Guest UserThe hotel's location is excellent. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The room sizes are very good. The bathroom is a bit dated but still good. The only negative point about the hotel is the newly opened ”new generation tavern” inside the hotel. This place is very noisy and, in my opinion, doesn't fit the overall style of the hotel.

TimocielloWir waren rundum zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt im Four Points by Sheraton in Elazığ. Das Hotel ist modern, sauber und sehr gepflegt. Das Zimmer war komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Service des gesamten Personals. Man hat sich jederzeit willkommen gefühlt. Auch das Frühstück und die allgemeine Ausstattung haben uns überzeugt. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Расположен в самом центре, в тихом переулке. Для кого важно - лифта нет. В описании бронирования на трип ком обнаружили, что в отеле олл инклюзив и удивились, но на месте сказали, что у них только завтрак, после обращения в поддержку трипа трип нам начислил 40 долларов компенсации.
В номере чайник, заварка, холодильник, флаконы с мылом, шампунем в дозаторах.
В шкафу нет вешалок, на двери или около нее нет крючков для одежды, то есть куртки вешали на дверную ручку. За два дня уборку не делали.
Завтрак с 7, стоит приходить к открытию, потому что все гости приходят рано и в 7.30 уже нет части еды и новую не кладут.
