Youren-shanghaiThis hotel boasts an excellent location, right around the corner from the Whistler Village Gondola (via exit B), and with the main entrance (exit A) for car drop-offs. Exit B leads directly to a pedestrian shopping street, just a few minutes' walk from the bus station. The hotel is divided into a South Tower and a North Tower. The South Tower features rooms with a fully equipped kitchen – we're talking a real home kitchen setup, complete with a dishwasher, induction hob, extractor fan, and all necessary kitchenware. It's truly rare to find a high-end hotel offering such amenities.
What truly impressed me was their genuine recognition and treatment of elite members, even when booked through a third-party platform like Trip.com. For two guests, they provide a daily dining credit of CAD 24 per person (usable at their restaurants and eateries), complimentary Wi-Fi, and late check-out, among other perks. A special shout-out to Ms. Rosalie at the front desk, who was incredibly kind, professional, and took the time to thoroughly explain how to best utilize our member benefits. This hotel is exceptionally friendly towards its elite members.

Guest UserWe had a great stay here! The building itself is older, but it’s very obvious that the hotel has been newly renovated. Everything felt clean and fresh , the room was spacious, the furniture looked brand new, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming.
One of the highlights for our family was the game room, which was perfect for keeping the kids entertained. The amenities were also excellent, and the customer service was outstanding from check-in to check-out.
A huge bonus was the free EV charging, which made our trip even more convenient. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back again!

LLTYDThe counter staff was so kind to accommodate us in the handicapped room when I requested for it. Everything in the room looked great except that there was no real cabinet for clothing. And they only provided 2 hangers (I attached a photo). The hotel is surrounded by different restaurants and malls. A short walk to Walmart and Lansdowne Centre. Nearby skytrain station and bus stops. Parking lot is huge and can accommodate a lot of cars (with a minimal parking fee if you’re a hotel guest).

Guest UserThe hotel room wasn't very spacious, but its proximity to the airport was a huge plus. It's just a ten-minute drive away. The hotel offers a shuttle bus, but make sure to book in advance, as it can get fully booked. There are also many restaurants nearby, making the location excellent. With the SkyTrain and various bus routes close by, it's a very convenient hotel. They offer breakfast; although the selection isn't huge, it's enough to fill you up, and there's free-flowing coffee and hot chocolate, which is a nice touch. The rooms also come with a microwave, so you can bring food back to eat. Overall, it's a good hotel.

Guest UserNice property. Very ridge on early and late check-in and check out. Check on time is 1:00 and it is an extra $50 to check in early. Check-out time is 11:00 and can be extended to noon without a fee but beyond that it is $50. Breakfast is a little bit light with no hot foods.
Great pool and water slide along with a hot tub. I had a suite, and room size was good, almost a mini condominium.

Guest UserThe building is old. However, the front desk staff and cleaning staff were very kind and friendly, and our family was very comfortable to stay. The view from the 18th floor was as beautiful as a picture postcard, making it a memorable trip!

Guest UserI am writing to formally express my very serious dissatisfaction regarding the condition of my room and the overall standard of service during my stay.
To be completely honest, the situation is far below what any reasonable guest would expect from a hotel of this category and price level.
There is clearly long-term dust accumulation on the exhaust fan and in multiple corners of the room. This is not a matter of minor housekeeping oversight for a day or two it reflects a prolonged lack of proper maintenance and cleaning standards. Such conditions are unacceptable for a property that presents itself as a luxury establishment.
Even more concerning is the foul, rotten odor coming from the sink water. Every time I brush my teeth or wash my hands, the unpleasant smell is immediately noticeable and deeply disturbing. This raises not only comfort issues, but also serious concerns about hygiene and water safety. At this level of accommodation, guests should never have to question the basic quality of the water provided in their room. I strongly believe this matter requires immediate professional inspection.
I chose to stay at your hotel and willingly paid a premium rate because I expected a premium experience including cleanliness, attention to detail, and reliable service. Unfortunately, what I have encountered so far reflects a significant gap between the price charged and the quality delivered.
In addition, despite leaving a tip for housekeeping and placing a written note clearly requesting replenishment, my shampoo was not refilled. I was eventually forced to go into the corridor to find another staff member for assistance. Cotton swabs were also not replenished for three consecutive days. These are very basic service expectations that should not require repeated reminders from guests.
Taken together, these issues have had a substantial negative impact on my stay and overall impression of the hotel. I find this situation extremely disappointing and frankly inconsistent with the reputation and standards your brand claims to uphold.
I would appreciate it if management could review this matter seriously and provide a clear and appropriate resolution.

wabbwty20060703For downtown Vancouver, the price of this room is very reasonable, and the location is super convenient. Especially, the bedding is really comfortable. Plus, you can store your luggage for free! I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm here. I truly felt the warmth and inclusivity in this city.

Mikki LizIt was my second time staying at this hotel.
There were two things I really needed to mention.
First, I turned on Netflix and started watching a movie around 8:00pm but I fell asleep shortly after. Around 9pm someone started knocking on my door very loudly, which woke me up. I then heard someone outside saying, “Hey, lower the volume.”
I was honestly super confused because the TV wasn’t even that loud???? and the knocking itself was louder than the TV and was what actually woke me up. I didn’t open the door because I found it creepy.
After that, I called my friend, and he suggested I contact the front desk. When I called, the lady told me their housekeeper had already checked and there was nobody in the lobby anymore (which makes sense because it had happened around 20 minutes earlier). She also said other people shouldn’t be able to access guest floors without a key card. When I asked whether anyone staying beside me had complained, she said nobody was staying next to my room, and the guest next door had only just checked in.
Maybe it was just someone passing by, but it was still really weird and uncomfortable. I’ve stayed in many hotels in different countries and have never experienced something like this before.
The second issue was that both the internet and TV stopped working at night and were still not working the next morning when I checked out, which was really frustrating. I mentioned it during checkout, and the front desk staff simply said the whole building was having the same issue and they were trying to fix it 🥲
The good thing is they’ve now fixed the access issue, so everyone needs a key card to access their floor.
The hotel itself is brand new, very quiet, and clean, which is why I chose to stay here again. Since it’s owned by Hilton, I honestly expected the staff to be a bit more professional when speaking to customers.
The housekeeping staff were all super friendly though.

Stayed at the former Trump Tower in Vancouver. The location is super convenient for getting around, very close to downtown, and not a far walk to Stanley Park either! During my stay, the breakfast area was under renovation, so all meals were delivered via room service. The fully automated facilities in the room were fantastic. Overall, a really great experience!
