MM48621****The room was great, very spacious, and the shower was excellent. The only downside was that the hallway had a strange smell. It's very close to the main train station.
The breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of choices, really enjoyed it. I would definitely consider staying here again.

PPianist with no handsThe reason of booking this hotel was because of the modern and cool room design and its swimming pool.
However, the stay was bad. We stayed for three day, and didn't required for the cleaning service until day 3 morning.
And the unexpected sittuation happened. We had missing items on my cosmetic and massage products and tools.
We did contact the hotel for the investigation, but they did not do any investigation and only said I will be upgraded with breakfast for the next day.
The swimming pool needs to be booked before going, but actually no one managed and controlled the number of people using the pool.
It starts to get crowned for more than 12 people. The towels were on every sun bed, even no one was using them.
The check-in was not smooth and fast. It took an hour to access the room. I was charged the city tax two times, one prepaid online, another time on arrival.
Then the front desk requested me to send a formal email to enquire the hotel about the over charged of city tax, then the fee was waived at once in 15 minutes later.
The room key did not work with the first room then I was given a new room key for another room 15 minutes later
There were no chair / stool for the customers at the check-in desk, and the check-in process was so long and tiring.
I was not happy with my stay.

KKatrien DestuyverThe crew is always very helpful and kind. I love the rooms - they are very spacious, clean and have everything you need. Large mirror and area to get ready in the morning. Perfect location, right next to the station so easy when you arrive by train. The bed is huge, and very comfortable. This is my second stay here and my go-to hotel when in Antwerp.

GGuest UserUpon arrival, we had booked a Standard Deluxe double room. However, when we got there, it was tucked away in a corner on the 3rd floor with absolutely no data or Wi-Fi reception. We found this quite inconvenient, so we asked for advice at the front desk (from a man). This gentleman ultimately offered us an upgrade to a Junior Suite as a solution. This room had excellent reception and was incredibly spacious and pleasant. We received outstanding service from this man at the reception; he was also very friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is also perfect as it's right in the city center.

LLuuk OrlandoStay was much like others mentioned. Hotel is very new, 24/7 reception, onsite gym and reasonably sized rooms. Some personell doesn't speak Dutch, which is not acceptable to us, please do some effort to learn the language of the country you work in please. The braided, black, tall lady was very friendly. Also a shout out to the breakfast kitchen team, coffee should always come with a small treat.
The only very big negative for us was that we put in the special requests that we preferred a quiet room on the back side of the building. We even followed up with an email. Only to be assigned a room on the front of the building when checking in. That is very annoying. Especially since there were rooms available on the back side, which we got assigned after complaining. NOT OK!
Had a good stay, nice rest, and didn't mind the 5 mins walk to the metro for the city center. Expensive supermarket nearby was also a plus.

GGuest UserDe locatie nabij het station in Turnhout naast het spoor gaf ons eerst twijfels, maar het geluid van de voorbij rijdende trein is nauwlijks hoorbaar. Heerlijk geslapen. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid, er was ruime keuze.

The rooms are spotless, the location is incredibly convenient—just steps from the train station—and the thoughtful touch of free apples at the entrance adds to the experience. I would definitely recommend staying here for comfort and ease!

TTamilyA beautifully presented hotel but the area felt a little dirty. Straight across from the train station with transport galore right outside (tram, metro, bikes, scotters and more!) Chinatown next door and the zoo as well however this area feels unloved and dirty. Walking down towards Meir and onwards to Grote Markt you see the real Antwerp with beautiful ornate buildings, markets and shops. Nighttime is when the whole place feels magical. The hotel room was clean and comfortable in size. Bathroom was lovely and the beds were fairly comfortable but the room was hot. The tv casting didn’t work and we could get any of the uk channels which was disappointing. The gym is ok - not massively well equipped and the pool is so cold. Sauna and steam good although not that hot in either. Recommend as a one night pit stop but wouldn’t want to be there for longer than a couple of days.
