The location is only 5-10 minute walk from Antwerp Central train station and the walking path (sidewalk) was easy to roll our 3 large bags. I mention this because other EU cities have cobble stone walkways that makes it extremely difficult to pull your bags through the streets.
Our stay was with 3 adults so we had to use the sofa bed. The sofa bed and main bed were very comfortable. The room was larger than expected compared to EU standard. I say this because EU hotel rooms typically are much smaller than North American hotel rooms.
The bathroom did not have a working lock. The door closed, but we could not lock it from inside. The lighting was poor in the bathroom.
Our room was equipped with a fully equipped kitchen which was clean.
We did not have breakfast there so I can not comment on the food selection and quality.
We had a great experience at this hotel. The room was amazing, the staff was very friendly. Maybe it took a time to wait for room service to bring a bottle of champagne. Great service. I recommend to book the valet service very easy!
The parking lot is large and quiet, and there is a restaurant nearby that is very authentic. The bed is large and very comfortable. Next to the farmland, the woods, and the serene rural atmosphere of Europe.
The Good:
• Perfect Location: This hotel is ideally situated in Antwerp, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city.
• Impeccable Rooms: The room was modern, well equipped, and exceptionally clean. Great value for the price.
Things to Note:
• Shower Design: Be careful with the water direction, if sprayed outward, water leaks into the room. Keep it aimed toward the inner wall.
• Water Supply: Bottles are only provided on the first day. In an eco-friendly hotel with minimal amenities, not providing consistent drinking bottle water felt quite unreasonable.
• Inconsistent Service: Some staff were wonderful, but others were lethargic with limited English skills.
• Lobby Curfew: The lobby closes at 1:30 AM, and staff began ushering guests out early. This ”curfew” was quite disappointing for a hospitality establishment.
All in all, a great stay for the location and room quality, but management needs to improve staff training and guest policies.
Spotlessly clean and just a couple of steps from the station. Parking was a bit pricey, and the hotel's vague instructions led me to pay 51 Euros, which was triple the actual parking fee. Otherwise, everything was excellent. The breakfast spread was incredibly generous, and the room was very spacious by European standards. Both twin beds were also very large.

Stay was much like others mentioned. Hotel is very new, 24/7 reception, onsite gym and reasonably sized rooms. Some personell doesn't speak Dutch, which is not acceptable to us, please do some effort to learn the language of the country you work in please. The braided, black, tall lady was very friendly. Also a shout out to the breakfast kitchen team, coffee should always come with a small treat.
The only very big negative for us was that we put in the special requests that we preferred a quiet room on the back side of the building. We even followed up with an email. Only to be assigned a room on the front of the building when checking in. That is very annoying. Especially since there were rooms available on the back side, which we got assigned after complaining. NOT OK!
Had a good stay, nice rest, and didn't mind the 5 mins walk to the metro for the city center. Expensive supermarket nearby was also a plus.
The lighting in the room was too dim, making it difficult to apply makeup. Overall, the room was quite spacious and well-equipped, though the decor was a bit dated. The first room I was assigned hadn't been cleaned yet, so I had to switch to another one. Parking nearby was convenient and free.
I strongly recommend this hotel to my friends with reasons below.
1. Location is super convenient. Within 5 mins from Central station, good access to major spots by tram or walk.
2.Price is super reasonable via Trip com.
3. Room was very clean and entrance hall looked luxury.
4. Every hotel staff is kind and nice.
Thanks for giving a great experience to my first trip to Belgium.

AAnonymous UserMy stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very peaceful, which made it a perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring the city. One of the best things about this hotel is its location. It is situated very close to Antwerp Central Station, which makes transportation extremely convenient, especially if you are arriving by train or planning to travel around Belgium.
The surrounding area is calm, safe, and very pleasant to walk around. Within just a short walk, you can find many lovely streets, shops, restaurants, and cafés. I also loved that it is close to Antwerp Zoo, which is one of the oldest zoos in Europe and definitely worth visiting. The neighborhood has a very charming atmosphere, and simply walking around the area felt like part of the experience.
The hotel itself was very comfortable and well maintained. The room was neat, nicely arranged, and provided a relaxing environment after a busy day in the city. The overall ambiance of the hotel felt quiet and welcoming, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
The only small thing that could be improved is the heating. It would have been even better if the room heater could make the room warmer, especially during colder weather. Aside from that, everything else about my stay was great.
Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Antwerp. The combination of the excellent location, peaceful environment, and comfortable rooms makes it a great place to stay while exploring the city.
GGuest UserOverall our expectations were exceeded, we have been traveling for almost 90 days and this has been the best hotel we have stayed. The room was clean and well appointed. The location is a short walk from the central train station through a safe neighborhood. The staff was friendly and quick to make any request happen. The staff appears to care for the hotel and customers as if they had a true interest in the outcome of everyone who passed through their doors. Thanks again for the excellent stay.

MMils CandyskinsThe hotel is very central and a short walk from the main station and street filled with restaurants and bars! We enjoyed staying here so much , we extended our stay! The hotel is nice and clean and has the necessary amenities. It is a short walk to the historical old town.

TTamilyA beautifully presented hotel but the area felt a little dirty. Straight across from the train station with transport galore right outside (tram, metro, bikes, scotters and more!) Chinatown next door and the zoo as well however this area feels unloved and dirty. Walking down towards Meir and onwards to Grote Markt you see the real Antwerp with beautiful ornate buildings, markets and shops. Nighttime is when the whole place feels magical. The hotel room was clean and comfortable in size. Bathroom was lovely and the beds were fairly comfortable but the room was hot. The tv casting didn’t work and we could get any of the uk channels which was disappointing. The gym is ok - not massively well equipped and the pool is so cold. Sauna and steam good although not that hot in either. Recommend as a one night pit stop but wouldn’t want to be there for longer than a couple of days.

AAngelWonderful hotel! The lobby is spacious and beautifully decorated, with a delightful aroma. The rooms are spacious and clean. We would especially return for the breakfast; it offered a wide selection, fresh ingredients, and everything was delicious. The staff are friendly and helpful.
