GGuest UserA very nice and clean hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is excellent, while the dinner is decent but could be improved. The hotel is conveniently located near downtown Yalova and the beach, just a 10-minute drive away. It is also very close to Yalova University.

Because of wrong reservation they forced us may we are pay for the next night or keep the reservation like they trip.com gift us we was eight adult with one baby the problem is when we are made the reservations through trip.com the search was for eight adults and one baby but the reservation was for adults with nobody else

EEthem C.Havuzu, sessizliği ve hizmet kalitesiyle gerçekten çok güzel bir tatil oldu. Çiftler için çok ideal. Ek olarak otel ve odamız temizdi. Otel personeli her konuda yardımsever ve güler yüzlü davrandılar.
Aynı bölgeye tatile gidersem kesinlikle tekrar tercih ederim.

Недалеко от Ялова есть пригород Гекчедере и этот замечательный отель с комфортными большими номерами. Номер был с балконом, с видом на сад, рядом красивая мечеть, вода из душа термальная :). На первом этаже отеля очень красивая фотозона, доступна стиральная и сушильная машина, что очень удобно, по просьбе всегда сварят кофе и очень вкусный. Ещё хочу отметить, что очень тихое и иное место, сон был прекрасный.
Хочется отметить, что в пешей доступности находится настоящий хамам которому более ста лет, с природным источником и вулканической водой, место сказочное.

The staff was very friendly and kind, breakfast was very nice, they serve additional juice coffee and Turkish tea. Thank a lot to make my stay lovely and joyful. Appreciated

Breakfast is satisfactory with no inconvenience, and the staff have excellent manners and are very friendly.

GGuest UserThis was my second stay, and once again, the cleanliness was impeccable and the service excellent. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. The breakfast and other meals are delicious. The sauna, massage, and pool facilities are all top-notch. Truly great value for money!

GGuest UserThe hotel is located halfway up the mountain. The hot spring is only open to women in the morning, and men and women can enjoy it together in the afternoon.
We arrived too late and missed it. It rained the next day and we didn't experience it. The locals said that the hot spring water here is drinkable and good for the stomach.
