We had a wonderful stay at this resort. The cleanliness was outstanding, and everything was well-maintained throughout our visit. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making the service truly excellent. The amenities were also excellent and contributed to a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The only downside was the location, as it was quite far from the city center. Reaching the main attractions required changing buses and metro lines several times, which was inconvenient and time-consuming. It would be very helpful if the property could offer a shuttle service for guests, even as a paid option, to make transportation easier and more convenient. This is an older hotel conveniently located very close to Termini. While the air conditioning is antique, they've clearly made an effort to update other facilities. They offer pour-over coffee at the restaurant, and breakfast items like eggs and roasted vegetables are served unsalted and very light. The front desk staff are very welcoming and leave a great impression. Overall, a positive experience.

Generally the hotel is good in location, service and facilities. 5 minutes walking from Roma Termini, hotel has air conditioning, and the service is good. One disadvantage is shower facility is in old style and does not work properly.

The bathroom was spacious, and the service was excellent; they even helped us split the king-size bed into two separate beds. The overall space was remarkably large for a European hotel, and it was very clean. The location was super convenient for getting around, and the air conditioning worked well – a big plus!

I booked this hotel as it was within walking distance to a conference venue nearby. The hotel staff were very kind and I was able to check in early as my flight to Rome was early, this helped a lot as I was able to freshen up before visiting the sights . The nearest metro station is Eur Palasport which will take you to all the tourist sights . The reception staff was very kind to make me an espresso in the morning as the coffee machine was not working.

When they found out we were celebrating our honeymoon, they surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. I’ve stayed at many 5-star hotels around the world, but I can honestly say this was one of the cleanest and most comfortable rooms I’ve ever experienced. Everything was perfectly maintained, and every detail reflected the high standards of the hotel. One of my favorite details was that the amenities were from Byredo. It was such a luxurious touch and made the entire experience feel even more premium. The biggest surprise came after we returned from sightseeing. Waiting for us in our room was a beautiful and delicious cake with “Happy Honeymoon” written on it. It was completely unexpected and made us feel so appreciated. Moments like these are what turn a great hotel stay into an unforgettable memory. If I ever come back to Rome, I won’t even consider staying anywhere else. I will absolutely choose Nobu Hotel again without hesitation. I also hope more Korean travelers discover this hotel. Surprisingly, it isn’t very well known among Koreans yet, but it truly deserves much more recognition. Having stayed at quite a few luxury 5-star hotels, I can confidently say that this was one of the very best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. For me, it was a perfect 10 out of 10. I genuinely couldn’t find a single thing to complain about. Every detail, every service, and every interaction exceeded my expectations. The location is very convenient, not far from Termini Station, and directly opposite the airport bus stop. The renovation also seems quite new, definitely not from 2010 as stated on their homepage. However, the showerhead is really inconvenient. Every time you turn on the water, it defaults to the large overhead shower. You have to manually pull a button to switch it, and even after switching, the overhead shower still drips cold water. The water pressure is also very low. I hope the hotel can look into maintenance. The service was excellent, and the staff were very enthusiastic. I encountered a Chinese-speaking staff member who was patient, meticulous, and made communication very smooth!

Hotel is very conveniently located one street away from Roma Termini. Even though check-in is at 4pm, they offer luggage storage for free. Check-in process was smooth and straightforward. The room is spacious even for a single-bedder and toilet was very clean with shampoo, towels, & soap provided. * Note that dental kits are not provided. The only minor advice is to bring earplugs as you are able to hear other occupants' movements along the hallway and vice versa.
