Well located hotel central to our requirements. Staff from reception, general manager, guest relation were all extremely warm, friendly, welcoming and hospitable. Merve was super helpful whilst checking out. We shall return back to Ramada Batman again. This was a family trip and we have good experience with this hotel chain.

Firstly, staff are very interested and lazy breakfast is the only shortage of hot swallows or bark style flour mams except for it. I would prefer to stay again
