The hotel is old and the altitude is high. There is no air conditioning, there is heating, it is too stuffy, it is noisy to live on the 14th floor, and I can't sleep well all night. Not as luxurious as the photo, the price is not high. It is also far from the Chinese restaurant, and it takes about half an hour to take a taxi.

The location of the hotel is secluded, very far away from the yellow line non-stop station, but the airport is close to the airport for 70 yuan. The staff who picked me up at the hotel waited for me for a long time. They helped me carry my backpack and buy anti-high reflex medicine from the drug store. On the way back to the hotel, they looked back from time to time to check on my condition. When I arrived at the hotel early, they helped me check in for free and provided me with oxygen for free. When I tried to withdraw cash from a nearby ATM, my bank card was swallowed. When I went to the bank to withdraw cash the next day, the front desk kindly printed a small note explaining the situation in Spanish for me. She was so considerate. Will come again!

The service was impeccable and our time there was made really easy and special. We were able to book private taxis and check in early. It was our anniversary so they went the extra mile to ensure that it was a special day. The pool view is amazing, and the facilities are excellent. Breakfast was great, and there was an egg station for any kind of egg you want.
