Excellent stay! The rooms were spotless, clean, and well-organized. The service was impeccable, and the breakfast was delicious, especially the fresh local fruits and sweet bananas. This little resort has simple, but comfortable rooms, very friendly service and a good kitchen. In total, they offer very good value for money. The view from the terrace before the rooms on Lake Kivu is superb.

One of the few good hotels, all facilities and services are first class! Hot water bags are also provided at night! It is a waiter in the restaurant who collects money after dinner and the next day found that there is a problem with 20 yuan, which is not understandable! Exceptional property, superb service, lots of activities, and the spa and food are fantastic.

Very good, the facilities are a bit old, others are OK, breakfast is good. Room service is also very good, every service staff is very polite. The room card of their hotel is very special, the gorilla, just tracked the mountain gorilla in the volcano park.
