KKateaimeishiThis hotel offers a perfect stay experience! The staff are attentive and thoughtful, and the rooms are spotless. The toiletries and bedding are of outstanding quality. The biggest surprise was the panoramic restaurant; its expansive views directly overlook the Potala Palace, allowing you to dine and enjoy the scenery simultaneously. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Lhasa!

XXiaojingerdegushiMany people, myself included, often debate between the St. Regis and the Shangri-La, as both hotels in Beijing are quite unremarkable. Ultimately, I chose the Shangri-La for its value for money. I had considered Songtsam too, but common sense told me to be a smart spender.
Although the hotel shows its age, its architectural style is grand and refined, revealing luxurious material choices. Time has inevitably left its mark, but a classic car, even when old, is still a classic car. Moreover, service and quality require time to accumulate and withstand market scrutiny. While the Shangri-La may not have many existing locations, it still holds a strong market advantage, and it takes an discerning eye to appreciate it.
My butler, Bowen, arranged my room before I even arrived. Looking out the window at the Potala Palace's silhouette in the distance immediately set the mood. He then meticulously delivered on all aspects of my package. I found Bowen to be a man of few words but very steady, highly responsive, and an exceptionally smooth driver. He never asked inappropriate or subjective questions, which I truly appreciated. Over three days, Bowen's accompaniment added a unique dimension to my Lhasa itinerary. Among the few Tibetans I've encountered, he was a definite plus. I sincerely wish him all the best in his work!
The Shangri-La in Lhasa lives up to its brand's standards and enhances the reputation of its sister properties. I'm so glad I made the right choice; this will be a memorable and wonderful travel experience.

AAnonymous UserI absolutely love Farly Hotel. The staff, both the ladies and gentlemen, are incredibly kind and welcoming. The hotel offers a wide range of activities, like spinning prayer wheels and performing sang offerings. I particularly recommend the evening sound bath experience and the morning Pilates. The instructor's stretching exercises really helped improve my posture. I also woke up early to watch the sunrise, but there's a mountain to the east of Farly, so the sun actually appears about 45 minutes after the official sunrise time. Still, it was a beautiful sight.

SSayouliReturned to the Hilton Shigatse and loved it just as much as before! My account manager, Wang Haitao, called me in advance to check on my needs. Upon arrival, all the staff were incredibly warm and attentive. Manager Wang Haitao even personally came to my room to ask if I was feeling unwell and brought me fruit and dried nuts. My three days in Shigatse were very pleasant, both physically and mentally. Thank you, Manager Wang and all the staff. Wishing you all success in your work and good health! See you next year 👋

The front desk service is very attentive and considerate. They will solve any problem as soon as possible and take the initiative to help us. The room aunt greeted and bowed when she saw us. It was very good. She also helped us to send to the Civil Aviation Administration today.

We were greeted with a Hada upon entering, which was a lovely touch reflecting the hotel's local character, and the Hada itself was of good quality. The ******* ladies were beautiful, warm, and provided excellent service, while the young men were very helpful. Breakfast was also great; even as vegetarians, we found suitable options. Overall, our stay here was excellent. We are very grateful and wish the hotel continued success in its business.

GGuest User1. This is by far the best value, most comfortable, and tastiest hotel in Lhasa. I first stayed here during the Keriya Pass trip and was so impressed that I've returned every time since, and have even recommended it to friends.
2. The service is consistently excellent, the rooms are spacious, and they provide oxygen, humidifiers, and ample heating. The parking lot is also large.
3. The breakfast is incredibly diverse and genuinely delicious – it's got that authentic wok-hei flavor! It's far superior to many five-star hotels that offer variety but lack taste. They even provide convenient individual bread portions for takeaway.
4. I didn't have time to eat fruit at breakfast, so a lovely front desk attendant kindly packed a small box for me. So thoughtful! The fruit was sweet and fresh, and the quality was excellent.
5. Because of this Lhasa hotel, I now only consider staying at Pingcuo Kangsang hotels whenever I'm in Tibet. I truly recommend it!

RRUSH B！I had a very comfortable three-night, four-day stay at the Nyingchi Crown Plaza, which was truly an unexpected highlight of my Tibet trip. I simply have to give them genuine praise.
👍 First, the service was incredibly thoughtful. We were greeted with a welcome dance upon arrival, and every evening we received a complimentary 'goodnight' drink and fruit. The room was always impeccably cleaned, and they even helped fold clothes and wash socks (which I was so grateful for!).
💐 The hotel's decor and aesthetics are wonderful; both the lobby and rooms are spacious and beautiful. Our room had a view of the snow-capped mountains, and there were free ******* incense making classes and afternoon tea experiences available.
🥞 The breakfast selection was very rich and satisfying every morning. The sweet tea was delicious, and the stone pot chicken for lunch was also quite good.
I've already recommended it to friends and hope to stay here again if I ever return to Nyingchi.💖
