An excellent chain hotel in Antwerp. We were delighted with everything – the room amenities, its design, and especially the service. Special thanks to the receptionist for his friendliness and prompt, professional service. We would be happy to stay here again.

The service was great, and it's very close to the station. The bed was decent, and they even had a baby crib, which was a nice touch. Overall, it was very comfortable. The room's curtains could block out all the light, making the room completely dark. I would definitely stay here again.

Very close to the Central Station, just a 5-minute walk. However, the hotel's Wi-Fi had some issues; I could connect but there was no internet. The room was also a bit old. Overall, it was okay, nothing special but not bad either.

Excellent location! It’s super convenient for catching FlixBus or trains from the central station. Situated right at the crossroads of the New and Old Towns, there are tons of supermarkets, restaurants, and bars nearby. If you're feeling lazy, you can even grab a self-service pizza from the hotel lobby (around 9-11 euros). The lobby itself is great, with many guests socializing and dining there. Most importantly, the price is incredibly good value for money! The city tax is also very low, making it much more affordable than hotels in the Netherlands or France.

How should I describe this hotel? Actually, the location is great, the environment is great, the price is reasonable, and the room even has a kitchen and washing machine. Maybe because I stayed in a room by myself, the design of this hotel building is very unique. It actually has two buildings, but I happened to stay in the other building, so I had to walk a long way and it was very deep. I'm not afraid of walking, but every time I had to go back to the room, for some reason it was very quiet... very quiet... It was a bit scary (after all, the corridor is really deep) (you have to go down a short flight of stairs and take two different elevators). As for the environment and the room, it was great, but I was really scared to go back to the room during the two days I stayed there (I didn't have this feeling when I stayed in other hotels).

We had a very enjoyable stay in Antwerp. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Central Station, with the added bonus of a Starbucks opening at 6:00 a.m. nearby. Our junior suite was spacious, and the large sofa made the room feel especially comfortable. The huge shower was another highlight, but the real standout was the memory foam mattress. The bedding was exceptionally comfortable and made the stay feel quite special. The room rate itself was attractive, although several extras were charged separately. Parking and breakfast are understandable, but €2 for a capsule of rather average coffee felt excessive. I am not saying Starbucks serves exceptional coffee, but at least it is a recognised brand. Charging €7 to use the pool was also unusual, although it was at least available for guests who wanted it. Overall, this was still a five-star experience for us. The spacious room, excellent location and, above all, the fantastic bedding made the stay memorable.

There's a Russian grocery store nearby, so I was able to cook and eat the food I bought there. There was no toothpaste or toothbrush, but shampoo, conditioner, and soap were provided. They had pots, pans, a colander, a grater, and a complete set of dishes. There was an induction cooktop, an electric kettle, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, and even a coffee maker. Tea and instant coffee were also included. There isn't a washing machine in the room, but it seems there's one on the floor outside. There's also a safe, and the auto-lock works with the room key card, which gives a good sense of security.

De locatie nabij het station in Turnhout naast het spoor gaf ons eerst twijfels, maar het geluid van de voorbij rijdende trein is nauwlijks hoorbaar. Heerlijk geslapen. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid, er was ruime keuze.

The hotel offers free luggage storage with no time limit. However, rooms facing the street can be a bit noisy, and the blankets are quite thin. Breakfast isn't amazing, but the location is excellent, right across from the train station. If you prioritize convenience, I'd recommend booking an inner-facing room, which should be quieter. Antwerp is beautiful, and there are some really good Asian restaurants nearby.
