Great room, great location. Breakfast was great but on the second day they didnt bring more food once it ended. We didnt have light for 1 night because of rain problems but other than that it was good!

Shower place, clean pool, spectacular sea, very outstanding kitchen delicious dishes, good cost, fantastic quality, very good breakfast, careful staff and the location is paradise, good walks and various places of peaceful beaches , Clean and clear. I'll come back.

Here you must praise the hotel service, laundry is cheaper, and the washing is clean and tidy, the breakfast type is OK, the hotel facilities are a bit old, the elevator noise is slightly loud, do not set the room next to the elevator.

I bought the room with a couple bed, Trip sent the voucher to the hotel, informed that the bed was twin, my voucher was in a couple bed, and after a lot of complaints and showing my voucher, the hotel decided to give me a couple bed. Um bom hotel, bem localizado, perto da praia de Boa Viagem de cafeterias e restaurantes. No próprio hotel posso um restaurante independente. Com relação à comodidades, não foi fornecido toalhas de rosto. Segundo o funcionário da recepção, houve falha na entrega da lavanderia. A manutenção do banheiro está deixando a desejar. O espelho está ficando enferrujado, o que depõe contra o nível do hotel. A camareira não retirou o lixo do banheiro. Estacionando com manobrista, (valor a parte) o que é importante pelo local difícil de estacionar na rua. Funcionários atenciosos e excelente café da manhã.

No check in o atendente pegou qual seria a forma de pagamento, eu informei que estava pago e mostrei o voucher. Recebi o cartão do apartamento, me instalei e quando desci para sair fui abordado pela recepção e uma pessoa do administrativo pedindo meu extrato de cartão para eu provar que paguei. Respondi que extrato é um documento privado e que o voucher mostra o status de “PAGO”, mesmo assim mostrei. Não foi agradável, isso ocorreu no balcão da recepção, na frente de minha esposa e outros hóspedes, poderiam ter me chamado na sala da administração que fica atrás da recepção e me explicado a falha ocorrida entre o IBis e a Trip. Lamentável!!!
