Location and free pick-up/drop-off service are very convenient for moving quickly from/to airport. Room is spacious. Check in and out are easy (although installing an app is a bit fastidious). Staff is good and speaks English and Mandarin. My only complaints are that room gets either a bit too hot (without AC) or too cold (with AC) while sleeping, and that the fridge makes a loud noise (but can be plugged off).

Had a cosy, quiet and enjoyable 5-night stay at Herloom's one-bedroom premier twin room. Experienced some problems with the balcony door and bad odour from below the kitchenette's sink, and the support came to rectify the issues promptly. Breakfast was fantastic. All the hospitality staff were courteous and, without fail, asked for feedback for improvement. Kudos to the customer service team! Special shout-out to Ranti, who greeted us every morning with her bright smile and was prompt to help with all the requests we had during breakfast. Great service with sunshine smiles even on rainy days! Will definitely recommend Herloom Hotel and Residence BSD to travellers for a comfortable stay at BSD.

Clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Decent gym. Only negative is that there aren't many nice places to eat or have coffee on the streets close to the hotel. Coffee and restaurants in the hotel are nice but expensive compared to outside.

Lovely hotel, great value for money, nice breakfast options, pleasant pool. Stay here every time we want to be in tangerang! Staff are friendly and helpful too. I do have a suggestion though: I wanted a king bed non-smoking room and all deluxe rooms were occupied I asked if the double beda could be put together but would have been happy to pay extra to upgrade to executive but was not offered.

Staying at the DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta Bintaro Jaya was truly an impressive experience. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and the service is friendly and professional. One of its main advantages is the strategic location, directly connected to Bintaro Jaya Xchange Mall. This makes it incredibly convenient for a leisurely stroll, dining, or shopping without having to leave the area. The hotel facilities are also comprehensive and suitable for families, including those with children. Overall, the stay here felt practical, comfortable, and enjoyable—a perfect choice for a staycation or a short trip.

Considering its prime location in Karawaci, Tangerang, and the surrounding environment, this hotel is a good choice, even though some of its facilities are a bit dated. If you're traveling with children, it's an excellent hotel due to its spa facilities, water activities, and swimming pool.

This is a very recomended hotel for leisure and winding down. Supported with service and hospitality exceeding for the price. Looking forward for another chance to stay at Novus Jiva Resort Anyer.

Excellent! It's very close to the airport and offers a shuttle service. Rooms on the right side facing the road can be a bit noisy, as Indonesian motorcycles are loud from morning till night. So, from my second stay onwards, I always requested a room on the left side, which is very quiet and ensures a good night's sleep. The breakfast also has a wide variety of options suitable for Chinese palates. I really hope I can come here for a vacation someday instead of just a business trip. Even for business, it's great, perfectly avoiding city center traffic, and the hotel's ambiance makes you feel like you're on holiday!~ (￣▽￣～)~

Stay overnight for the Chinese New Year. The evening event was enjoyable, with good food, great music, and a lively lion dance performance that added to the festive atmosphere. The hotel is clean, well-located, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Overall, a great experience and definitely recommended.
