### Location: Excellent! Just a few hundred meters from the Potala Palace, our 180-degree view room faced the east side of the palace directly. We enjoyed watching the Potala Palace enveloped in morning mist and its brilliant lights at night. ### Restaurant: The 6th-floor restaurant offers unobstructed views with large floor-to-ceiling windows, perfect for photos. We enjoyed the scenery during both breakfast and afternoon tea. The breakfast selection was simple but delicious; there was always something to our liking. ### Amenities: The room was equipped with a scenic lounge chair and a tea set, making tea time with a view very pleasant. Mineral water was generously provided, and guests could also grab extra from the common area. The keyless entry made coming and going very convenient. ### Service: The staff were warm and attentive, proactively guiding us and helping with luggage. I accidentally stained the duvet, and they completely replaced the bedding, which I greatly appreciated 🙏. ### Dining & Shopping: Located in the city center, dining and shopping were very convenient. There are many scenic restaurants nearby, such as Youjian Mountain and Windsor Manor. Before leaving, we easily purchased local specialties like yak jerky and yak milk powder. ### Small Suggestions: It would be great to add a towel basket under the sink and upgrade to smart toilets. When first arriving at high altitude, showering can be difficult, so a smart bidet would be a thoughtful touch.

The hotel is located a little bit on the roadside, and there is a large parking lot in the yard; there are many ******* restaurants across the road~ but there is no smoke and noise! Transportation: Cross the road to the bus station. It only takes 3 stops to take the bus from Barkhor Street to the hotel. It is still very convenient~ You can see a small square along the way. You can see ******* aunts dancing together at dinner time Environment: There is no air conditioning, but there is floor heating, so there is no noise trouble in the room. The room is clean and comfortable, the sound insulation effect is good, and there is plenty of hot water in the bathroom! The hair dryer will cut off the power at high temperature, and the safety awareness is very sufficient! The mattress is moderately soft and hard, and watching TV is also very enjoyable. The key point is the aromatherapy on the washbasin, the smell is really comfortable! It smells good and not pungent. I personally feel that it is more comfortable than most four-star hotels. The only shortcoming is that the bathroom overflows a little, but fortunately it is now unblocked. Feeling: Sister Ruyi at the front desk is very enthusiastic and helps solve problems. She also sincerely asks for suggestions and opinions on the room when checking out, which is helpful for the improvement of the hotel. The other service staff were also very enthusiastic! The elevator of the hotel was out of order during the two days I stayed there, but a service guy was very proactive and enthusiastic to help us carry two large boxes to the second floor, and helped us carry them downstairs when we checked out. He also sincerely explained and apologized for the elevator failure, and was super enthusiastic and smiling. Really, who doesn't want to be happy every day when traveling! If you're prone to altitude sickness, don't choose this hotel. The diffuse oxygen supply only lasts about an hour, so you have to turn it on manually. I woke up several times during the night, and the oxygen supply stopped working by 7 AM. Nasal inhalation is also an extra charge. The air conditioning system only heats, not cools, making the room extremely stuffy. I was extremely disappointed with this hotel, which is known as Hilton, and I would never choose it again.

Excellent value for money! The lovely ladies were all very kind and pleasing to the eye. The room felt spacious and bright. It's really worth the price; there's a laundry room and a separate shower and toilet. They even gave us a welcome gift of fruit and a breakfast voucher. My friend said it was the best noodles he'd had on his trip to Lhasa. We were supposed to order food from our room that day, but we realized we were late. While we were making a call in the lobby, a front desk staff member proactively poured us a cup of hot tea! They were so attentive and helpful—I loved it! If they had this in other cities, I'd definitely stay here everywhere. Much better than Hilton!

The hotel environment is excellent, and it's very clean and comfortable. I'd definitely have stayed a few more days if I hadn't already booked my flight. The hotel activities are also great. However, I was quite disappointed with the front desk service. We had two rooms in our party, and one of them was upgraded, but we weren't informed. When I called the front desk, the first time they said they were busy with check-ins. The second time I called, they told me the room card was incorrect. A little later, they said it was an upgrade. I'm not sure how credible the front desk's statements are. Then, the next day, when I inquired about the deposit refund, they initially told me the deposit for room 501 had been returned. I told them I paid 1000 for both rooms together, and then they said room 507 hadn't been inspected yet. I'm not sure if the hotel front desk has proper systematic training. I booked for one night, and both explanations from the front desk felt deceptive. I hope the hotel can provide more training for their front desk staff. Although the front desk's actions made me uncomfortable, I'm very satisfied with how the hotel manager handled the situation. He went back and forth several times to resolve it for me and kept apologizing. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when I visit Lhasa next time, but I sincerely hope they can thoroughly and systematically train their front desk staff. After all, it's a high-end hotel, but the front desk's communication style doesn't seem to match that standard.

The room is well lit and ventilated, the facilities are complete and intact, the hotel's oxygen supply is particularly powerful, effectively alleviating the discomfort of the plateau, and there is no need to worry about high reaction. The front desk was very patient when I called to book, answering all my questions in detail. 2. They gave us a free room upgrade when we checked in. 3. When we got to the room, there were complimentary snacks, a fruit platter, and lots of drinks. 4. My husband had a cold, and the hotel even brought him ginger tea. 5. The bed was incredibly comfortable. 6. Breakfast had a great variety and tasted delicious. 7. When we checked out, they proactively offered us bottled water for our journey. The hotel's male manager is very generous, and the female front desk supervisor is very beautiful.
