast is an 85 out of 100, especially for the hot lamb soup. 😁 I haven't tried the hotel lunch yet. 😅 Dinner (pictured) is Chinese pork ramen (the pork tasted disappointing) with champagne. It's around 128,000 pesos ($230). Suggestion: Go out and find something to eat. 😅😆
KKenny Kai YuenGreat F&B at the restaurant beside the lobby. Coffee shop has beans can buy for souveniers. Check in and out was a breeze with their great courteous staffs. Gym room was great with fruits and water and just enough machines. Pool looked nice too. The only downside is the room faced the main road with noisy motorbikes sound penetrated through the windows.
JJohn SanchezThe best NH hotel in Bogotá consistently excellent service and comfort. One detail to reconsider: breakfast is now charged separately at $17, unlike previous stays when it was included. For guests staying multiple nights, this policy feels out of step. I hope they revisit this.🧘🏻♂️
On the other hand the steam room is super!
JJinwankuangchirouAlmost every time I go to Bogota, I will live in this hotel, or the Marriott next door
The price/performance ratio of this hotel is slightly higher in comparison, the service is quite good, and the decoration is not bad. The bed was very comfortable. The only downside is that the breakfast is pretty much the same every day (which can't be helped).
GGuest UserDue to metro construction going on, we couldn’t sleep at all. It’s not hotel fault but I wish if construction would stop at night time. Too noisy and stressful - hope hotel provide ear plug or something to avoid this stress. Breakfast was nice.
