Thank you for everything! I met a lovely receptionist named Annie in the front office—she's a passionate lady. The location is great too, just a 20-minute walk to the city centre.

This hotel just recently opened, so all its facilities are incredibly clean, and the location in American Village is excellent. Especially coming from the airport by bus, it's a much shorter walk compared to other hotels, and AEON Mall is practically right in front of it. However, since it just opened, the staff's experience level isn't quite there yet. I don't expect them to speak Korean, but even when I asked questions in English, the responses weren't usually very helpful, and it often took a long time to get an answer. I'm sure this will improve with time. The public bath is small but well-equipped and free to use. On the other hand, the gym is so small and poorly equipped it's hard to call this a 4-star hotel. There are only a few machines, and it's a cramped space with no view. The swimming pool, which costs 2,000 yen to use, is far too small, despite the hotel being called a 'resort.' And even though you pay to use it, they don't even provide towels. The infinity pool on the top floor is so exposed to the wind that even in mid-April when I visited, it was incredibly windy and too cold to use. A small jacuzzi nearby would be nice. While the view of the American Village sunset from the pool is great, it's just too cold and small. I do not recommend the breakfast. I had it included, but both days I just picked at it and then went to places like Komeda Coffee to have coffee and bread again. First off, the coffee in the breakfast restaurant is awful. Despite being an automatic machine, it seemed to mix concentrate rather than grind beans, or something similar, because I didn't finish any of the different types of coffee I tried. You're better off using the Nespresso in your room. There are no English descriptions for the menu items in the restaurant either. You can pick things out by sight, but selecting ingredients for the omelet was only in Japanese, so I had to use a translation app while eating. Similarly, everything from the air conditioner to the bidet in the room only has Japanese explanations. This definitely needs improvement. We stayed in a corner suite, and the room was incredibly spacious, a size you don't often see even in Korea. The terrace had a great view and was large enough to run around on. The bed was big and comfortable, and the sofa was big enough for about 8 people, making living in the room very pleasant. There were cups, a Nespresso machine, a Balmuda pot, an induction cooktop, and a washing machine with a dryer function, along with detergent, which was very convenient to use. However, the room lacked basic hotel amenities like notepads or pens, which would be a good addition. The night view of American Village from the room was also beautiful. As the hotel has been open for less than a month, there are still areas for improvement, but I expect it will continue to develop. I would visit again if I have the chance.

Okinawa is truly a fantastic travel destination, and this hotel's location is excellent. It's within walking distance of Kokusai Dori (International Street), and you can continue walking from there to Naminoue Shrine and the sunset beach. The highlight of this hotel is definitely the breakfast – it's incredibly rich and diverse! They have freshly grilled burgers, various Japanese dishes, and even a make-your-own noodle station which was delicious. My room on a lower floor didn't have a window, which felt a bit confining, but my room on the sixth floor had an open and spacious view. There's a large banyan tree with a historic feel right outside the entrance. You can also find some really good omurice and izakayas in the surrounding area.

I booked a basic compact room, and if the price isn't too outrageous, I highly recommend staying here! Here's why: 1. **Room Condition**: I stayed on the 6th floor. The tram line was right behind us, but it was very quiet and didn't bother us at all. 2. **Hotel Amenities**: They provide a capsule coffee machine, bottled water, and even heated eye masks. It really feels like a hotel that cares about its guests. Plus, there's a small pool, which is quite a luxury in Japan! I've stayed in over 10 hotels in Japan, and this one definitely ranks in my top 3 overall. I paid 600-700 JPY per night. 3. **Location**: Excellent. It's convenient for getting anywhere you need to go.

It is an absolutely beautiful location with private beach access and several pools. Most staff were kind and friendly. The food was delicious and provided many options for vegetarians. We will definitely go back to this resort again in the future. The only two complaints is that the pools close too early and the maid service doesn't arrive to clean rooms until around 17:00, which is the same time guests come back to their rooms to get ready for dinner after a long day outside. I have done a lot of traveling and maid service almost always comes between 11:00-14:00. So it seemed weird that we left our hotel room at 10:00 and returned at 17:00 to a still messy room.

I only took family photos, so I don't have any photos of the hotel itself, but I'll try to break down the pros and cons in as much detail as possible. The pros are: It's close to the airport and on the outskirts, so it's quiet. Personally, what I liked most was that the guests were mostly Japanese families, without any crowds. They were polite and respectful, and the atmosphere was great, allowing for a comfortable stay. The hot springs and sauna are open from morning until late. There's a souvenir shop and convenience store on the first floor, which was convenient. Breakfast offers a variety of Japanese and Western dishes, but the menu is the same for all three days, so keep that in mind if you're planning on having breakfast back-to-back. The cons are: Because it's an older hotel, the facilities are old and don't feel very clean. The carpets in the guest rooms, especially the ones connected to the hallways, are obviously dirty. You have to wear shoes or slippers anywhere except on the bed, which was inconvenient. There seem to be rooms without carpet, but you'll have to look into it based on your personal preferences. The most inconvenient part of the experience was the walkway. The walkway between the main building and the annex is long, and the elevators have different floor numbers, which can be confusing (in the main building, you press the 2nd floor button, and in the annex, you press the 3rd floor button). The annex also has elevators at both ends, one for floors 1-6, the other for floors 2-12. For example, if you're in a room on the 11th floor and want to get to the first floor, you have to take the elevator on the left to the 3rd floor, then the elevator at the opposite end, and then go back to the first floor. LOL The microwave is only on the first floor, and I had a really hard time using it once. I was a bit confused as to why they made it this way. And parking is 1,800 yen per day. There's also a private parking lot right in front for 700 yen. You can just park in the annex if there's an empty space... Instead, if you park in the paid mechanical parking lot, they'll check your ticket when you enter and exit, and it takes a long time. Absolutely don't do it.

Decently sized room. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. It’s a good place to stay if you have rented your own car. Carpark for 1700yen per day. In its lobby there is a Familymart so and a souvenir store so overall it’s a convenient place! Didn’t get a chance to really explore its amenities as I’m out most of the days, but I would recommend for its price!

The island is so quaint. Hotel has a retro vibe to it. It is so close to the airport runway that they double layered the balcony door so we can't really hear planes taking off. Unit was very spacious with separate shower and toilet areas. Fridge, microwave and a toaster provided. For breakfast, they say they are eco friendly so you have to use the basket provided in each roo, go down to ground floor and pick up the prepacked breakfast. You can decide to eat there, or go up to your room, or if weather permits, at the rooftop lounge.

Overall speaking, this hotel is value for money if choosing to stay in Onna Village. The ocean view is spectacular. We enjoyed it so much especially on the last day of our trip. We eventually had the blue sky and white clouds. The room is very spacious with a nice balcony! That's most precious for our holiday. Since it was early Nov, the outdoor pool was closed. We used the indoor pool which comes with a outdoor jacuzzi. That's so lovely. Regrettably, the indoor pool was not available to use until after 9:00am in the morning, that was so inconvenient for hotel guests. We normally can't swim after having a nice breakfast. There is an airport limousine at the main entrance of the hotel, that is very convenient for us because the hotel is located on the hill slope. We did not drive. So, we chose to book the limousine bus at the hotel concierge to save us time and energy to walk downhill to take the city bus after we checked out. Although it cost 5000 yens for the BBQ dinner, the variety of food is good. So, we were quite happy with the money spent on it. The breakfast buffet also provided a good selection of food especially a good selection of cooked food with local veggies as ingredients. It was worth spending HK$140 for each of us.

GGuest UserThis hotel is on its own island with two relatively small beaches that feel man-made, and the sand quality isn't great. Overall, the hotel seems quite new, and so are the indoor facilities. It has both indoor and outdoor pools, and the amenities are relatively comprehensive. However, I'm not sure if there was a communication issue, but I was told at the front desk that there's no kids' play area 😂. Hotel service is mainly in Japanese and English, but if you're lucky, you might encounter Chinese-speaking staff. Inside the hotel, there's a shuttle bus service directly to the airport and Naha city center (not part of the hotel's services), and it's usually on time. There's also a bus stop right outside the hotel, with apparently just one route, the 120, which generally meets transportation needs. You can't expect too much from a resort hotel, after all. It seems every room has a sea view, though perhaps with different angles and heights. Disposable amenities are also fully provided. After a two-day stay, my overall impression was good.

GGuest UserThe location is easy to reach even without a car thanks to regular bus connections. The setting itself is stunning — the hotel is located on a separate peninsula, and the views are truly magnificent. Unfortunately, the hotel building feels very old and worn out. It is difficult to perceive it as a high-end place in its current condition. Because of this, the prices for additional services and restaurants also feel overpriced. Dust, dirt, worn furniture, and even mold significantly spoil the overall impression. At the same time, there are many positive aspects. Some areas are beautiful, the food is very tasty, and the staff are extremely polite, attentive, and caring. However, there was also an issue with canceling part of my stay. I submitted a cancellation request, but it was repeatedly declined. Although the manager confirmed by email that the cancellation should be possible, they claimed the request never reached their system. If the hotel undergoes a proper renovation, I would gladly return. For now, my feelings are very mixed — the natural beauty and great service contrast strongly with the poor condition of the property.

GGuest UserThe staff were really nice. Even though there was a language barrier with the lady downstairs, she was very patient and used a translation app to communicate with us. However, the app wasn't very accurate. When we went upstairs to check in, it turned out there was a ********* person at the front desk, which was great. Still, we had to wait quite a while to check in, even though there was no one else at the desk at the time. The room was pretty spacious, and everything else was fine. The location is also quite convenient, and the restaurant downstairs is good. After checking in, it was past 3 PM, so we went downstairs to eat. The server asked if we wanted the restaurant or cafe. When she gave us the menu, we realized we only had about five or six minutes before lunch orders closed, but they still took our order! The set meal and the beef rice bowl were both really delicious. Definitely worth trying if you're staying here.

LLinyinaiFacilities: Hyatt's facilities are unbeatable, and the size is quite large for Japan. The breakfast selection was a bit limited and didn't change much over three days, but the food itself was delicious. The swimming pool is small, but better than nothing. The hot water temperature wasn't very stable at night, fluctuating quite a bit. And for some reason, the toilet lid kept falling down and hitting me. Other than that, everything else was fine. Service: Couldn't be better. Every time we arrived by taxi, the trunk was opened before we even got out, and they'd even help us check if we'd left anything in the seat 😂. All the staff spoke excellent English. Location: It's about 1600 JPY by taxi to the airport and around 5000 JPY to American Village. Kokusai Dori is a one-minute walk away, and there's a convenience store about 200 meters from the entrance. The pottery street across the road is fun to browse and shop. However, it's quite a distance from the port, the bus terminal, and Naminoue Shrine. I'd recommend staying closer to the bus terminal area. Kokusai Dori is a bit of a tourist trap for food, and there's not much else to see or do there.

RRichard TWLarge resort with everything you need. Building and rooms are dated f(it was built in the ‘90’s) so don’t expect card keys or USB ports. However, the rooms are spacious and clean, service is attentive, and the facility was constructed with attention to detail. For example, the bathroom mirror is heated, balcony rails are wide and flat with a surface (perfect for placing a beer while taking in the view) instead of tubular, and there are laundry machines and beer vending machines on each floor. I’d recommend and stay here again.

EES1310The hotel is quite far from the city, which makes it feel like a true resort—you really get that vacation vibe here. Unfortunately, there’s no sauna, which feels a little unusual. Without a car, getting around can be tricky, so driving is almost essential. On the bright side, the hotel is located in Northern Okinawa Main Island, close to plenty of attractions such as Sesoko Island, Kouri Island, and the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium. The bathroom amenities had a soothing fragrance that added to the stay, though the shampoo felt a bit drying. Special thanks to Shyam at the front desk—he was very welcoming and greeted us with a big smile, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
